The hosts are very kind and ready to solve the problem immediately. Everything is very clean, the pool is nice, the rooms are good and comfortable, air conditioning is not charged extra. We had a problem with the electricity and the stove and they fixed it right away with a new stove. The bus station is very close as well as shops. I would recommend both Stalida city and this accommodation

It’s a perfect choice for budget travelers! I traveled solo and stayed in Iraklis apartments for 3 weeks. Good and simple accommodation with comfy bed, pillow and warmer blanket for October nights. Small kitchen, but I didn’t use it since I don’t cook 😅 modern bathroom. For travelers who are not planning to stay in the room during their vacation there is nothing more to ask for! The hosts are amazing 😊 always smiling and available for chitchat. I went to the beach or traveled around the island most of the days, but there were a lot of people enjoying the pool at the premices as well. The price exceeded my expectations! The housekeeping lady was taking out trash and cleaning floors regularly, but there was a week when I hadn’t my towels changed at all and the surfaces where not cleaned so in 3 weeks I had dust that I cleaned myself. Plus the fridge was really rusty, the cooling camera door fall out when I first opened it. But I didn’t mind some disadvantages since I was using the room only for shower and sleeping mostly.

Excellent value for money, great location, swimmjng pool was amazing.. room was large with a lovely bathroom, cooking facilities & a fridge, a super market across the road, bus stop right outside & so many places to eat & the beach 2 mins walk away.. Maria & her family were so lovely, kind & helpful.. would definitely stay here again & would recommend it to anyone as its all you need..

I like the apartment, the location and the hosts. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Also I like the price for apartment.

The rooms are not cleaned often and the room itself requires cosmetic repairs.

The negative comments on this platform seem ridiculous, if you expect 5 star hotel apartments go to 5 star hotels 😄 at Iraklis you’ll pay cheap and get really good value! The apartment we stayed this time was amazing with beautiful panoramic view of mountains and sea. Comfortable beds! Towel change every 3 days or upon request. Staff that already feels like family 🇬🇷🤍 see you next year!

Location, the property, value for your money. The room was much cooler then other rooms- had the morning sun. The room was clean.

The fridge was not working- so it was not checked by the owner prior to our check in. Was replaced the next day with a new one. Beds were too hard to sleep on. I requested a toper which was provided- so this was a plus. The room that we booked was a superior triple studio, that was advertised as 3 single beds and larger in size. Because we were only 2 adults there were only 2 beds in the room so I do no know what size room was it. I would have had to request another bed to be put in if another person was joining us, which would have made the room crowded.

The hotel was right at the bus stop so no long walks once you get off. It was close to the beach and shops. The food prepared Maria was good and reasonably priced. I would have eaten at the hotel more if I stayed longer. If you don't want to swim on the beach, you can swim in the hotel pools (there are 2). They wven have a pet tortoise in the garden.

The instructions to the hotel from the ferry was not very clear. I thought I had to take no. 29 bus when actually it was the bus stop to get off.

My apartment was amazing and the owner Maria got me a ground floor apartment as requested as I have a back problem. Maria was so helpful in every way got me a hairdryer and iron straight away when I asked for it.

The room was comfortable and spacious with a very nice kitchen area and bathroom. It was on the ground floor which we had requested and easily accessible for us. There is a swimming pool in the grounds and we were able to park on the road outside. It was near enough to walk to the coast for tavernas and pubs and there was a supermarket across the road. The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us a chocolate. Next door is a bakery and cafe.

It was difficult to find as google maps sent us to the wrong place and even when we asked for help they didn't know where it was either. We spent a long time trying to find it and in the end a kind man helped us by letting us follow his car in our car

Not the first stay here and as usual amazing! Comfy apartments, simple yet everything you might need for Greece experience. Clean rooms, comfy beds, constant cleaning and bedsheet, towel change. Friendly and helpful staff. Stavros and Maria are top notch 🤍
