Friendly staff always happy to help. The hotel and rooms were very clean, beds and towels changed regularly rooms cleaned every day. Great location with direct access to the beach and Main Street Breakfast was buffet style which varied daily and was very nice. Lovely pool and pool bar with good food available throughout the day and night

Not enough sunbeds around the pool for everyone.The hotel had sunbeds on the beach but guests had to pay for these at a reduced rate of 12 euros a day for two. This is ok for a one off but over the course of a week is quite expensive There are free beds further down the beach and other pools nearby

We have truly wonderful memories of this hotel. The whole family is incredibly hospitable, and you can really feel that everything they do, they do with heart. It's clear they genuinely want their guests to feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, as is the area around the hotel. The beach is right next to the property, and there was almost always space available on the sun loungers by the pool. The whole surrounding area is very pleasant and peaceful. We also traveled to other parts of Crete, but this place remained our favorite by far. Thank you once again for all your kindness and for providing us with everything we needed during our stay.

The bathroom is a bit small, but still functional and very clean.

This is a touristic part of Crete, with a very clean beach and many similar hotels. It is practical to reach all the touristic targets that are near Heraklion. 25 minutes from the airport by car, but you do not hear the planes. Many restaurants, bars, and shops are in the neighborhood. The hotel rooms are of solid quality, practical and clean. View on the sea is beautiful. The hotel is on the sandy beach, you do not need to walk, very practcla for a family with small children. Private pool and baby pool are also available. We were a family of five, the last guests at the end of the season (end of October), and the owners did their best to provide us full service. They gave us a different breakfast every morning, and we did not have to feel that they were staying only for us. Owners are also very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing wrong in the hotel or in a neighbourhood, but you shoud know that this part of the island is highly touristic, and some neighbouring settlements might be extremely busy during the season.

What an amazing place. This hotel is just beautiful!! In a spot with amazing views. Fell in love with the place straight away. The rooms are modern clean and spacious with everything you need-fridge hairdryer. Lovely and clean pool area as well as eating areas. Maliotakis is in a good location close to the heart of Stalis and near a good selection of bars and restaurants. But what really makes this place special is the staff that run the place. Family run and they are all so lovely! They can not do enough for you, anything you need they will help you with. They put their heart and soul into the place and it shines through such a lovely family. Will definitely return ❤️

We loved this hotel! Everything about it made for a fantastic holiday. The owners could not have been more lovely- they were friendly and welcoming and created a happy, relaxed atmosphere. The location is excellent- right on the beach and always sun loungers available at the pool. There are loads of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean. The rooms are a good size with blackout curtains and good air con. We would definitely stay here again!

Coming home!

I loved how it was family run, so clean , right next to the beach, and nothing was too much trouble. Rena and her family were so welcoming and friendly.

On Google maps it shows the position of the hotel near the Irish bar area which is more central. But instead it was quite a bit further away than expected. We hired a mobility Scooter due to this as my partner has mobility issue so can't walk very far. Booking.com should change the pin location on Google maps to show the true location.

location was perfect - you cannot wish for a better location. Breakfast was good, like in every hotel , if you want something else its plenty places around for different choices. Staff - very polite , hardworking and fun. Hotel beach bar offers very dissent and delicious menu and its quiet at night time. Fantastic supermarket across the street. Car rental and excursion desk -very close .Pool is excellent! Sunbeds availabilities- no problem !!! Child friendly. Very clean small family hotel. We stayed there for 16 nights and did not want to leave...

Fantastically run by a friendly family who make your experience even greater. Not only is there a pool with comfy beds but it’s perfectly located beside the beach. They serve a variety of excellent foods that suit every taste. We will be coming again! Lots of love to all of the family, we will miss you! From the Coatesworths.

The hotel is run by a lovely and very hardworking family. Very friendly and attentive to everyone. It’s a perfect place for families and couples. Very relaxing and beautiful. Would love to come back again. Also, the location is fantastic if you’re looking for some nice atmosphere with bars and restaurants.

Very good location, awesome and very friendly staff. We enjoyed every second of it, we had been in a good hands, their hospitality and attitude is above of the roof!
