We had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, with lovely views and a very relaxing atmosphere. It’s located about 4 km from Lindos and just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for us. The host was exceptionally kind and friendly—when we couldn’t find transportation to Lindos, he generously offered us a ride, which we really appreciated. There’s also a big market around 600 meters away, which made shopping very convenient. The pool area was very nice and well-kept, perfect for cooling off during the day. Tip: Highly recommended to rent a car if you’re staying here, as it makes getting around much easier. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay near Lindos. Would definitely come back!

The location is exceptional with views of the Mediterranean. The pool was great. The host was pleasant, attentive to our needs, and responsive to texts/emails.

The steep driveway is a bit formidable if you're walking or new to driving a standard shift car. The only negative (which is a BIG one) was that the air conditioning was not adequate for the room we were in. And to make matters worse the electricity activating key prevented us from leaving the AC on when leaving the room. I get the cost savings but seriously? If you're in the hospitality business you need to make it hospitable! Also, I don't believe that it was made clear that our room would have twin beds instead of a double, queen or king. It would be nice if there were some complimentary waters in the refrigerator as well.

The view from the room really was golden 😋. The balcony is big and spacious, so it was great to spend our evenings there. The owner was welcoming and helpful to quickly solve any problem we had. The ac was a great plus aswell! Would stay again if we ever visited Rhodes again

The walls are quite thin! Would've been nice to have the trash taken out daily instead of every other day but the trashcans arent too far away anyways so we took out our own trash if there was too much.

Great location to Lindos town - not walkable so need a car or pay for cabs. Rooms were comfortable, nice view although would be better if you weren’t on ground floor like ours. Few restaurants and beach bars walkable from property which were great too. Pool was lovely! Had everything a hotel needed for a comfortable stay.

The room needed more thorough cleaning. The towels and sheets were changed every other day which was great, but other areas weren’t done. We stayed for 10 days and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the balcony wasn’t swept, sides weren’t wiped down which started to feel unhygienic.

Very nice accomodation close to Vlicha Beach (2 min by car, by walk not so easy for the gradient of the street) and to Lindos (5 min by car). Big room with very comfortable bed and a nice balcony with a small table and view on the sea. Nice swimming pool. Very quiet area. Although there is no possibility of having breakfast, there is a small kitchen furniture in the room or at Vlicha Beach there are several resorts that allow to have a huge breakfast also for persons that are not staying at the resort.

Bathroom and shower very small, since the rooms are big some space could have been used for making a bigger bathroom.

The property is situated well away from any other holiday property. This provided a very quiet stay. The actual accomodation was excellent, and the owner very helpful. The pool is a good size. We had an executive , top floor overlooking the bay.The ground floor rooms would have limited views of the bay.

The property is situated on a hill side at the end of a very steep drive. At the end of the drive is the main road, which when crossed gives access to the road leading down to the beach. This road is winding and very very steep down to the beach. This makes for a very steep climb back to the accomodation. There are no bars, restaurants or supermarket within easy walking distance. The property is advertised as having a bar which was closed during a whole stay. There is no food,or supplies available at this property. we therefore feel a car is ESSENTIAL,

This accommodation is perfect for those who want to rest, in a quiet place and at the same time close to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and with good access. The host is very helpful and attentive always available to help. The pool is fabulous, has good sun exposure. Good Internet access via Wi-Fi. The studio has all the amenities, such as refrigerator, TV, stove and dishes. Perfect relation between price/quality

The view from our balcony was lovely. We already knew the location was not very close to the sea, so going to Vlycha beach by car was ok. Close to excellent supermarket for basic supplies. Close to bus stop for buses to Lindos and beyond, but timetables not readily available. Aircon and TV channels excellent. Swimming pool very welcome mornings and evenings. Too hot at midday.

Self-catering was difficult as there is no 'work surface' for food preparation, but dish drainer could be removed and chopping board placed on the draining board. Food preparation was achievable with ingenuity and good humour.

Apartment was fabulous great value for money. Pool and surrounding area was also excellent very clean and the views from both the room and pool were outstanding. The nearest beach is about a 5 minute walk downhill from the apartment but be aware the walk back is not for the faint hearted it is very steep. The beach was very nice with public toilets and a supermarket nearby. The staff at the at the apartment were friendly polite and helpful, nice people.

The bar area has a fantastic view of the beach and surrounding area and is clean and tidy. it can be used to relax and socialise anytime throughout your stay. My only small negative was there was no staff at the bar which was closed during our visit. Having said this you can buy your own drinks at the local supermarket and use the area freely.

The owner was very friendly and always prompt to answer to any questions. Very good for the value. Location is nice but you need a car to go to lindos etc. There’s also a local beach just down the hill.

Small things such as on the first day the balcony was not cleaned so there were many hairs and insects. I was about to ask if the second day was not done property but they did clean. Also a bit more of bowls for breakfast would be nice. We booked a large double bed rooms but my friend and I both had twin rooms. We only stayed for 3 nights so we did not ask to change but would have been nice to have a double bed as booked.
