Amazing reception team, very helpful and very thoughtful. Got us a room upgrade for the inconvenience of waiting for our room and even provided us with free cake for her birthday and our anniversary! They recommended places to eat as well around the island which was amazingly spot on (cheers Christos!) The whatsapp communication was handy, always replying within 2 minutes if you need any room service or if you want to hail a taxi at a specific time. 10/10 for customer service! Well done team!

Lots of stairs, 10 min walk to the beach. Very hilly. Also, think about renting a car if you wish to explore the island as well. Could save you lots of money from taxi fares cos the location of the village is quite remote.

The staff were very nice and cared about every little detail, the hotel is really well designed, nice pool and pool bar , superb breakfast

The only thing that could be better is the bathroom, should circulate the air better , and need to take care water is not spilled out from the shower while using

Lindos Village was a lifesaver! After a disastrous start to our holiday at a different hotel, we were so thankful to find this place. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning grounds and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. What really made our stay, though, was the incredible staff, especially Maria at reception. We told her about our awful experience, and she immediately went above and beyond to make things right for us. She was so kind, empathetic, and genuinely determined to turn our trip around. Thanks to her efforts and the wonderful service from everyone else, our holiday went from a total disaster to an incredible, memorable one. If you're looking for a beautiful hotel with staff who truly care about their guests, Lindos Village is the place to be. We can't thank them—and especially Maria—enough for saving our holiday!

Great location with a variety of amenities on site. Staff were on hand to answer any questions and help order taxis for us to explore the area outside of the resort. Speaking of staff, I can’t compliment the staff enough, they were all so welcoming and happy and made such an effort to make me and my partner feel welcome.

Bed was super creaky to the point we were conscious of waking each other or the people in the room next to us. Water pressure dropped in the shower a few times. We never raised either of these problems with the hotel though so they never had a chance to rectify

Hotel is spacious, the staff are absolutely great go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable and catered for. Particular shout-out to Lizzie, the head hostess in the buffet restaurant, she was just wonderful and and absolute pleasure to talk to. Our room was garden facing which meant it was very peaceful in the daytime. At night we could hear the loud music from the bar but it wasn't an issue once we closed the balcony door. The service at the pool bar was great, and the breakfasts at the buffet restaurant were wonderful. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean. No complaints!

The location is a bit far away from everything. It's €15 and a ten/fifteen minute drive to get a taxi into Lindos town, which means that there's nothing really to do a just a stroll from the hotel. Had a massage at the spa but all the other facilities (the spa pool and sauna) were out of order. The gym was ok but a few of the machines didn't work (both treadmills) and there was a very limited selection of weights available

We had an excellent experience! The rooms were wonderful and very spacious. A definite highlight was getting a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room at check-in, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The beach was conveniently located just a short walk away, and we also had the option of using their shuttle service. We also took a yoga class, which was excellent and professionally taught. The instructor was delightful and highly skilled. Most importantly, the hotel staff were incredibly respectful and pleasant. When I reported a clog in my shower, it was addressed and fixed very promptly.

In contrast to breakfast, lunch offered limited options and was relatively expensive.

Generally very good. Canteen staff were attentive, smiley and very helpful. Canteen food excellent overall. Great facilities, beautiful reception, entrance to the hotel, amazing views. Nice pool, bar area, great view from our room.

The cleaning staff left glasses and plates outside our room all week. They were in and out of the room in a couple of minutes. The former would have been so easy to fix. The specialist restaurant food had to be sent back on a couple of evenings. I don't doubt COVID difficulties but it wasn't great. Not though enough to offset a wonderful visit and overall, the staff (not the cleaning staff) were fantastic, Attentive, smiley and all round very good.

The staff were amazing especially Maria on reception and Dimitri was so kind and helpful with the bags. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The view of the sea from my room was amazing (263). I paid for breakfast and you could order a Freddo Coffee which they bring to you in the breakfast room. Great experience. Massive thanks to Maria for helping me learn Greek phrases. She helped me reschedule spa bookings and taxis into Lindos. She is the best!

Just what I wanted from my holiday solo: stunning views of the sea from the room; good size room and a massive terrace perfect for doing morning stretches with the sunrise and drink tea in the evenings watching the moon travel across the sky. The staff was great - would sort any issue promptly - it was easy to communicate through WhatsApp chat.

My room wasn't equipped with mosquito nets. Although I was provided with the anti-mosquito liquid after asking the reception to assist with it, it would have been more effective to have nets incorporated.
