Paradise on earth if you are looking for serenity and relaxing moments. Aleka and her team went above and beyond Greek hospitality. Loved our stay there and for sure we are going to visit again!

Aegean Sea Villas is an exceptional place to stay. The owners are very nice, kind, friendly and helpful people, they care about all the details, it was really a pleasure for us to meet with all. Great hospitality. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, extremely clean house, breathtaking view of the sea and Chora from our terrace. Only a few mintes walk from Livadi beach, restaurants, supermarkets. We also rent a car from our owner, it was so easy, he takes care of everything about the car. I believe they deserve more than "10" on booking :) We will definitely come back :)

We were greeted by the owners with a smile and genuine love and kindness. They made the stay so much more enjoyable. It had a homely feel, away from home. The rooms were walking distance waterfront. The room/apartment was very clean. Everything essential was within walking distance and if it wasn’t, the shops and staff had it delivered to your doorstep. The apartments /rooms are carefully and tastefully designed with attention to detail.

There is nothing I didn’t like. The island was windy when I visited but that is outside of anyone’s control. The rooms here and the staff are amazing.

Fantastic villa in lovely location just a few minutes walk uphill from a little beach with restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a bus stop. Lovely views from the terrace down to the beach and up to beautiful Chora with it's ruined castle on top which is lit up at night. Hosts were really friendly and brought us lovely, sometimes homemade goodies. Hope to return one day.

Beautiful location, by one of the best beaches in Astypalia. Perfect accommodation(Starfish), great views, spacious, clean, everything provided. Aleka and Ilias were amazing hosts, so friendly and always available to help. Breakfast by the beach is awesome. Overall, exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend and will hopefully come again.

The owner Aleki is very kind and helpful.She made us feel like we're at home with family.She is so clean, she insists house-cleaning everyday even we say no need and asks if we need something everytime she sees us.The breakfast is in a cafe near the house by the sea and you can eat whatever you want.Aleki is one of the reasons why we liked Astypalea.

Our stay at the Aegean Sea Villas, Room the Pearl, was outstandingly beautiful! The villa was very well equipped and clean and with a beautiful view down to the beach and village from two lovely terraces, one with a whirl pool. It was quite windy and very hot, so the good AC was very needed. The owners were very very kind and welcoming and so warm hearted, we really felt welcomed. In a 5 minutes walk we were down the beach and the little village with two supermarkets and some lovely tavernas right on the beach. Dont forget to rent a boat with a skipper at Michalis from supermarket, its really worth it…the clear water from the agean sea was breathtaking…welcome to quiet Paradise, we will certainly come back!

It was our second time at Aegean Sea Villas. Just like last time, everything was exceptional. Super friendly and kind hosts, exceptional service.

The host was very kind, she brought us fruits and local specialties she cooked for us every morning. The manager always ready to help. The apartment is very clean, kids friendly, quiet, relaxing. The view is magnificent, not far from the city, nice beach and restaurants in front. Amazing stay!!!

I can't even find the words, everything and everyone was amazing, can't wait to go again next summer.
