This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. Loutraki itself is such a charming area and this hotel is literally on the sea front. This is not a 'fancy' hotel but it has more than enough comfort for an enjoyable, affordable stay. The staff could not be more pleasant, the facilities are more than sufficient and the breakfast too. I won't use the word 'basic' as that doesn't do it justice.. if you can stretch to a sea view room I'd recommend that as it's a totally different experience of the hotel than one of the city/mountain view rooms which overlook the main road.

I was there in January 2025. We took a twin bed room. The room was clean. The bathroom was spacious. There was hot water and soap. The location was near the seaside and walking distance from the wonderful thermal water spa: (A great place to relax. Does wonders for skin). The hotel service was very very helpful and kind. The breakfast was correct. My room had the best room decoration ever: a Kavafis poem. Thank you, Grand Hotel Loutraki!

Location was absolutely great. Easy to reach rest of my co-travelers and sea side restaurants/cafes were very close by. And especially my favorite ice cream place and best sweets shop were all around the corner :)

Parking is pretty tough to find spot but then again it's the same all over the area. Had to park about 1km away. Bathroom was subpar. 1st day it was smelling of chlorine but then it was ok. Shower is inconvenient, couldn't point water stream at myself since it has fixed hanger. Had to hold shower handle in my hand all the time.

Nice, small but warm hotel with good breakfast and comfy room. Deffinetly a recomendation for solo traveler.

More plugs in room is needed for people who use lots of gadgets (laptop, tablet, phone). Whole room got only 2 available plugs - one near bed, other in the middle of hall.

I wish the provide more storage space , a chest of drawers or a small wardrobe as staying a week with the stuff in the suitcases was not great, messy and bit

Fully refurbished & renovated and neat and tidy property near the city center close to everything. Friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Rooms are a bit smaller than expected.

We love this hotel and use it as our stop off between Athens and my partners house. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are fresh and comfortable. It’s great value for money.

We had to leave too early for breakfast so we cannot comment about the most recent stay. We have stayed here before and breakfast has been plentiful and varied. The staff are really lovely and super helpful and all speak to our shame for our lack of Greek very good English. The hotel is very central and you can also get a % discount from the Loutraki Spa which we have used before and is well worth a visit.

This is a silly gripe but there was a little step up to the bathroom which given my clumsiness was a recipe for a stumble - thankfully avoided! :). There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms which might be worth knowing in advance.

Location, very clean and great staff service. Maria from front desk is very helpful and hospitable. Matthew is a great guy to talk with, knowledgeable.

Good location for traveling through from Athens to the Peloponnese - quite close to the motorway. Nice sea view from the balcony and close to shops, restaurants and the promenade.
