Nice location outside town on slope with lot of trees and natural shade. Several small beaches for all (pebbles, clifs,...) and pool with sea water. Staff is friendly, helpful but not intrusive. Sun beds and beach towels included which is quite nice. Water sports club within the hotel (diving, boat trips,...) Rooms spacious and clean, nice bathroom. Nice place for family vacation with friends.

Hotel shop offer could be better compared to other hotels located outside of town. Restaurant reservation for guests not in all inclusive could be easier.

We had a truly pleasant stay at the Wyndham Hotel. From the moment of our arrival until our departure, everything was handled with professionalism and care. A special mention goes to Mr. Ioannis at the reception, whose exceptional attitude and professionalism made a lasting impression. He was consistently polite, helpful, and attentive. During our stay, he personally called to check if we needed anything or had any issues with the room—something we greatly appreciated. It’s rare to come across such a dedicated and genuinely caring staff member. His service elevated our experience, and he truly deserves recognition. The hotel overall was superb—clean, comfortable, and well-managed. The only minor issues worth mentioning are related to the parking area, which could benefit from proper resurfacing or restoration, and some external buildings that appeared in need of a fresh coat of paint or general renovation. Despite these small details, our stay was very enjoyable. Thanks again to the team—and especially Mr. Ioannis—for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended.

Second time at Wyndham Loutraki and this year was even better! The pool is fully renovated, more modern and stylish, and very clean. The beach is well organized, quiet, and the service is excellent – ideal for relaxing. All the staff were polite and helpful, and the food was tasty, with good variety and quality. The whole place gives you a calm and peaceful feeling. You can really see the overall improvement – well done to the management for the great work. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice hotel! The place is great, right next to the sea, quiet and with a beautiful view. Our room was clean and comfortable, everything was just like we expected. The food was really good, especially at the hotel restaurants. Everything we tried was fresh and tasty. Breakfast had lots of choices and was very filling. The Anemos bar was amazing! Really nice people, great music, good drinks – we had a great time there in the evenings. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Overall, we were very happy. The staff was kind and always ready to help. We would definitely go back!

Executive rooms spacious and had nice views in the sea view rooms. Worth paying extra not to see cars parked. Resort so large there were different options for swimming and ample sun beds. Restaurant Triana by the far side of the pool was good. We had excellent fish.

Reception staff struggled when dealing with a group resulting in long waits. Nearby town nothing to write home about. Requests for bed preferences not honoured, despite reassurance at check in, resulting in us having to call reception for new bedding on arrival and us making our own beds.

We were a family and took three rooms. It was a pleasant stay, beautiful beach that’s nice for swimming and snorkeling. The hotel location is close to the center of loutraki (5min drive). The stuff were amazing, they offered us a very late check since we had a flight rescheduling.

The lobby of the executive rooms is empty. It would be nice having a reception there since the main reception is far and on a different building.

Pool and beach front area, nice breakfast options (at least in terms of quantity, maybe not of quality...), and the great guest service we received from Penelope: a fine exception at the front desk (in comparison to all her other colleagues who were making minimum effort - if any).

SPA not working late October, the property needs some maintenance all around, staff could be friendlier and more supportive of individual needs. Rooms vary in terms of decor, luxury, age, view, ease of reach, ambience - huge differences around the whole property and the same room types it offers

I had some hesitation because of a few reviews, but Wyndham Loutraki was a very pleasant surprise! The hotel clearly shows signs of improvement, with well-kept spaces and very friendly staff. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner offered a great variety of good-quality dishes. I’m really glad I gave it a chance and I’ll definitely visit again!

THE RESORT IS RENOVATED, WELL MAINTAINED, EASILY ACCESSIBLE FROM THE NEAR BY CITY OF LOUTRAKI, 5 MIN BY CAR. MY ROOM WAS EXCELLENT, WITH SEA VIEWS AND THERE ARE ALSO ROOMS WITH PRIVATE POOLS. THE MAIN POOL IS HUGE, WELCOMING THE GUESTS, AND SERVED BY A COFFEE SHOP OFFERING ALL KIND OF DRINKS AND FOOD BY THE BEACH OR POOL. THERE IS A FANTASTIC SUSHI BAR ALSO BY THE POOL. I MET THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER AND HE SEEMED EXTREMELY EXPERIENCED WHICH EXPLAINED THE PERFECT FUNCTION OF THE RESTAURANTS, BARS, BREAKFAST ETC ONE NIGHT THERE WAS A WEDDING RECEPTION ORGANISED IN A SPECIAL HALL IN THE RESORT, AND I SAW ALL THE GUESTS BEING VERY HAPPY, BEING IN A RESORT RATHER THAN IN A BORING HALL IN A CITY. THERE IS ALSO PARKING IN THE RESORT FOR THE GUESTS WHO ARRIVE BY THEIR CARS. THE RESORT IS ON THE BEACH, WHICH MEANS NO TRAVELLING FOR A BEACH, THE BEACH IS IN FRONT OF THE RESORT AND THERE ARE TOWELS AVAILABLE FOR THE GUESTS. THERE ARE DIVING SCHOOL ACTIVITIES AND ALSO DAY-TRIPS AVAILABLE ORGANISED BY THE RESORT TO SOME ISLAND. THE BREAKFAST AREA IS ENORMOUS WITH SEA VIEWS, AND THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY MEET THE STANDARDS OF A 5 STAR RESORT. THE PERSONNEL IS WELL TRAINED AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO HELP. ESPECIALLY THE GUEST RELATION MANAGER NAMED DEJAN IS ALL OVER THE RESORT, MAKING SURE GUESTS ARE HAPPY, FOR HIM EVERYTHING TO HELP THE GUEST WAS POSSIBLE. AND OF COURSE WE NOTED THE PRESENCE OF THE HOTEL GEN. MANAGER GOING AROUND DAY AND NIGHT MAKING SURE OF THE RESORTS' EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE. WELL DONE RAMADA AND WYNDHAM

This was an outstanding property in every respect- in fact we extended our stay. The welcome by Dejan immediately made us feel comfortable & welcome and this was continued by many staff members. Our room - recently renovated was excellent with s great view if the ocean. Buffet breakfasts & dinners offered great choices & were constantly replenished. The facilities were excellent as is the location. These 2 Australians eould love to come back!
