Original hotel booked was closed on arrival & no one answered telephone. We tried Plaza who were almost full. It was late at night & we'd travelled all day since early morning. Very helpful, quickly comfortable & I managed to stay the whole week. I had a room with two balconles advertised as city view. It was interesting with the bustle of the street & mountains behind. Room had fly screen so doors could be left open at night & air con if needed. It had a TV but I never had time to use it. Beach is a few yards walk away & very good for swimming. Lots of restaurants on the beach front but the best is actually under the hotel - seems not be used much by passing tourists but the food was excellent & service very quick. Boat hire at the harbour a short walk away provided a great afternoon seeing the coast northwards from the sea. Lots of shops nearby for souvenirs, pharmacy & a supermarket next door. I don't know if I will be back this way again but if I do I will choose this hotel first.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is located right by the sea. Some rooms are very lovely and offer a sea view. The sunsets are stunning, with the sky and sunset creating an ineffable display every day. However, the main strength of the hotel is its staff: the managers Nikos and Janis, the lovely girls Gena and Irina, and of course, Violeta. Thank you all for your professionalism and passion for what you do. I will definitely return next year.

All very good. However, I hope the government will finish the reconstruction on embankment and next year it will be amazing.

Very good soundproofing although it's located in the main street. Great location, max 10 minutes to go anywhere on foot. Helpful stuff, they allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout free of charge. Two balconies in our room (205) one with partial view of the sea and the other overseeing the city and the mountain. Nice shower. Clean bedsheets.

It could do with a bigger wardrobe. Only a small furniture with hangers and some selves, that was enough for us for two nights but someone with more clothes would find it inadequate and would have to leave their luggage open lying around.

The Albania girl at the desk was so kind and thoughtful. As I have a broken knee and she jumped up to help me up the stairs and provided me with Ice for my knee. The male staff were a bit rude, dimissive and never offered any assistance.

VFM it was an excellent choice. There was a repainting on the walls of the room we stayed in at the ground floor which made it look better than the photos actually. Reception service lady was excellent!

My only "complains" would be that there was a structure blocking the balcony view that would otherwise look at the sea and also the bathroom a bit squishy.

It's clean, modern and nearby to a supermarket. Another plus would be it's nearby to the sea which is awesome. Easy access to multiple bars/restaurants. I recommend this place if you would like a long/short term stay.

Too much noise. Seems like there is some kind of construction in progress in the hotel and they start to work early in the morning.

nice hotel in a central area of Loutraki. the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and had all that I needed.

the only thing would be the bathroom, which was quite small.
