It was in an awesome location with spectacular views breakfast was included and they have a nice menu at the restaurant as well. The staff there were incredible.

They need to have at least one heated pool for their guests to enjoy it was a little cool when we got there. to cold to get into a swimming pool that wasn't heated. So all we can do is look at them and take pictures of the gravity edge pool overlooking the cliffs.

The view from the hotel was really nice and refreshing every morning. the main pool view was good.

Reception Staff : the lady for the evenings shift was always forcing things on us to buy from them and do as she says for all the things like taxi timing , the tours they book or anything like that. The taxi was needed everytime to go anywhere , local buses were not seen for any time we stepped outside. Main pool was filled and clean but the alternate deep pool to swim was empty and water was very very cold in the main pool so couldn't swim.

The view is top notch, facing the sea, the sunset from the room, the Infinity pool.

No dislikes in particular, however Have some suggestions: 1. Rooms could’ve been equipped with Kettle, tea bags-sachets/coffee machine which is quite common for hotel/AirBnB rooms these days. 2. Breakfast could’ve been better. Very basic breakfast compared to the standard of the hotel. could introduce a bit more variety.

a little far way from the tourist favourite hotspots but we’ll connected by a bus stop right outside and the hotel taxis are around to take you anywhere. value for money as any good room with similar facilities is a lot more expensive. amazing views from the pool deck and the restaurant and massive breakfast spread.

the room light fixtures could do with a little updating/replacements.

no nearby amenities I.e supermarket or restaurants food in house very expensive spa was closed during our stay and not informed of this prior to arrival (main reason we booked was due to the spa facilities)

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating ..The view from the pool area is stunning.

Our room (403) was a little small for 3 people and we had a limited view of the caldera. Our balcony was also tiny and you couldn't really fit in the chairs as they are hard up against the wall on either side so sitting on our balcony and enjoying our limited view wasn't really an option. While I appreciate the establishment has to " put their best foot forward." as far as advertising goes, the photos were very misleading..At 350 euro a night I would also expect the room to have an iron so that we could iron our clothes..

Amazing place, absolutely loved it. Although it’s not Oia, I would argue that it’s an even better view, and I don’t think you’re going to find a cheaper place with an infinity pool. The pool was amazing and plenty of daybeds available with drinks service. The staff were all very friend and helpful. It’s conveniently located close to the port if you’re coming via ferry, the pick up was easy to arrange. It was also easy to have a quad bike delivered to the hotel for us for further exploration. It only took us about 30 mins to get to Oia from the hotel via quad bike. The room was beautiful and worth every dollar.

My only down point was that the shower unit was loose on the wall and would lose water pressure. It was a bit annoying seeing it was the premium suite

We absolutely loved our one night stay as everything was fabulous. The staff is really welcoming and helpful, the reception lady and Mickael were really nice. Our suite was beautiful and clean, very spacious. The bathtub inside was a delight, the bed was super confortable. The view from our big balcony with our personal pool, on the caldera, was breathtaking. We enjoyed a good cocktail (pricy but worth it) by the pool bar with its unbelievable scenery, before ordering room service from the restaurant. Everything was delicious, generous and fresh. The same perfect experience at breakfast : we had a beautiful view on the sea and the buffet was really, really good and varied (local small dishes such as tzatziki or vegetables canapés, local charcuteries and cheeses, eggs, bacon, croissants, puffed salted pastry, variety of breads and fruits, crudités, Greek yogurt bar, deserts and pâtisseries etc), it was absolutely perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer !

The only really really small inconvenience (it says how perfect the rest of the experience was!) was the promotional penguin statue situated in the middle of the pool, not blocking the breathtaking view at all but contrasting with the rest of the decor (that already contains another promotional wood arch on the view). A very small detail that would not keep us from going there again one day !
