From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was absolutely flawless. The welcome at reception was exceptional—warm, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. Every member of the staff, whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, was cheerful, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Our room matched the photos perfectly: spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The views—from the room, the restaurant, and the pool—were simply breathtaking and added a magical touch to our experience. Thank you for providing us with the perfect holiday. We truly appreciated every detail and will definitely return at the first opportunity!

The only downside of our stay was the road leading to the hotel, which was a bit challenging to navigate. It would be great if all the hotels in the area could collectively request improvements to the road infrastructure to make access more comfortable and safer for future guests.

We spent four nights in Mykonos at Mykonos No5 and had a truly memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to Eva, the Operations Manager, whose helpfulness and cheerful attitude stood out—nothing was too much trouble, and her recommendation of a private day cruise with Momentum Yachts turned out to be a highlight of our trip. We stayed in a pool villa, which offered the perfect blend of privacy and relaxation. The location was ideal—peaceful and removed from the chaos of cruise crowds and noisy beach clubs, exactly the kind of escape we were looking for. The views were breathtaking both by day and especially at night, with the sparkling lights of the island below. The bar staff, housekeeping team, and the quality of the meals served onsite were all excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional. If we had one minor note, it’s that the hotel itself could use a bit of a refresh in parts, as some areas felt a little tired. That said, the charm and warmth of the service more than made up for it. Overall, Mykonos No5 gave us a restful, luxurious end to our trip, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet retreat with great service and stunning views.

excellent breakfast and views from the pool. the hotel upgraded as and the room was modern and tidy and really nice with a terrace, which had an amazing view as well. overall great experience. the staff was super nice and treated us with a lot of respect, customer service was amazing

we are satisfied with everything, a little bit further from mykonos town (rent a car if you can) but views were amazing and by car it's really close (5-10 minutes)

The staff is very nice, even too much sometimes haha. Breakfast is incredible! We came back for it. The pool was Amazing, temperature perfect. The view is beautiful. The wine and snacks as a welcome gift.

Keep in mind, no sunset as you are facing the sunrise. Can hear the neighbours very good. the bathroom is outdated, the sink looks very used.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with delicious food. The hotel's design is beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. What really stood out to me was the staff – they were incredibly hospitable, accommodating, polite, and always willing to help. Their service truly enhanced my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Another great perk was the car rental service they offer. The car rental company comes directly to the hotel and brings the car and contract right to your door, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, this hotel provides a luxurious and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

First we had a suite it was on top of the hill, the only minor thing is we had to call to be picked up to go downstairs. And with the driving, you had to get used to going up a high hill. But after a day you get used to it. All fairness the staff also picks you up within minutes, give you a mobile phone you can use at any time. So the service/staff were great, very hospitable, accommodating and helpful. After my sister left, I had another room. This was was close to the hotel, I really enjoyed that one even more. Great rooms. A bit expensive, but that’s Mykonos in general.

The staff were exceptional, professional, polite and friendly, Massive Thanks to Christian and the team in the bar restaurant they were amazing! The service is outstanding! The cleaners also deserve a mention as our room was immaculate in the 9 days we were there. The location is stunning, peaceful and I miss the view so much. We were glad we hired a car so we could go out and explore, as a bit of a hike to the centre. Mykonos island is amazing. The food was fantastic and was made with fresh ingredients and love, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We also loved the Rose wine! Thanks also for organising the anniversary flowers they were beautiful. We can't wait to return.

The room was slightly smaller than I had hoped as we were there for 9 days but we didn't spend much time there, as the weather was beautiful.

The hotel manager (Sofia if I remember correct) was very helpful and attentive. Facilities were excellent. Room (we received a free upgrade) had a nice view. They also helped us on airport transfer (with an additional payment). Overall it was a relaxing stay with a lot of positives.

Nothing major. May be the hotel was slightly off from the main attractions and you need a vehicle if you are planning on travelling back and forth. Best option is to rent an ATV which will be really helpful if you are to travel within the island (regardless of where you stay), which we did.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was simply perfect! The interior design is elegant and tasteful — every detail has clearly been thought through with care. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. And the food… absolutely delicious! Every meal was a delight, from breakfast to dinner. I truly felt welcomed and pampered throughout my stay. I can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was stunning, offering incredible views and easy access to Ornos and Mykonos town. The staff were genuinely kind, professional, and always eager to help. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious.
