The reception and restaurant staff were engaging and friendly. The place was super clean and well maintained. Free breakfast and port transfers were a big money saver. Mykonos can be windy, but the glass barriers around the pool area shelter you from the wind and make it quite pleasant.

It's not in the middle of Mykonos town, if that's what you are looking for. For us, the walk to town was short, and we liked being away from the hustle of the town.

Breakfast is ordered off a menu each morning, you could order anything you want. Its not what we was used to preferring a buffet option, however, the food was delicious. The rooms are traditional, so there is limited space to build storage, which I understand it just didn't help when we had luggage for 3 weeks travel. We pretty much lived out of our suitcase at this hotel. The bed is large and so comfortable. The property had two pools one down my the beach which was the lively pool, the one up the hill is quiet. They are both fabulous pools, though our favorite was the one in the hills as it had amazing views. Important note: The rooms up the hill, mainly the larger rooms and family suits are up a very steep hill, i would not want to do that journey with children or a pushchair. Lastly the staff are so wonderful, they can not do enough for you and are so lovely with it. They made the hotel special.

I would prefer buffet breakfast. Maybe more storage in the bedroom.

Everything from the location and the staff to the cleanliness of the facilities was fabulous. Not only is it walking distance to the main town (despite no sidewalks along the road making it a bit of a dangerous walk), it has the most incredible view of the sunset. All of the staff, especially Paola at the front desk, are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond for the guests. The room and the entire facility is spotless clean due to the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. Would highly recommend for a solo traveler as I felt cared for and safe throughout my stay. Thanks to the entire team for a wonderful experience!

The property is outstanding! Beautiful design and amazing staff. We were not expecting such a standard - it’s really five stars quality. Breakfast was delicious. Short distance to Mykonos Towm.

Although we were in the mid of July, the water in swimming pool was to cold in our opinion. Further more you need to know that the property is divided into two parts / one at the beach (resort) and the second one up hillside (villas). You can call the transport in few minutes to come from one part to another but it can be problematic if you are not aware of that. And finally- we could not use the beach facilities as it was so windy (it’s very often). The short distance to Mykonos Town but the route is really dangerous specially in the evening as there is no sidewalk so you literally walk between the cars and motorcycles

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon. Our stay was incredible. The hotel provides free pickup to and from the airport/port. On our arrival to the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the staff, and offered a welcome cocktail. Our room was super clean, and included everything that you might need. We had the sea-view room with a balcony and it was perfect. They clean the rooms twice per day, ensuring that everything remains super neat. The pool area and beach access are a huge plus. Breakfast area is delightful, and the food is great. The restaurant staff (who are the same staff at the pool and beach) are extremely professional, nice and friendly, really made our stay pleasurable. The staff at the reception are also very helpful and kind, they gave us tips and recommendations around the island. They also can help with renting a car making the process easy and convenient. My wife and I traveled quite a lot, and this is truly one of the best experiences we’ve had so far. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. Small thing to keep in mind - the hotel is very close to Mykonos town (less than 10 minutes), however, there is a small stretch of 4-5 minutes that is a walk on the road without a sidewalk, so need to be careful while walking, cause it’s a tight road and cars tend to speed overall.

Each and every staff member that we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the front reception staff. I was traveling alone with my two young children and they were very patient, kind, and understanding to my kids. The location is very close to town and the hotel shuttle drives you to the edge of town whenever you wish and picks you up within 5 minutes of calling. A block away from the town drop-off is a quick laundry service that washed & folded 2 bags of our clothes for 24 euros within 4 hours. A la carte breakfast is included in the rate and everything is fresh and well prepared. Each morning, a plate with cold cuts, cheese, and breadsticks was brought out along with another plate of local savory pie, cakes & desserts, and a bread basket. The avocado with poached egg is especially delicious. We also had dinners from the restaurant poolside and room service and all of the dishes, including pizzas and fish (sea bass) were excellent. Housekeeping comes twice a day to clean/refresh the room. They left children’s shampoo and body soap for my kids. Complimentary sparkling & still waters were much appreciated and our refrigerator replenished once a day. Transfers to/from the hotel were also included and made the journey so much easier not having to worry about transportation. We had a 2-bedroom suite with a hot tub on the balcony that faced the beach and my kids and I loved watching the spectacular sunsets from the hot tub. Traveling in May, it was warm during the day but cooler in the evenings so the hot tub was welcome during that time of year. I would highly recommend room 31. Beach loungers were 30 euros a day for non-guests and the beach staff were very helpful with setting up our lounger, umbrella and towels, as well as ordering drinks from the restaurant.

My wife and I and our 2 teenage daughters have been vacationing during the entire month of June for the past few years, traveling all over the world and stayed at mid to high end places. We stayed at one of the private 2 bedroom villas for 3 nights at Mykonos Bay and Resort for what I consider mid-range price. The entire experience exceeded my past experiences and somewhat high expectations! Never had seen such clean resort and attentive cleaning staff! Probably best private beach in Mykonos! would definitely go back.

Exceptional service was what really drove this experience. The staff were attentive none stop, complimentary transfers, al la carte breakfast, beautiful views of the sea and walking distance into Mykonos town.

The beach that was private access was a bit dirty and it’s not close to the actual property, no staff there. And the pool in the images on booking doesn’t match what was in person. We did have access to a nice pool but not the one in the pictures - we could see a huge one being built which we figured was maybe opening for the summer?

The adjacent building feels a bit isolated. Some waiters in the restaurant downstairs were a bit argumentative (Leo) everyone was exceptional, so it’s unfair to lower the railing for the whole hotel because of one person, but I didn’t enjoy being ignored and argued with by the above mentioned team member

Resort was beautiful and clean! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool area was beautiful and had a jacuzzi. Lovely view of the beach from the pool. The room was cleaned twice a day and was spacious and modern. Easy 10min walk to the main center

Breakfast wasn’t buffet style, but was good food. We had dinner at the restaurant and ordered sides but they ended up being very large portions and we didn’t eat most of it. Staff should have told us the portion sizes.
