Gorgeous sunset views, spacious room with private balcony, full service breakfast. Nearly all food service prepared exceptionally well. Full bar with lots of choices found in the US. We enjoy various tequilas and the choices were great. Access to 3 different pools which all have a slightly different vibe. Hotel property is perfect for traveling in groups. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Burger at pool was under cooked, if I'm really trying to look for something to complain about. It was replaced with a fully cooked burger in 15-20 minutes. Food orders a bit slow to come out, but that simply means they are making everything fresh from scratch! I wish there was an easier/safer way to get to Mykonos town, and MORE IMPORTANT getting back as there are essentially no sidewalks and limited access to taxi. Its only a 10-12 minute walk, but dangerous. Perhaps a shuttle 2 times per day...?

It is a bit high in the hill but totally worth it - the hotels view is amazing!! The food is also great and the staff (especially the cleaning ladies) are very nice (with some exceptions of course). The pool is also nice and the service was good.

When we arrived one of the receptionists that welcomed us explained everything to us (spots to visit, etc.) and told us we got complementary upgrade to a room with a pool for the last 2 days of our stay. lo and behold our 2 last days come up and not a WORD from the hotel. Nobody even mentioned it like it never happened, it was honestly not a big deal to us as we spent all our time at the beach or in the town but it just looked so unserious and unprofessional in our eyes as customers. It was annoying at first but now it’s just funny.

Nice location next to Chora. you can use the facilities of all the three hotels next to each other. nice pool in front of ocean and nice sunset bar

the rooms were far from the reception and pool. the pool was a little bit crowded. we prefer a location next to beach and not to Chora which is very crowded

The property had a nice feeling and good decor, great views, large size room for the suite, beautiful shower area and amazing balconies. The details were special as well- an interesting lighting flecked into the walkway, gorgeous shutters that blocked out the light for sleeping and beautiful ceiling details.

The lobby was quite small, but it was pretty at one time- the floor and couches were stained with some accidental spills. The walls were very thin and could hear the neighbors simply talking…so much that we felt odd talking ourselves. The view was truly spectacular except for the power lines- wish they could have taken care of this one item. I might suggest they offer a free, regularly scheduled shuttle back and forth to town as the road was a bit dangerous and a little far if not wearing flats.

Polite and helpful staff, clean facilities, great spread for breakfast, not too busy. L'Occitane soaps. Very nice bedsheets. Free shuttle to airport. Very close to Mykonos Town. Lovely view (except for the power lines obstructing the pool.)

Wasn't up to par with other 5 star hotels, it is more 4 stars. Mentioned it was our honeymoon upon booking but not even a congratulations from reception staff. At other 5 star hotels on our honeymoon we had free room upgrades, bottle of champagne, complimentary meals, even a handwritten card... Korali unfortunately did not have the 5 star personalised touch.
