Fikas Hotel in Naxos exceeded our expectations! It was our favourite accommodation in Greece. The setting is tranquil, being just out of town (the easy walk to the edge of town was only 5 minutes, and you reach the harbour in under 30). There are nearby beaches, coffee shops, and restaurants, as well as a fantastic local bus service, which is a five-minute walk down the road to take you across the island. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly, helping arrange taxis as needed and providing information for all of our queries. The hotel grounds are magnificent, and the pool area is award-worthy. It's the perfect spot to spend hours away. The bedroom was huge and beautifully appointed. My sister and I requested and received separate beds. We loved that the shower and toilet were separate! And the shower, WOW! It was beautiful. There is a rain shower head and a hand-held nozzle in case you want to sit on the gorgeous bench to shower. The shower has glass doors so you can see into it from some parts of the room (we were in a triple room). It didn't bother us at all but those not used to this may like to know. We had a cute balcony perfect for lazing about with a book, offering views of the pool and out to Naxos old town beyond that. The owners were extremely helpful in assisting us when our ferry was cancelled, and we had to rebook a last-minute ferry and rush to town to make it. THANK YOU SO MUCH! We LOVED this accommodation, highly recommend it and will surely return when we are next in Naxos.

I booked at the very last minute and arrived 4 hours early looking to leave my bags until the room was ready for check in. The owner could not have been more helfpul and accommodating. I received a kind smile and was allowed to check in on the spot, despite it being high season and being so last minute. The hotel was perfectly managed, the pool was large and beautifully maintained and the atmosphere efficient but super relaxing and friendly. Very close to the hustle of the old town but couldnt have felt less chilled. Incredible value for money and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Naxos town! Thank you so much for looking after me!

No complaints at all. Loved it and could have stayed for weeks.

- Lovely staff, Toula the owner is very helpful - booked sunbeds for us, organised transfers and car hire. - Great pool area, never too crowded - Daily cleaning was a bonus - Good value for money - Even though it's a walk out of town, it's at the quieter end of the town beach - Great 5km run from the hotel to the headland and back, just go before it's too hot!

- Felt like room (especially the bathroom) needed refurbishment, our teenage children had a much better room that looked like it had a new bathroom - Quite a walk out of town however really close to a fabulous (and not too expensive) end of the beach - Would be perfect if rooms had a few more facilities like some crockery, cutlery, mini kitchen to make breakfasts

The staff, especially Toula were all very kind, attentive and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was cleaned everyday with new towels and sheets. We enjoyed using the pool area which was a bonus rather than going to the beach. The location was perfect, Naxos Town was a short walk, supermarket was just around the corner and bus stop very close aswell. When we return to Naxos we will stay again.

Super friendly hosts, it was the main highlight of the stay! Swimming pool was clean and practically no people used it, so we had great breaks during scorching hot middays. Cute rooms!

AC didn’t work well. Last day it completely didn’t do anything, but we were lucky that it wasn’t hot day. Also, you hear doors banging quite a lot, when other guests leave their rooms, I think it can be managed easy by the hotel

Eveything was great, we had a lovely stay at Fikas Hotel and a great vacation. Room had been spacious and cleaned daily, bed really comfortable. Location is also great, around 20 min walk to reach central Chora and quiet& breezy during the night, perfect to get a good night's sleep. Thanks to Toula for all the tips and help to get around.

Toula was a pleasure to deal with. She helped us with organising a transfer from the ferry along with car hire and some laundry. The room was great for the 5 days we were there and was clean, always had hot water and aircon worked perfect.

We only used the pool once as we felt it was a little too cool especially with a toddler. We are travelling for an extended time so cost was really important to us, however If you’re travelling with kids I’d say location could be an issue if you don’t have a car.

A fantastic stay! Toula was an amazing host and helped us organise trips, transfers, and went above and beyond. The breakfast was €10 a day and definitely worth it- great fried eggs. Don’t let the low star rating put you off, it is amazing.

Air con was a little tricky to navigate and not hugely powerful but once working it was good

The owner (Toula) was extremely accomodating and all of the people working at the hotel were the same. The Location was perfect for my friend and I as we wanted to be close enough to a supermarket (3min walk) night life and city but also wanted to escape it. Fikas is in the perfect location for a mix of everything. The pool is lovely also.

the room was very clean, spacious, there was coffee and a mini refrigerator. AC super functional. Balcony with chairs and rack to hang dry clothing items after long beach or pool days. I didnt use the pool but it appeared to be quite lovely and also clean. Very helpful staff gave me a lay of the land on arrival and were all very friendly.
