The property was in a good location. Not on the heart of the tourist area but a walking distance and the beach was just across the road. It was a bonus having breakfast included and a swimming pool area.

We had a couple of hiccups on the first day but they were sorted out very quickly. Due to the weather our ferry was delayed a day and we had to pay for an extra night, the staff were very accommodating and understood but given the circumstances it would have been appreciated if the cost was discounted as we had paid for two hotels for one night.

The staff was super friendly. We felt very welcome here. That really made our stay so pleasant. The rooms are nice and clean and the vibe is just relaxed. At first we found it a bit strange that the pool was in front of the street but it didn't bother us at all. It's also close to the town but not to close. You can walk along the beach to get to the town. I would definitely stay here again if I would come back to Naxos.

Vasilli and his staff did their best to accommodate us in every way. The rooms are delightful. There were 10 of us and our party was satisfied with mostly everything. Personally I objected to the shower in our room never being hot enough or strong enough. I suspect the owner , Vangellis, decided that guests must get by on solar power but the weather at the time did not support this. Vasilli helped my children to organize a surprise party for me and my husband in the Pool room. We appreciated his help in making this facility available to us. Transport was flawlessly provided by George and his crew - shuttle , rental cars, Costas lugging our heavy bags up and down and cars ready and on time when we needed them. We enjoyed a pleasant stay and thank Vasilli for doing his very best to make our stay memorable.Naxos remains my favourite island so far.

The shower in our room 302 was a constant irritation. I complained numerous times and Vasili did what he could. There is a backup system apart from the solar but he was probably not allowed to use that.. The shower was tepid and weak. Not acceptable. However , the children who stayed in ground floor apartments did not complain .

Princess of Naxos is the perfect above-average, three-star island hotel with value. Breakfast was abundant and tasty, and open late! The room was clean as was the pool area. Great location - a short walk to the beach and town center, and a sort taxi from the airport and ferry station. The walk to town is just enough distance to walk off a long Greek dinner! Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend Princess to any Naxos traveler looking for value in a great location.

Superb staff, friendly and very helpful. Katerina is a star! Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Very close to the city, around 15min walking distance. Our kids enjoied the pool a lot!

The only thing we didn’t like was to cross the road that gets very busy, but if you are careful is ok

Our room was beautiful, modern and clean with all amenities you could want, extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and the Manager could not do enough for us. A lovely walk along a sandy track to the beach and only about a kilometre away from the port. The Supermarket is only 300m away. We did an island bus day trip which picked us up outside the hotel.

Loved everything really but as it was early in the season, the pool was chilly.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was very nice, a wide choice of local and traditional food. The room was very clean and spacious, in line with the Internet description.

A bit of smell during the first hours after entering into the room. It went out as we were keeping the door of the terrace opened.

The staff was amazing! Especially Vicky - we simply loved her! Always helpfull and cheerful. We Booked very last minute due to another booking that was aweful upon arrival, and they did everything to provide us a nice experience. Nice and clean rooms.

Overall we were really satisfied. Nice room, easy communication. Maybe a little bit more light in the bathroom would do nicely and some more fresh fruits at the breakfast... but those are minor remarks.

Location is great as it’s very close to beach and lots of bars/restaurants and the town. Short walk to the supermarket but along the main road. Very nice pool Breakfast was good too

Couldn’t open drawers in the wardrobe as they are blocked by the front door.

Friendly staff, all what we have needed was there. Very good location for visiting of Naxos OLD town center, close approach to Surfing beach where FLISVOS Beach club is excellent for brunch, lunch or dinner. Just need to reserve table upfront as it is very busy.

No remarks or bad things to say. All was in line with official advertasing and we got what we choose. Only remark I have is that we have reserved Sea view but we didn't get it. But also alternative room was perfect as it was in the shade and not so hot as it might be if we would have sea view. :-)
