This hotel is centrally located - five minutes walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes walk to the port, old town and Portara. Restaurants and shops only seconds away. The room was a good size with a lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the sun. Air conditioning included. Rooms cleaned daily. The owners of the hotel are so gracious and kind. They accommodated all requests with a smile.

No complaints, I had an amazing stay.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but enjoyed a lovely cafe in town. Check out Cafe Lotto for a delicious breakfast, especially if you want to hit the ground early running like we did.

Unfortunately, my swimsuit was stolen. I hung it to dry on our balcony one evening; the next morning, it was missing. We were staying on the first floor, right next to a street. Of course, afterwards, I realised there were hooks to hang my swimsuit off to the side of the balcony, however, I wasn't informed about this by the hotel owner. I let the hotel owner know what happened and she seemed sympathetic but told me I shouldn't have hung my swimsuit over the balcony because many people will pass by during tourist season at night. Again, this was not something we were warned about. I realise things happen and I have learned my lesson, but I would have appreciated some kind of warning beforehand.

The owners are the kindest people on Earth! I had an accident (outside of the hotel) and when I arrived and asked them to call a taxi to take me to the hospital, they said 'no way, we will take you'! I mean <3 The location is perfect, 3 minutes walking from the beach, room is spacious, so is the balcony. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Naxos.

What a fantastic hotel!! Being a solo female traveler it was great, room was perfect for 1, really clean, light airy with small balcony with a view of the pretty street very peaceful. Bed was a large double typically Greek firmness lol pillows not so great but workable. Room had air con small Fridge ( which could be noisy throughout the night). Loved how central it was with out the noise of bars/restaurants, 5/10 min either way and was at beach or harbour. 10/15 min walk from boat with a slight incline. All the staff were wonderful friendly. A great place to stay.

I wouldn’t say didn’t like, if a light sleeper would suggest earplugs the layout makes the stairs echo and loud so simple walking down stairs in morning was extra loud, woken most mornings around 6ish with someone walking downstairs then unlocking main door. But during night peaceful except noisy fridge in room lol 😂

The hotel is located a few minutes away from the beach which is absolutely beautiful especially for children and non swimmers. We had AC in the rooms and everything we needed. The family who runs the hotel is absolutely amazing! Starting with the pick up from the airport for free and with all their tips about the island (places, restaurants etc). They were very understanding, allowed us to stay in the room longer and dropped us at the airport. We will definitely go back.

The cleaning schedule was on time and done well. The room was spacious. Exceptional value for money and incredible location.

I would have loved the provision of a beach towel and for the soaps to be restocked.

It was very clean and the price for a single room was amazing. Despite the very touristic district is the other side of square, the distance between the two districts is around 6 minutes walking, even this location is more comfy at nights as it is more quiet

Everything! staff were very friendly and helpful. they accommodated a few of our requests. The location was great - next door to a laundry service, restaurant, cafes, beach and bakeries. It was very very clean. price point was good.

Location, very close to the beach and the city center. Very clean.

If I had to come back, I would not book again the Budget Twin Room in the ground floor: if you open the window, everyone can see inside, so in terms of privacy is not so comfortable. In this regard, the balcony becomes a bit useless since it’s also very small.

The location was really close to everything (beach-port) and we didn't have to climb anything to get to our property, the overall value for money was great, the water pressure was very good and we had hot water at all times, the cleanliness was excellent, the fact that we had AC was nice, the staff was very helpful. We needed our plane tickets printed and they helped us with that.

1. The wifi was useless, even though the rest of the island had good wifi. Their wifi was terrible. It kept disconnecting and I had to reinsert the password everytime. I couldn't watch youtube because of how slow it was. 2. The beds were EXTREMELY squeaky. This with the fact that our room was ground level (due to the cars passing by full speed, also the scooters that are very loud) it made it very difficult to have a good night sleep.
