The room was clean, minimalistic, and the perfect size for what we needed, with enough space for our suitcases too. Great location: just a 10-minute walk to the port, 3 minutes to the bus stop for the beaches, and St George beach is also within walking distance if you prefer something nearby. The breakfast was the best part of it… with traditional house made pites.

There’s no lift, which is quite common on the Greek islands, but the staff kindly offered to help with our luggage. The only small issue was the toilet door. It would’ve been better if it were wider or a proper door, as there was a visible gap through to the room.

The polis of Naxos boutique hotel is an amazing hotel everything is excellent, room is very clean very well maintained and breakfast is delicious . The hotel has a perfect location walking distance to all facilities, there is a parking in front of the hotel if you decide to rent a car , three minutes walk to the bus station and 5 min walk to old town The stuff is very friendly especially John vey welcoming very helpful to explain how to explore the island . I highly recommend this hotel thank you for an amazing vacation!!!

Nothing everything was amazing

Loved my stay here! Katharina and the rest of the staff were so friendly, and on-hand on WhatsApp if you need anything. The suite was comfy and cleaned every day which was great given the sand and dust that comes in from adventures in Naxos. Breakfast was nice and home made and fuelled me up well for the day. All in all it was excellent value for money and I’d definitely stay again. As a solo traveler it felt like a safe location (the same goes for Naxos in general). I chose to stay somewhere without a pool to encourage me to check out the beaches which definitely was a good choice with Plaka and other great beaches just a short bus ride or drive away. 🙌

The property echoed a little so could be loud when people were coming in and out their rooms but the other guests were respectful so this never broke my sleep.

We really enjoyed the Polis Suite. The location was perfect - 5 mins walk to the closest beach and 10 mins walk to the bustling pier with all the restaurants and cafes. The staff on our arrival were super helpful. The room was clean and well appointed and had a smart TV where we could log in to our own streaming services. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the street and the room was airconditioned. A bonus of 2 bathrooms which suited the 3 of staying there.

A few plates, cutlery would be a great addition in the main area if you wanted to bring takeaway back to eat.

Everything is brand new! The location is key! Walking distance to the port and the castle, near the beach of Agios Georgios. Best mattress, I have ever slept on! Giannis (the owner) very helpful with key tips for places to eat and visit!

There was not anything we did not like!

Our stay was absolutely delightful. It made our holiday in Naxos very comfortable and pleasant. Everything was clean and nice, and the room was so comfortable. Both the showers and the bathtub were exceptional. The breakfast was solid and provided a great start to the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wifi was terrible. Dropping in and out - they said it was a fault of the area at the fine. Buffet breakfast was being reused each day…. Could tell some of the food we were eating we’d seen there a few days before….

The place is very well kept and the staff is very supportive and friendly. It was our first time in Naxos, so we we unsure what to expect... This is a beautiful place.

There was some miscommunication at the beginning - which was no fault of any of the staff or ourselves - and the staff quickly handled every situation. There are two distinct Polis properties, and once it was sorted, the stay was fantastic.

Beautiful room. Great location. Very helpful staff with recommendations. Pretty good breakfast. Stayed an extra night as such good value and liked it.

Only thing was door was quite hard to close, due to handle, and had to slam it, which was a bit awkward early in morning or late at night.

Location is very good. Close to beach, port and center. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room is very cosy and balcony gives so much space to chill out. Fresh tart cooked by the owner at breakfast was my fav. Recommended.
