The staff here go above and beyond to help. I asked about parking and they personally showed me a good place. They also pull out all the stops for breakfast. More than we could eat but it was very appreciated. The hot tub and outside area was much better than expected had a great stay.

The room was a bit smaller than expected for 3 of us. Comfortable but not much room for our cases. If travelling by car the location is tough to get to with not parking. Narrow streets with no room to pass if a car is coming the other way. That’s the price to pay here for the great location. Park your car on the road before it gets narrow and walk with your luggage for 5-10 mins.

The property is in a great location, just a 3-minute walk to Valtos Beach, which is the most beautiful beach in Parga. Although the property is situated in the Old Town of Parga, surrounded by the loveliest restaurants and just a minute’s walk from the Venetian Castle (a popular tourist attraction) we didn’t hear any noise at night and slept very well. The best part of this place is the owner and his family, who clearly care deeply about their business and make every effort to welcome guests with attention and care. The breakfasts were wonderful, the lady of the house cooks very well, preparing fresh meals each day. They even went out of their way to accommodate my little daughter, who is a bit picky with food, by buying different types of donuts each morning. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and if I ever return to this charming town, I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Located at a strategic place right next to the old Castle, apart from the amazing view of the beach, it equally distances from everything it was extremely easy to access everything in old Parga. The rooms were extremely clean and the amazing owner and his family did everything ensure you had a great experience. The owner was extremely friendly and made you feel like family. We are very grateful for this experience. The room was spacious and it even had an outside patio with an amazing view, a huge outdoor table and an big size jacuzzi big enough for 3-4. The breakfast was also amazing.

Breakfast extraordinary. The view from the breakfast terrace is great. The host (Kyriakos) is incredibly helpful. Location above the Voltos beach with three excellent restaurants on each corner and away from the hectic tourist crowds below is great. One has to walk a bit up the hill from the beach or the central district but it's easily manageable. our own balcony overlooking the street was an added plus and stretched our living space.

The room was a bit small but incredibly well organised so it was easy to manage and of course our own balcony extended the living space.

Picture did not do this villa justice! We loved everything about it. Location! Beach! Comfort! The owner was so gracious and accommodating! We will be back! Breakfast was above and beyond! I can't say enough good about it. The natural phenomenon, a crack in the castle cliff side that expells a significant amount of cool breeze was an absolute amazement and very much loved by us all! This place is a must stay!

We liked absolutely everything. Great hospitality, clean rooms, perfect homemade breakfast every morning, served on the terrace with the breathtaking view. Really close to the old town, the castle, also to the taverns. Thanks to Kiriakos for everything, there are people who are great hosts, but also there are people who LOVE to be great hosts, Kiriakos is one of them. The only thing we didn’t like was that we didn’t stay longer :) Definitely coming back for our next trip to beautiful Parga.

We liked everything starting from the friendly staff who met us out of the studio, and gave recommendations for cafes and places to visit. The studio was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is served on a terrace overlooking the bay. We enjoyed the delicious Greek pastry and yogurt with fruits, as well as omelettes and variety of coffee. Everything was perfect. Everything It was an amazing experience, starting from the second we arrived Kiroakos, the host, helped us with parking which is a bit of a problem near the studios The room was big and comfortable, the shower as well We had a beautiful balcony where we also had the best breakfast they made for us The location of the studios in my opinion is the best you can get at Parga It's close to the harbor with all the cafe places (there is a long stair path you need to go down and going up is the hard part, but it's good for getting strong haha and totally worth it with the cute shops you have all along) And it's close to the beach and all the great taverns (some are a 1 minute walk from the studios!) If you have a chance to stay here, don't miss it We had the best time

The host was extremely welcoming and went beyond with making us feel welcome and have a great family vacation. The breakfast was so yummmy and full filling. All rooms were clean and also cleaned on a timely manner. And also the olive oil prepared by the host is priceless.

I recently stayed at this apartment for a holiday, and it exceeded all my expectations.
