The place and the hosts are amazing, and very accommodating. Breakfast included better than expected. Lots of options including eggs and savoury foods. We went in mid-June and it was not crowded at all. The owners are chilled and want to make you feel very welcome. Prices at the bar are good and the cocktails amazing. They also helped us organise moppets and car rental. We could play our own music at the pool and it was fine. Overall it was perfect.

The property is located 8 min by car from Naousa, and the walk is not pleasant. Nothing around so to get to Naousa you need a taxi. We paid 40 euro for a van for 5 people so it wasn’t too bad. You can try the bus but not idea how it is.

Our villa was very large and spacious, clean and comfortable and we felt like we were in our private home. The property is very clean and quiet giving you the impression that you had the whole hotel to yourself a beautiful modern property with a great view. The hotel manager and staff were great, very welcoming kind and helpful. Worth the money

a smaller revision in the decoration could transform this place to a sleek luxurious feeling hotel more neutral colored textiles in the room like beige and gray. Greece has wonderful bakery specialities salty and sweet with phylo that could be incorporated to the breakfast. Few decorative plates where food would be served in the open buffet could elavate the experience feasting the eyes as well as taste

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this charming family-run accommodation in Paros. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel genuinely welcome — it felt more like visiting family than staying at a hotel. They went above and beyond to make our trip stress-free and enjoyable. They kindly arranged our transfers to and from the port, helped us rent a scooter so we could explore the island with ease, and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hidden spots to visit. Every suggestion they gave us turned out to be a gem — clearly, they know and love their island deeply. The property itself was spotless and well-kept, with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. One of the little touches that stood out was the offer to help with laundry, which was so appreciated during our travels.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villas. The family owner's were great and spoke good English. Their hospitality, kindness, helpfulness, recommendations were all fabulous. My family and our couple friend's enjoyed the location with the 3 bedroom villa, so much that they want to come back to see the family and location. Beautiful view, clean pool, easy car rental and ATV on their recommendations and yummy breakfast everyday. She recommended the island ferry with the ATV's, which was fabulous for a safe drive all over the Antiparos Island. The ferry was quick and easy. We would recommend this place to our family and friends 🧡 4 days went by too fast and it was hard to leave.

Our stay at Blue Mare Villa was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality and unexpected generosity. Due to last-minute availability, the hosts graciously upgraded us to a spacious two-storey 2bedroom suite Villa—beautifully designed and with direct access to what felt like our own private pool—at no additional cost. To top off this wonderful surprise, we were greeted with a chilled bottle of rosé wine, setting the perfect tone for our relaxing getaway. The villas themselves are a masterclass in modern Cycladic architecture—elegant, minimal, and effortlessly luxurious. Every detail was meticulously thought out, from the sleek finishes to the spotless cleanliness. Bathrooms were sparkling and labeled as disinfected, offering great peace of mind. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine, dishwasher, and a coffee maker stocked with complimentary cartridges—ideal for a group of four. Even better, all the cleaning supplies we could possibly need were provided, which is rarely the case in most Airbnb stays. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast with fresh local flavors, all while taking in an unforgettable view of the endless blue Aegean Sea. And despite feeling like a serene escape, we were only a quick 7-minute drive from Naousa, which made exploring the charming town and its vibrant tavernas incredibly convenient. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our return. Blue Mare Villa is a true gem—and we will absolutely be back.

Nothing to dislike

It was so tranquil. We really wanted to get some peace and relax as it was our honeymoon. The host Iliana and her husband were amazing, and they looked after us well. They decorated our room with some balloons and gave us a bottle of white wine to make it nice for our honeymoon. The breakfast was so delicious, too. I loved the room and the attention to detail on the decoration. Everything was so clean and nice, and we truly loved our stay, and our mind was at so much ease. Saving the best to last...the jacuzzi outside! Wow, truly remarkable and so warm, we loved it.

We had such a fantastic 11-night stay, the villa was stunning so modern & spacious for 4 people, cleaned every day and towels changed frequently. The air con was great, shower pressure perfect, kitchen has everything you need (huge fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, other cooking tools). Felt very homely! Bottle of wine gift was very nice. The outside area was pretty & the hot tub was great! We spent lots of days by the pool as we wanted to relax, the pool is lovely, beach towels are provided daily, drinks choice at the bar is great including iced coffee. 2 nights we ordered great pizza & salad from Piatsa restaurant (very easy to order to Villa). We are glad we hired a car because you cannot really walk to anything, but supermarket and Naoussa harbour/restaurants are not far by car. Taxis are very expensive in Paros €30-35 mostly for 10 minute journeys (maybe we blame American visitors lol?) We did a few days out driving to different beaches & evenings spent in different towns, the island of Paros is very pretty. I wish we had seen Lefkes also. What can we say, Iliana and your kind family are the best hosts!!! Thank you for amazing hospitality, your recommendation’s, your beautiful villa (and lovely breakfast). Not forgetting Messi the clever dog :) haha. We had an amazing time! Thank you so much!

The only thing is the location as cannot walk to shops or restaurants and taxis are expensive.

We LOVED this property-- EVERYTHING about it was amazing especially given the price. The hosts and owners, Stamatas (Spelling?) and Iliana were a piece of the best part... always available, accommodating and friendly. The six of us had drinks at the bar with Stamatas as bartender one evening and we considered it a highlight! Before arriving Iliana answered my every question. The two of them picked us up at the ferry and we rented a car at a reasonable price directly from them. So convenient. A full lavish poolside breakfast was included every morning overlooking a beautiful valley or the infinity pool, depending upon where you say. The place was pristine and housekeeping came everyday, replacing clean towels, toilet paper, etc. We couldn't have found a better place-- book it!! You won't be disappointed.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. Everything was wonderful.

We were celebrating a friends 50th birthday who had chosen Blue Mare Villas for group accommodation. I elected to book a seperate villa for myself and partner as most of the big group had occupied the main villa. We were greeted on arrival from Paros port to the villas by both owners Iliana and Stamatis who escorted to our villa and then met the group at the main villa. It was a lovely surprise to walk into a well appointed spacious villa complete with hot tub and private courtyard. A great breakfast was also included in the price I cannot recommend this property enough ... the hosts go out of their way to assist with any requests ..... I ordered a Birthday cake for the special dinner held at the main villa ... it was super delicious :-) We will defintely go back in the future

A minor issue but the villas are located about 2km from main Naousa town centre. While walkable the roads are quite busy and narrow in places. To get better access around the island and sights its best to rent a car - which the hosts can do easily and quickly with the vehicle being delivered to your villa.
