Sarah at the reception was very helpful and informative. She accommodated all our request and even let us do early check-in at 9 AM without any additional fees. She arranged the ride for us from and to the airport. The location is about 10 minute walk from main town so very convenient and there are bakeries and groceries nearby. It’s a very cozy room with aesthtic vibes. Will visit again for sure.

My friend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel and I have to say, it was an overall great experience. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the center of Naousa. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome, and their friendliness and attentiveness really set the tone for our stay. Anna was beyond hospitable and Mersina Exclusive is very lucky to have her. She assisted us with a car rental, boat tour and telling us her recommendations for the island. Elena, Antonis and Anna assisted us with a cancelled ferry and we wouldn't have gotten to our next island without their help, we cannot thank them enough. As for the room, it was a bit on the smaller side, but it was clean and well-maintained with daily service. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—definitely one of the best night's sleep I’ve had in a while. The breakfast was delicious and accommodating of my dietary restrictions. I still dream of the orange cream dish! I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

It’s so close to downtown Naoussa. Across the street is a buss station and a bakery/coffee shop that has amazing coffee and pastries. Also next door is a scooter , atv and bunch more stuff you can rent! Anna was amazing!!! Very welcoming and sweet! The room was perfect! We really loved it! The breakfast was delicious, a big variety of food you name it! I highly recommend it for the staff for the proximity to everything and for the hospitality! Also we had a shuttle picking us up and dropping us off from port/airport, Marios, great guy make sure you ask for him for shuttle! He is very knowledgeable and also a great guy! Overall our stay in Paros was wonderful! We will definitely come back!!!

Staying at Mersina Exclusive was an absolutely wonderful experience. The property is spotlessly clean, with tidy and comfortable spaces. The staff is always available, smiling, and ready to help at any time – their warm hospitality truly makes a difference. Everyone is extremely courteous and professional. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the atmosphere of Paros without any hassle. We loved every moment of our stay and fell in love with Paros, one of the most beautiful islands in Greece. We can’t wait to come back!

the reservation was made by my father, so im writing from his account. honestly, everything was great. the room was clean and nice, the location is ideal as its right next to a bus stop and very close to the beach. the personnel were amazing, kind and very sweet!! Especially Anna and the chef just were so nice. There was also a thingy to order delivery straight to the room (so you didnt have to pick it up from reception). overall had a great time!!

the bed was a little hard but really it doesnt matter that much. and the wifi was slow so i used my cellular instead.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They made the experience for us. They gave us a map and provided recommendations. They gave honest feedback on transportation options & provided us bus routes, helped us schedule a rental car, and offered transfer services. We did a rental car and the bus. The room was very cute- it was cleaned daily and we were provided new towels daily. Breakfast was continental style and yummy! The location was great!!! About 5-10 min walk to the shops/restaurants. There is a bakery across the street (1 min walk). We will definitely be back!

The staff at Mersina are absolutely astounding. I was there in the summer and Angi who managed the desk went over and above to help make sure my stay and travel went smoothly to and fro from the port and airport etc as well as just checking in on me as I was a solo woman traveller. THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! The mix of sweet and savoury was great and honestly it is more than enough to start your day on. I liked that it was a 10/15 minuet walk to a beach where the sunset was gorgeous to watch. Whilst it is on a busy road, the soundproofing on the windows in the room was sufficient to keep out the road noise and I slept really well. I would highly recommend staying here because the staff especially make you feel welcome, safe and as though you are family - even with the language barrier. Greece has poor plumbing so expect some funky smells from the drains. I mentioned this and staff saw to it pretty immediately. I would love the rooms to have more colour to make them stand out and be even cosier and cosier, more luxury bedding would make this even more of a great hotel

The hotel is in a great location just a short walk outside of the main part of Naousa. It’s clean, bright and has everything you need for a stay. The staff though are absolutely the best thing about this place. Angie was amazing from check-in and right throughout my stay, and Anna was so helpful in helping me pre-arrival and also organizing tours and connecting me with other guests. As a solo traveller I felt like I was staying with friends and family the whole time, such is the environment the staff have created at this fantastic hotel where everyone feels welcomed and at home from the moment they arrive.

We loved every moment of our stay . The most hospitable family hotel we have ever stayed in . The staff go above and beyond to meet your needs . Extreme kindness, friendliest, comfort , home made quality food just makes your holiday . Staff always interested in your plans and share local knowledge . We liked everything about our stay! The room was clean and nice. The homemade options for the breakfast were TOP. The location was also perfect - a walking distance to Noussa's most touristic part with cafes and restaurants and to Piperi beach. Everyone was very helpful starting from the owner to hosts! I would like to specifically mention Anna who helped us a lot in exploring the island and getting to its hidden gems. I will absolutely go back!
