Sarah at the reception was very helpful and informative. She accommodated all our request and even let us do early check-in at 9 AM without any additional fees. She arranged the ride for us from and to the airport. The location is about 10 minute walk from main town so very convenient and there are bakeries and groceries nearby. It’s a very cozy room with aesthtic vibes. Will visit again for sure.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They made the experience for us. They gave us a map and provided recommendations. They gave honest feedback on transportation options & provided us bus routes, helped us schedule a rental car, and offered transfer services. We did a rental car and the bus. The room was very cute- it was cleaned daily and we were provided new towels daily. Breakfast was continental style and yummy! The location was great!!! About 5-10 min walk to the shops/restaurants. There is a bakery across the street (1 min walk). We will definitely be back!

The staff at Mersina are absolutely astounding. I was there in the summer and Angi who managed the desk went over and above to help make sure my stay and travel went smoothly to and fro from the port and airport etc as well as just checking in on me as I was a solo woman traveller. THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! The mix of sweet and savoury was great and honestly it is more than enough to start your day on. I liked that it was a 10/15 minuet walk to a beach where the sunset was gorgeous to watch. Whilst it is on a busy road, the soundproofing on the windows in the room was sufficient to keep out the road noise and I slept really well. I would highly recommend staying here because the staff especially make you feel welcome, safe and as though you are family - even with the language barrier. Greece has poor plumbing so expect some funky smells from the drains. I mentioned this and staff saw to it pretty immediately. I would love the rooms to have more colour to make them stand out and be even cosier and cosier, more luxury bedding would make this even more of a great hotel

The hotel is in a great location just a short walk outside of the main part of Naousa. It’s clean, bright and has everything you need for a stay. The staff though are absolutely the best thing about this place. Angie was amazing from check-in and right throughout my stay, and Anna was so helpful in helping me pre-arrival and also organizing tours and connecting me with other guests. As a solo traveller I felt like I was staying with friends and family the whole time, such is the environment the staff have created at this fantastic hotel where everyone feels welcomed and at home from the moment they arrive.

We loved every moment of our stay . The most hospitable family hotel we have ever stayed in . The staff go above and beyond to meet your needs . Extreme kindness, friendliest, comfort , home made quality food just makes your holiday . Staff always interested in your plans and share local knowledge . Not one thing except having to leave !

Mersina is the place to be if you wanna feel like home. From the first greeting at the reception until the last goodbye at the final night you feel welcome there! The room is very clean and has plenty of space, and the breakfast is AMAZING,with plenty of choices made with love. All of that is thanks to the incredible people that surround this place.Both the bosses and ALL the employees are kindhearted professionals that are always ready to help you with any of your needs and that is something to be appreciated. Thank you for the great experience that you provided us and hope to see you soon again.

We liked everything about our stay! The room was clean and nice. The homemade options for the breakfast were TOP. The location was also perfect - a walking distance to Noussa's most touristic part with cafes and restaurants and to Piperi beach. Everyone was very helpful starting from the owner to hosts! I would like to specifically mention Anna who helped us a lot in exploring the island and getting to its hidden gems. I will absolutely go back!

The hotel was well located, a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Naoussa. Also located next to a great scooter rental place and not far from a laundry service and grocery store. Anna the host was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious each morning too. It came at an affordable price.

The room was quite small and there was no fan in the bathroom only a small window.

The owners were awesome, very attentive, and made sure to make our stay perfect. Anna noted the places, restaurants and highlights of the island for ua to have, we followed her advice and did not disappoint! The apartments were clean, and tidy, and had the basics you need for a few days of stay. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms had AC and the doors/windows had a mosquito net.

Nice Hotel, we even got an upgrade for free without asking! Good breakfast was included! Supermarket, Bakery, Laundry, Scooter/ATV Rental (Paros Summer Travelers, really recommend!) are all close by! The bus stop from and to the ferry is right in front of the hotel, really convenient! Tell the driver to stop at the Expert! The pretty town of Naoussa is in walking distance! The best part of the hotel is the outstanding service of the manager Anna, the chef and Anthony. It’s incredible how they create a family atmosphere for the guests! Anna is always reachable and has the best recommendations for food and trips around Paros!
