We had the double room with kitchen which had a sea view and balcony. The rooms were big, clean and the kitchen was minimally equipped with enough to be able to cook. The view from the balcony was wonderful and you could see the sea and also the sunset from the balcony. The hosts were very sweet and welcoming. The property is proper value for money. There is also free parking available at the property. And the Naousa beach is 2 mins walking and the old town is 5 mins. Worth the money and more!

Beautiful view up high - could watch the sunset from the little balcony which I loved! The room was spacious for me as one person - had everything I needed. Katarina was really friendly and helpful throughout my stay

It was a bit annoying that the shower head didn’t have a bracket - would be an easy thing to put in that would improve the bathroom a lot. Also would have been handy to have a kettle rather than boiling water on the stove. Otherwise everything was fine!

I had the room with the mountain View. The room position: I could see the sunrise and the sunset and is very peaceful. Is close to the beach, the little center of Naoussa and 10/15 min by feet from the bus station. The host is very lovely and helpful. The room and the bathroom are big enough. ❤💙

The position is very cool cause gives you a very awesome view but of course the street to go up to the house is a little hard. I would add some utensils to the kitchen and add an extra pillow cause they are thin in my opinion ☺

The beds were not very comfortable and quiet hard but does the job for the price of stay. Also wasn’t a big deal for us but there is a big hill to walk up to the property so be prepared.

Incredibly lovely family that owns the apartment/house. Apartment was very clean and located perfectly, within a few minutes walk of both the beach and Naoussa center (of note you have to walk 1-2 min up a short but steep-ish hill to get there if you aren't driving). The family was very kind, always available, and even went the extra mile and insisted on driving me to the local bus stop on the way back when they saw how heavy my suitcase was.

2 single beds put together to form a big double bed and mattresses that moved during nights and formed a gap (which i fell)

This place is perfect! What we loved the most was the hospitality of the owners, it was truly the best of all the places we have stayed before - they picked us up with a car, upgraded our room free of charge, looked after our luggage after we checked out and even brought it to us to a bus station when we were leaving. The apartment is nice, spacious and clean, the kitchen is very well equiped. The view to the sea from the balcony is incredible. The location is also perfect if you don't mind to walk up the hill, about 10min from the centre of Naoussa, and around 5min from the beach. We loved our stay in Ioanna Rooms and would definitely stay here again!

Had a little terrace overlooking a bay. Far away up a hill. Small kitchen and two tables and a 2br apt free upgrade. Owner lives in the building, which felt friendly.

It's a SCHLEPP with luggage to get there from the bus stop. Consider a cab. Fixtures are fine but showing their age.

Rooms are good, view from the room with the Seaview is amazing! Highly recommend! The Host is so lovely and helpful! Location to town is only 10 mins or less, a hill and a few stairs to get to the accomodation but worth it for the view! Lovely stay nice and quiet spot to

Great place with clean beds. Owners were very friendly and assisted us with all our needs. Our room got upgraded into a two-bedroom with the most perfect view of the sea. Great location too.

Would have been better if they informed us beforehand about the best route to the property. There were two available routes visible on Google Maps – the one we took led us through 2 flights of stairs up a hill which we had to climb with big suitcases.
