All inclusive isnt really all inclusive, when it comes to alcoholic beverages only beer, wine and ouz is included, everything else you have to pay for. Snacks like nuts, chips etc are also not included... The buffet is extremely pork focused, and most of the time the pork will not be listed on the piece of paper in front of the food

The staff was very helpful and nice, we had a problem with our bed and they solved it immediately. There was also an extra bed provided for our 4 year old child, which we did not ask for, so we were pleasantly surprised for the extra space. The food is varied enough and delicious. The easy access to the beach (be advised that the entrance to the beach is rocky, but there is a trail of sand sacks to facilitate entryway in the sea.) The view of the bridge from the terrace and the garden is great. We also liked the kids room, very convenient. The pool is very big and has a lot of shade from the trees.

Some of the facilities in the play room need some attention, the air hockey table was not working and the fussball tables need to be replaced. Overall, this is a very minor inconvenience compared to the many freat features of this hotel.

All the staff were exceptional - so friendly and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome - reception staff, catering staff, bar staff, cleaning staff and the lifeguards. We had the most wonderful stay, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! They were fabulous with our little girl as well, and there was plenty to do there for her. We even added an extra night to our stay as we didn’t want to leave and are already looking to book for next year. Great place, fabulous food options, really clean, friendly staff, it was perfect! And this is from someone who isn’t usually a fan of hotels! We will be back soon!

The food was great, always something for everyone. The room view was spectacular. There is a playroom for the kids. Lot's of interesting stuff to do like billiard, stoni tenis, chess, etc. Room maids are very kind. Great garden for kids to play together and parents to sit and enjoy the drinks.

The pool is opening at 11am which is pretty late if you ask me. The sea entrance is rocky but I understand it since the beach is artificial. The pool for kids was a bit dirty in the first few days of our stay. Coffee is not that great, juices like coca cola, fanta taste weird.

This is our second time staying here and the view cannot be beat nor can the staff they are absolutely amazing and are helpful.

Instead of one full size or queen size bed we had two twins pushed together which would have been fine except if you rolled into the center of the bed you got stuck in the middle. We figured it out it was just a bit uncomfortable. The place needs some updates, it truly is an exceptional location with its accessibility to Patra center and the beach but they seem to have let things go. Our door handle felt like it was going to fall off so we had to make sure the door had in fact shut. This happened at our last visit as well. I think it is just sad that it is deteriorating further and hope the owners do some repairs. I will never understand glass bathroom doors, even though I was traveling with my husband it is just awkward

Clientele was mainly Greek nationals with their families, which to me indicates this hotel's good ratings are genuinely deserved. The setting behind pine trees on the beach, the views across the strait and towards the bridge and the very welcome beach bar combine to make this a pleasant place to relax. The room was airy, the air-conditioning effective and the sea view from the balcony at sunset was striking.

Although of fairly good standard, I would have expected a hotel of this quality to operate a more upscale restaurant. I was perfectly happy with the buffet-style offerings and there are tavernas nearby, so this should not deter anyone from choosing this hotel as a place to stay.

We visited during Carnival weekend. It’s not exactly impressive (to fully justify its prices), but it’s decent in every aspect. It’s located right on the beach, but far from the center of Patra (e.g., we needed 20 minutes by car to reach the Carnival on Korinthou Street). The breakfast buffet (8-11 AM) is rich and of good quality. There are two small pools, but they remain closed until May, as well as a small gym that is mainly oriented toward cardio (e.g., no barbell). The room was comfortable and maintained the temperature we set fairly well. It had a large TV that included some Cosmote TV channels. Some noises from the room above were audible, but nothing extreme. The shower was quite spacious, but the water temperature was capped at lukewarm (pleasant, but not ideal for hot-shower lovers like me 😞). The toilet had a small hose for cleaning... tricky spots (with very high pressure, by the way – you’ll be startled the first time you use it 😋). The staff was extremely friendly, even going above and beyond—I’d say. We asked for a piece of paper and a pencil for our little one to draw, and they brought us a special drawing pad and a set of markers 🙂

Really nice and cozy rooms,very restricted zone,staff all the time ready to help or answer to our questions.The food was more better than expected,fresh and with a variety of choices.The pool had more than enough room to can have a chill in case of not having such an atraction over the sea and also very clean and maintained.

In the play rooms few things could be improved,at least when I entered there was very warm,also some of the wall textures could be improved.

Very comfortable rooms, sparkly clean with daily housekeeping. Very good matress. Very good food. Table wine surprisingly good. Good gaming room. Cristal clear water in the sea with hundreds of fishes around. Available towels for the beach replaceable upon request. Beach very close to hotel. Nice beach bar. A group of trees provides good shade for a part of the beach and this can extend the staying during the day. Excellent grass lawn in front of the hotel. Very nice staff. Good Wi-Fi. Wonderful view over the bridge.

Pebble beach makes the entry in the water quite difficult, and this is probably the main drawback of the hotel. Periodic cleaning of the beach could be useful. Sunbeds are pretty worn out; still ok. The fitness room needs complete redesign; cannot be utilized as it is today. Parking availability can be challenging; nevertheless, we've always found a slot nearby.

Great hotel, especially for a family trip in Patras and Achaia region. Clean, spacious, and comfort room. Breakfast was superb, lots of both sweets and savory choices. The people who work there gave us the warmest welcome, always with a smile, ready and happy to provide the best of service. True professionals. Hotel has a large parking area so you can use a car and drive to the city of Patras, Rio or any other place in Achaia for work or sightseeing.

Nothing. Only parameter to consider is the room space if you add a cot. Otherwise, all great.
