Excellent room, comfortable beds and very quite to rest. We went for a short trip and where impressed how comfortable and spacious the room was but most importantly the peacefulness to sleep-in.

Would have liked some form of in-room entertainment apart from the only provided aerial TV channels, even if charged. Also, unfortunately the bar had ran out of soda water to accompany my requested drink and I know there was a corner shop available and open to get one. It would have been nice if they had at least offered to get one from there (and I would have tipped accordingly). Oh well, no big deal!

The room is huge, and actually has a small kitchen. I was unaware of this when booking the room and did not end up using the kitchen but I normally travel a lot and I lament the fact that most hotel rooms do not have a kitchen. The room was super clean and the stuff very helpful.

Walkable to university. Nice and clean apt, serviced daily. Great breakfast. Near grocery & restaurants, some shopping. Great staff.

If hotel had a laundry room & pool it would have been perfect. Otherwise really great.

The breakfast was great with a lot of home made pies and traditional food. Room #12 was quiet, clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable! A value for money stay!!

I would suggest to have the breakfast price inclusive at the room price. Just a suggestion nothing negative.

The complex was really lovely. The room was very big, well equipped and cosy. The bed was huge and so comfortable. It had a nice balcony with a view. It was peaceful even though it had a busy road at the front, the rooms are set back so you cannot hear the traffic. There were parking bays at the front of the hotel too.

Very friendly and kind staff, spacious and clean rooms, convenient location for those who come for work on the outskirts of Patras and wish to avoid the busy center.

It is overpriced and a bit of a shame that breakfast isn’t included.

Very close to the university, with a supermarket nearby and many food options and an atm. Perfect for someone visiting the university. The room is spacious with a kitchen equipped with a pot and utensils.

The internet is a bit weak from time to time.

Staff very helpful, breakfast decent, rooms clean and spacious. Good location for Rio and Patras University. Getting to central patras takes 15 mins and 10 euros by taxi. Secure parking - important in this area.

Not clear how to use the secure parking (just drive up to the gate around the back and it opens).

The cleaning is optional, the room is bigger than what you expect, the stuff are amazing, the breakfast is decent and the bed is really comfortable. Bus stop just behind the hotel and nice restaurants around the area of Rio.

I came for a work-related visit in the hospital, and so the hotel is not downtown and quite far from actual Patras.

This was just a stop over for us on the way back to Athens from Zante, but it was easy to get to just off the motorway and was very clean and tidy and comfortable. A very well looked after property with a great grocery store next door. Breakfast was OK
