I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in February. The location is perfect, especially for those visiting the hospital across the street. The free parking was a great convenience, and the apartments were well-equipped with everything you might need. The decor was stylish, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The hotel is run by the family that owns it, and they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. Their warm and welcoming approach made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The owner was really friendly and helpful, and it was no problem to get to the accommodation very late. The room is very clean and has everything you need. Whether you're looking for a large bed, shower gel, towels or a well-equipped kitchenette, you'll find it there. It's unusual for an apartment, and a positive thing to emphasise was that we were even given two bottles of chilled water and a coffee capsule every day at the beginning. The appartment is in walking distance to the university, which was perfect for me.

Just a heads-up: don't leave notes like train tickets on the table, as otherwise people might try out ballpoint pens on them. The bed linen was changed daily. In times of climate change, it's not essential to change the bed linen every day, especially in an apartment.

The hosts were friendly and eager to help, offering great suggestions for local attractions and dining options. The apartment is situated in a very safe and quiet area, providing a comfortable and secure environment, even for late-night arrivals. The daily cleaning service was thorough and greatly appreciated. The interior design is cozy, making it feel like a home away from home, and the view from the balcony is a delightful bonus. While the location is about 30 minutes by bus from the city center, it is conveniently close to the University of Patras and the hospital, which was perfect for my needs.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean. We were at the 1st floor (out of 2 I think) and no elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped, but we used only the fridge. The air-condition in the room was working perfectly. The terrace was big, so it was pleasant to sit there at evening. The apartment is out of town (Patras), just close to the hospital, and close to the University. I chose this location on purpose, because we had meetings at the Patras University. There are bakeries, supermarket, cafes within 5-10 min walk. Going to the beach requires car (or other transportation) as I could say, but I had no time to go swimming anyway. There is also free parking. And I have to mention sweet kittens around the yard and cute owner's dogs :-)

At moments WiFi was disconnecting.

The customer service is above and beyond. The owner Nectarios greeted me at the door and gave me a better room because of the possibility of wind noise at night as there was stormy weather. He walked me to the room which was immaculate and stocked with kitchen amenities as well as an oven and refrigerator. The bathroom was very modern and looked brand new. Great rainfall shower as well as a handheld shower head. Shampoo and body wash was provided as well along with extra towels. The bedroom was full of closet space and a queen bed that was amazingly comfortable. A tv was mounted on the wall with many channels to choose from. Internet was also provided and was quite fast. The kitchen and bedroom were both equipped with their own balconies with lovely views of the beautiful sea and mountains. The priceline was very reasonable especially considering the location and beauty of the room. I spent two nights there in mid May and couldn't have been more comfortable and happy with Alexia Apartments! Top notch service and accommodations! Highly recommended.

I didn't encounter anything that was worth mentioning that I didn't like.

The room was very clean and everything was new and well functioning. Also the staff was very nice in welcoming me to the structure, and also the owner was very kind. At less than 10 minutes on foot there is everything: supermarket, restaurants and cafe

It is a bit far from the center of Rio if you have to use public transportation, but it is a really nice positioning for going to Patras University. If you have your own car is a really great place also for visiting around.

The room I had is in the loft area, on the 2nd floor, so parts of the ceiling are low...a tall person would find it difficult to walk around the room easily.

I chose this location because it was within a walking distance from the university. The flat was comfortable and the hosts were really helpful.

It was super clean, and the host was waiting for us. It has everything in the kitchen to cook. The beds were comfortable, although a little too soft for my taste. It's spacious.

It doesn't have the best location, but if you are with a car, it has easy access to the highway (a minute away from there).

Very welcoming and extremely helpful staff, clean and spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen with microwave, nice bathroom/shower, and a huge TV. Excellent location for the hospital. Good wi-fi.
