Exceptional SEA-VIEW studio in a perfect location away from all things busy! Light and spacious interior, clean facilities and even refillable soap stations which is an immediate 5-star appreciation from me and says a lot about management! Almost daily cleaning service which I refused a few times, appreciating all the hard work in the heat and resources already provided. Good wifi, and quick communication with the manager through WhatsApp. And the balcony, the star of the show with absolutely mind-blowing panorama to the entire Pefkos and the most incredible blues/moonlight by night! Cannot think of a better stay next time !! Thank you so much Loukas and the team, it was a wonderful stay! **to anyone travelling with kids** - PLEASE, do not let your children playing with/wasting freshwater provided on the beach. There is a sign "not to waste water" next to Lee Beach Bar, yet I HOPE there is ONE and soon on EACH shower station! Some shower every 2 min, others dig holes and pour shower water in, just painful to watch! Please, it's an island, furthermore, there is NO planet B! Our nature's resources are not infinite! Let's care a bit more, thank you so much !!!

Tucked away from main activities, the location offers an almost idyllic setting if NOT daily, unnecessarily LOUD until 1 a.m. karaoke nights somewhere uphill! Downgrades the entire experience for everyone around! WHY property owners around haven't addressed this issue? Who on earth needs to hear endless not-so-great, extremely LOUD singing? Every night? We pay to hear crickets otherwise would have stayed in the middle of all the buzzzz! Hope this will be noted.

the house keeper was excellent very friendly efficient and help full we liked her a lot the aircon was very good but a little noisy the beds just a little hard(but I suppose that's just my preference) all in all very good accommodations

The host communication was so efficient, we asked for a room change because of the view and we got a better room straight away. I was frustrated because of a tree obstructing the sea view and called the host who was really professional. Not only he changed our room but he refunded us with £10! The lady taking care of the place every day asking us if we needed changing the bedding/towels etc, she was so polite and friendly! The sea view is stunning especially sunset diner on the balcony, a Creatian delight moment! The location was excellent for the Pefki beach 5min drive, we were blessed with amazing hot weather (August - 35°C!), sandy clear water blue beach , free car park, the sunbeds were overpriced though (not Lia studios fault of course! ..but just saying) And in the night a 5min walk to Pefki village with plenty of restaurants, bars and life music..we had great time!!

The large cooking ring in room 7 didn't work properly it would be nice to fix it for futur guests. The window next to the door didn't have a curtain, so early sunlight made us sleep to the opposite side to avoid light.

Very nice apartments. Clean, spacious, safe. Comfy beds. Nice balcony with fantastiv view of the sea and the mountains. Strong wi-fi. Nice gardens around. Free parking. Helpful landlord. Super sweet cleaning lady Dianna. About 10-minute walk to the gold sand beach. Supermarket right in front of the apartmants.

I recommend to pack a kitchen cloth which was no provided - however it is a minor detail.

clean close to most things, in the quite part of the town beautiful views, really good comunicazione with Loukas over whats app. very accomodating.

The apartments are very comfortable and clean, they meet the usual standard Studio expectations, even had a TV in the room which is unusal for a studio of this level, didnt watch it but its nice to know its there, they have a safe and air con which are included in the price. The studios are located just in the right spot as far as i am concerned, just enough outside the main resort only a short walk up the hill and in between 2 beaches, Plakias and lea beaches and the sunset was a delight to watch from the balcony every night

Whilst i admire the cleaners for doing such a great job they would insist on coming round every morning at approx 9:15am and knock the door to get in to clean, its a bit much when i am on holiday to have a rest and a lie in.

Recently returned from my holiday to Pefkos and stopped in Lia studios, lovely apartments with a fantastic view, the apartments were spotlessly clean and the cleaning lady was lovely and looked after me my entire 18 night stay. the apartment had everything that was needed for a self catering holiday, somewhere to get your head down at nights and enjoy a Zythos on the balcony in the evening before you head out into Pefkos/Lindos, Loukas was available via whatsapp for any questions you had and always came back promptly - well done guys 👏👏

A short walk from the main strip, it was a little quieter, with a fantastic balcony for collecting that all-important sun! The property itself was clean, open spaced and the air con was a blessing! With a small kitchenette covering more than my needs, and a refrigerator for my wine! Win-win! The check-in and check-out process was great and I'd stay here again when visiting Pefkos!

I liked everything!!

Clean studios with basic amenities. All balconies looking on to the sea. Easy communication process.

The reading lights by the bed were not working and the bathroom was very small. The beds could be softer.
