Great location. Minutes from great bars and restaurants. Property has a fantastic pool with a pool bar serving drinks and food.

I had a fantastic stay at **Pals Studios**! The room was absolutely perfect—modern, with an amazing shower, and I loved having a small fridge to keep our water cold. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The pool was spotlessly clean and refreshingly cool, which was perfect in the hot weather. The location was ideal too—just around the corner from all the great restaurants, yet wonderfully peaceful with no noise reaching the hotel. I highly recommend Pals Studios and would definitely stay here again!

The sunbeds are very comfortable and I liked the peacefulness of the pool area. The pool is lovely and a good size for our needs. The apartment was clean , modern and comfortable. The fly screens on the doors are an added bonus. I think that the apartments are best suited for no more than two people as they are compact. Antonis is an excellent host. The Information on the guest portal is very useful. He does everything he can to help and make your stay relaxing.

The pool area is being developed and the addition of a new toilet block is much needed.. I think that some greenery/ plants around the pool would make it more attractive and add a relaxing scenic atmosphere.

We loved the location, the pool area ( the best iced lattes from the pool bar) and the staff.( friendly and helpful). Was exactly what it is advertised as, a studio, so not massive but has everything you need, air con, fridge, sink, kettle, toaster, hob, t.v( not that we used the hob or t.v).

Nothing major and probably just because it’s the end of the season, so hard to fix quick ( chip in sink).

Family-run Studios, Pool and bar/bistro. The brand new pool is absolutely stunning, with more than enough sunbeds and umbrellas, and a chilled out pool bar serving drinks and food. Good entertainment at the nearby bar/bistro in the evening. The Studios are kept clean, bins emptied every day, sheets and towels changed every 3 days. We stayed here 18th - 28th June 2023 and had a great experience. The weather was unbearably hot due to a heatwave, but the air-con in the room was our saviour, along with the cool pool area. Great location, close to St Thomas Beach, a lovely quiet beach, a 5 min walk, with safe swimming /snorkeling, Pefki Beach not too far either. Many very good restaurants a short walk away. The family are really good, caring people. The sort of people I wouldn't hesitate to invite into my home, as they accommodated us.

Nice new room with really good matrasses and with brand new swimming pool. Close location to nice small not organized beach - St Thomas Beach (2 minutes). Daily cleaning was ok, towels and sheets changed every 3 days, which was enough. Our room was prepared to check-in early and we could stay bit longer after check-out. Toni provided quickly what we needed (kitchenware) and answered questions. There is shop with all you need nearby (2 minutes walk). Bus stop to Lindos and Rhodos is also 2 minutes walk.

Noisy area - it is definitely not located in quite residential area, there is loud music until 1am every evening from nearby night bar (sometimes you can hear music also from the second bar). Pefki beach is bit far than showing on google maps and as advertised since there is closed gate on the way which you cannot cross. So it is not 600m as per google but app. 900m. Cleanliness - the bathroom was dirty upon arrival with some rust in the shower and the faucet had a greasy coating. The same with kettle and other kitchenware. Bit small kitchenette hidden in the closet at the entrance to the room - after few days we got use to use it. Poorly equipped kitchenette with only base kitchenware (pot, plates, glasses) but we got what we needed upon request from Toni. Terrible Wifi.

there is a very good small beach near the flat. Staff was available to resolve some problem (gave dishes, fix a towel hange in the bathroom)

wifi worked on the days of checkin and checkout only. Other opened wifi were overcrowded. There were some things to be fixed. Small ants in the room. Tiny kitchen

The rooms have recently been refurbished, they're very clean and well maintained. Staff at pals Studios and pals bistro bar were kind, friendly and welcoming. PALS have recently built a swimming pool which is sooo nice, also a snack bar where you can purchase food and drink around the pool.

Coming home

The rooms were lovely and clean. Beds really comfy. Wifi and tv great. Just a shame we were expecting a pool as advertised but due to reasons they hadnt finished pool was filled part through 2nd week of our stay but no shower toilet or refreshment facilities available. The pool area is going to be great beautiful. But we were disappointed.

It was a very clean, crisp and inviting place to stay and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The new pool it’s amazing, and the maintenance on it it’s very impressive. Every night it gets scrubbed, impressive!

Absolutely nothing! Definitely 5 star service and stay! Thankyou all of you!
