Large, smart and modern 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with a balcony and pool view. Hotel part of a spacious and well maintained resort, with 2 sister hotels, several restaurants and pools. Exceeded our expectations. Relaxed feel. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was great - food to suit all tastes. Location in Pefkos, close to beach and good selection of restaurants/shops nearby. 5 minute walk to bus stop - local bus service to neighbouring towns (including Lindos) Would highly recommend a stay here.

Only criticism was that we expected 2 bedrooms but found that one bedroom was actually part of the main living room/kitchenette area. This wasn't clear from the website description or photos. It was a huge room so was fine but would have preferred a separate bedroom. Also, it's a very small thing - no chopping board in the kitchen.

Great location within walking distance of beach, supermarket and shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel was spotlessly clean, lovely pool areas, good sized bedroom that accommodated 3 adults easily. Excellent breakfast, good quality and variety. The resort of Pefkos is great with good quality restaurants and enough shops, bars that there is something to do in the evenings without it being noisy or very touristy. We will definitely return to both Pefkos and the Island Blue Hotel.

There is nothing I would want to change about our stay at the Island Blue Hotel or the resort of Pefkos.

Hotel was wonderful. Everything was clean and the room was huge. Housekeeping was good and our bed sheets changed every other day. Everything you could want for breakfast and all the staff were so friendly, welcoming and polite. A lovely little touch with the welcome bottle of wine and Greek sweets and honey. Could not fault anything and will definitely visit again!

Slightly disappointed at having to pay €25 for a key to the safe in the wardrobe in our room - seemed a little excessive. Also wish people weren't so desperate to 'bag' sunloungers with their towels so early in the morning - Almost all gone before 9.00am! 🤨

Lovely hotel, the photo's don't do it justice. Every pool is lovely, the room are basic but very clean, just what you need as there is so much to do and see that you barely are in the room anyway! Lovely selection of bars and restaurants, we will be staying here again when we visit Pefkos next time. Short walk to the beach. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly, all saying hello and good morning, was so lovely. It has everything you need!

Only thing that was a shame was as we were one of the last rooms close to the edge of the complex the wifi did not reach the room but that is minor.

It was our fourth visit and the standards are just as high as ever. The staff are extremely efficient and always friendly and the hotel very comfortable in beautiful surroundings. There are two new restaurants also which are a welcome addition.

Nothing much except sometimes difficult to find a table at breakfast time when hotel is busy with wedding parties. I feel strongly that the hotel should not allow people to “reserve” sunbeds with their towels in the mornings. I had not seen this during previous visits and feel It is selfish behaviour that does not fit with the ambienceof the complex.

The hotel was perfect and everything was excellent despite Rhodes being hit by wildfires. Fortunately Pefki is protected by a natural "mountain firewall" from the fires and we were lucky as a result. Nevertheless attmosphere very smoky at times but we were delighted with how good our stay at Island Blue was and would definitely recommend it to couples and families with kids.

Nothing really. Occasional water and power problems but only to.be expected due to the effect of coping with the fires. We really feel very sorry for those who live on Rhodes and have lost homes etc and the terrible effects on wildlife

Beautiful, spacious grounds that were always kept spotlessly clean. Room was a great size, with everything you could want in there. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Food and cocktails at the pool bar were some of the best we’ve had! Pool area never seemed crowded, plenty of space - our children loved the pools!

WOW!! Island Blue is an excellent hotel. The rooms are immaculate and so spacious. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, which had a 6ft bed, it was just so comfortable. There was a small kitchen space with a fridge. The rooms came with air conditioning at no extra cost. The view from our room had sea views and overlooked the pool and the beautiful little church. A complimentary bottle of wine and a little gift of honey and Greek sweets, as a welcome, how lovely. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, it was a fabulous spread. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I have to say that Sophia on reception was extremely helpful. Its a short walk to the beach and has a supermarket near by. This is an excellent hotel and I highly recommended it, we will definitely be staying again. Thank you to you all for your wonderful hospitality

absolutely nothing

My daughter got married on May 16th - Louise the wedding planner was awesome-the hair spa lady was also awesome. You put us in a room next to bride and groom and this really helped on day for myself bridesmaids and brides getting ready. The wedding and location was a wonderful day - thank you to all your teams who made it happen including the buggy men xx
