Modern, clean, welcoming and relaxing environment. Super friendly staff who engage with everyone and almost become like family! They can’t do enough for you. A lovely family feel hotel, superbly run. Sunbeds aplenty at all times of the day.

Breakfast was always cold unfortunately and wasps were on the cold meats daily. The price of food is a little questionable as €6 for Tzatziki or chips is a little steep. The pool also had a lot of sand & small stones (this is the responsibility of guests to shower before entering the pool also.) Didn’t like ignorant guests who left cups/drinks beside the pool and didn’t bother to pick up their mess. Taxis were a little haphazard and you will need to use these to go out as the hotel is remote with nothing around it, although the bus is great it’s a little unreliable.

Rooms are clean, big and modern looking. Beautiful view from the hotel, you can see the rocky mountains and a little bit of sea. Breakfasts were good too with one of the best bacon we ever had at a hotel. 😄 Not as many kids around during our stay. The staff was always smiling and really helpful. One night our neighbors were a little bit noisy, but the reception took care of it ASAP. Anthony Quinn bay, Faliraki center and Tragano beach are somewhat close but car is 100% recommended to use. It can get really hot and walking wouldn't be as enjoyable.

Room entrance doors could be a little bit more soundproof, but it was no big deal. The bar was a little bit expensive, but again, not a big deal! The bed was a little too soft to my liking, but the rest of my party liked them a lot. So it's completely up to a preference.

Varied choice at breakfast, great attentive staff who are so friendly & caring. Lunch and dinner options aplenty and of great fresh quality. Loved the friendliness of all staff, loved the ambiance and relaxing atmosphere. Rooms very modern, clean and spacious. No sunbed wars here, all guests able to get a bed at any time of the day. A real treasure to find such a wonderful hotel. Will definitely return.

For me the bed and pillows were a little too hard. As a suggestion would be great if there were some gluten free options for breakfast - although saying this, this seems to be on a wider scale as I couldn’t find any restaurants that could accommodate this also.

It was super clean, modern withal in showers in en-suite rooms and the hotel room we serviced every day with clean towels. The hotel rooms very practical and spacious, it even had a little mini fridge. Breakfast was extremely varied and delicious.

I would love to see less plastic straws used and switch to a more environmentally friendly version - paper straws.

The owners were very helpful & did their best to resolve our queries & meet our requirements. Free car park & decent Wifi (good for voice calls but struggles a bit for video calls). Limited but good breakfast spread. Great location. Hire a vehicle as bus services in Rhodes are not frequent & taxis are a bit pricey. Very good pressure shower.

Nothing to dislike, just a few observations. There are no lifts in the main building but help provided to lift luggages to the 2nd/3rd floor. Bathroom was quite basic.

I loved the suites with pool the privacy was fantastic, rooms huge and clean with comfy beds, tea and coffee making facilities, good working air conditioning and fridge. The best part sun loungers and pool outside with shade loved it. Breakfast was delicious and they had a bar area with views over the mountain and also did food in the evening. A very well looked after property with a family feel.

Leaving I could have stayed for longer

The staff were exceptional - really friendly and accommodating, and available to help with any questions or requests. They really made the stay super enjoyable. The rooms are nice and spacious with a clean minimal aesthetic. The view from the pool is really pleasant - being higher up, you get a view of the mountains and the sea.

Location, but only to a point. Loved the location for its view, quietness, and proximity to Antony Quinn Bay, but is quite far from Faliraki centre and awkward connection to Rhodes Old Town so I'd recommend hiring a car for your stay if you intend to travel around.

Such a lovely, calm atmosphere to the place. Really attentive and happy staff and overall an amazing stay. Amazing location to some incredible beaches and the buses to Rhodes town.

Next time I will rent a car as the hotel is slightly away from any shops or bakeries, which meant that we bought more food than usual. But, the food was lovely and the prices are good at the hotel.

There was nothing that I didn't like at Zoes Hotel and Suites. Everything was what I expected and more. The staff were amazing, friendly and always helpful. There was nothing that they couldn't do for us. The Hotel was clean, everything was available always. I highly recommend booking some time away at Zoes Suites a d Hotels.

Had a lovely room with a balcony looking down to the pool. Was very quiet, safe and comfortable. All the staff from cleaners to hospitality were very helpful and friendly. Amazing pool and great food.

Location was good for us because we had a car, could be a bit tricky if you were relying solely on public transport.
