Perfect for our one night stay, we also really enjoyed having dinner in their restaurant. The lobby and the bar area have a beautiful design. Spacious room, huge beds, spotless bedsheets. Parking is included in room price.

A bit of wear and tear here and there, but nothing to bother us.

The breakfast was good with gluten free bread and other choices. The room was not dirty. Staff was polite.

The price of the room was a bit too high. At some not so apparent spots there was dust. There was mold on the shower walls and the bathroom also smelled of mold. Never park in the front of the hotel as there is a bump after the slope that the underside of most cars will hit the ground.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast wase awesome and the distance from the center of Seres was about 5 minutes by foot. The staff was very nice.

Keep in mind that the SPA center cannot be used all the time, check the specific hours when it is opened for visitors.

Excellent room with a very clean and comfortable bed. The SPA area is also good, but they'll make you wear a plastic cap for some reason even for a man with short hair. The roof bar is also good except for the mosquitos that drove us crazy and we had to leave even if we would've stayed more because the ambiance was good and the music was excellent.

The wifi was almost non-existent in our room. We had to use phone data because the so-called wifi was sketchy at best.

This hotel is ok. Not far from the center of Serres, in a quiet area, parking ok, breakfast generally acceptable.

The elevator didn't operate from the ground level near to the parked car, so we had to go to the reception level in order to go down by elevator. At breakfast, to drink tea, we had to ask for hot water and the choice of tea bags was very limited.

Great roof bar/restaurant for the evening. Has a parking on the back of the hotel which can be used. Overall appears as a modern hotel to be in. Used a car, however it seems to be on walking distance to the center as well.

The hygiene could be a bit better in the room that we had. Especially in the bathroom.

AC wasn't pre-turned on when we reached the room so it took 2 hours to become comfortable 25 with AC on max

Very nice hotel. Especially for Greece standards the hotel is superb. I extremely recommend it.

The aircondition system in the room was extremely noisy

Location, breakfast, staff. We were pleasantly surprised that we had door between our rooms which made the stay very good for our family. The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are large enough.

There are signs of ageing of the tapestry and I expected to have lifeguard on duty.
