My boyfriend and I spent 6 nights here in May, and truly had the dream vacation of our lives. Before we had even arrived Maria had reached out to ensure we would have airport transportation already set up, making the transition to the property seamless. Maria took care of us from the moment we stepped foot on the island, to the moment we left. Maria was waiting to greet us when we arrived, brought us to our room to drop our bags off, and then gave us the lay of the island, offering all of her insightful knowledge to ensure we had the most incredible experience possible. Any questions we had, Maria was only a text away to answer. We so enjoyed relaxing on the property, as well as taking day trips into the surrounding cities. After a week, Maria felt like family, and we so enjoyed talking with her and the rest of the sweet staff every day. She, and the magnificent in-house chef, even took the time and trouble of surprising my boyfriend with a delicious homemade chocolate cake for his birthday. Maria, and the rest of the staff, really went above and beyond with their professionalism, kindness, knowledge and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived at Santorini Heights, we knew this would be a special trip. As our first holiday together, it exceeded every expectation. The staff were outstanding, genuinely kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Every interaction felt professional yet warm, and they made us feel truly cared for. Our suite was calm, peaceful, and beautifully equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, secluded enough for complete relaxation, yet perfectly positioned to explore every corner of the island. The views were simply breathtaking, a constant reminder of Santorini’s beauty. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with fresh, delicious options that made every meal a pleasure. What impressed us most was how accommodating the team was with our requests, nothing was too much trouble for them. Where do I start?! We had the most amazing six nights at Santorini Heights, the first two in an infinity pool villa (which we absolutely loved) and the other four nights in the Summit villa. This would have to be one of the nicest places we have stayed and we had to keep pinching ourselves. Maria was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and she responded so quickly and helpfully to all requests. Her advice on places to visit and see were great, however we struggled each day to tear ourselves away from the outstanding views, wonderful pool and 5+ star service. Her te ommensation on dinner in Oia to enjoy the sunset was perfect! We will always remember Santorini Heights and Maria and the rest of the team as being one of the most memorable weeks we have enjoyed while travelling. Thanks so much! We hope to visit again.

The property has four apartments and a detached suite, all of them have their privacy and do have access to a nice view, thanks also to the elevated position that is almost on top of the highest point of the island. The nearest village is a little more than 5 minutes from the house with a vehicle. The property with a private Infinity pool, is designed with care and gives positive vibes. The freshly made breakfast made to order is a nice plus. The staff is very nice, professional and caring. Shoutout to Maria at the reception, she is always available and prompt to assist in case of need or recommendation, including coordinating the booking of extra services like mopeds, quads, catamaran tours, etc. Good value for money!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome – especially Maria, who went above and beyond every single day. She helped us with everything from restaurant bookings (always the best seats!) to thoughtful little touches that made our stay so special. We felt truly spoiled! The food from their in-house chef is next level – highly recommend dining in at least once. Easily the most amazing holiday experience we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back! You must stay here!! The property is gorgeous! Everything is just like the pictures. We stayed in the Vine suite and the pool was heated to around 26-27c (perfect temp) and cleaned daily. The view was incredible and so lovely to only be a 15 minute drive from everything (Fira, the port, Akrotiri, the airport ect) but in complete serenity. Thomas is amazing and an asset to Santorini Heights. He is so knowledgeable and helpful, but also feels like a friend who knows the island and wants to show you around. We went to Franztescos seafood taverna on Thomas’ recommendation and it was wonderful. No frills seaside restaurant on the water, where you can rent a sunbed and swim on the black beach at Perissa after your meal. We also went on a wine tour of the island, scheduled to end at sunset, great wines and beautiful views, recommend this as well. Definitely would love to come back and stay again!

Maria! She's been amazing from the beginning until the end, it would not have been the same without her. She's here for anything that you need, and that makes all the difference, she always has great recommendations, and she helped me a LOT organizing a special occasion for us. The summit villa is also spectacular; the view is one of the best of Santorini, the bed is so comfortable, and it's a very calm location, compared to the crowded streets of Fira/Oia. The best location to relax, and not too far away from all the great restaurants and great beaches.

This hotel is easily one of the best I have ever stayed in. Thomas contacted me a day before arrival to confirm whether we had transfers booked. We didn't so he arranged that for us, letting us know the cost and that the driver would be waiting for us at the terminal. At the same time, he asked what kind of pizza we liked so he could have one available for our late arrival. We were picked up at the airport as expected and ferried off to the hotel to meet Thomas. We sat in reception with a glass of local wine while Thomas took the time to detail the island, including the restaurants he recommended and how the hotel works generally. After that, he led us to our room. Service at the hotel is perfect. Every day, you place your order for the next days breakfast via a website accessed using a QR code attached to the keys. Drinks and food can also be ordered via this app. Breakfast was laid out on the hotel terrace every morning and lunch the same. We at lunch at the hotel for the two full days we were there and couldn't fault it. The cocktails were also great. Thomas helped us arrange transfers to Nobu for dinner our first night, and on the afternoon of our second day arranged for a dinner and transfers to Barolo, which was one of his recommendations. When we arrived at the restaurant we were asked what hotel we came from; after confirming Santorini Heights we were whisked to a table right by the edge of the cliff with a perfect view of the sunset for dinner. The food was also very good and I'm glad we went with Thomas' recommendation. Thomas also assisted in arranging a catamaran cruise for our last day, and kept our room for us while we were away as they had no bookings. On return we were able to use our room to clean up in comfort prior to returning to the airport. You might read these reviews and wonder whether Thomas could really be that good - he is, without a doubt. If you book this hotel you will not regret it. I do not.

Beautiful property! It was fully booked when we arrived and I never saw any other guests. A super private and beautiful place to stay. Thomas is wonderful and was able to assist with absolutely everything and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The location is beautiful, but if you would like to get to Fira or Oia it will be a drive. If you’d like to go out exploring the night life definitely recommend either calling a taxi or requesting a ride as the hotel is one of the highest points on the island and gets pretty dark at night!

We had the most amazing stay here for our honeymoon and it offered us exactly what we were looking for: a quiet oasis to relax in and a luxurious experience that made it feel like a big treat for us. We spent two days relaxing by our private pool (which was bigger than we had assumed based on the photo) and the other days exploring the nearby town of Pyrgos (35 minute hike away) and the most famous towns of Fira, Oia, Imerovigli and Firostefani. We did have to rely on taxis to get around (as we do not drive) but we saw a lot of people rent quad bikes to get around the island as an alternative option. Santorini Heights is at the highest point of the island, so you get beautiful views and sunsets from your own outside area. While there is a road next to the property, it is very quiet and does not have a lot of traffic due to the location being so remote from the major towns. It felt very quiet even though all the other rooms were occupied. We barely saw the other guests and although we had a balcony overlaying our outside and pool area, we never felt too perceivable by other guests. If you have read other reviews, you will know that Thomas, the hotel concierge par excellence, is a bit of a Booking celebrity at this point, so there were high expectations. He exceeded the expectations at every point. Whether it came to booking us taxis, arranging a late check out, bringing us complimentary drinks at the perfect moments or arranging restaurant bookings for us, he did everything so smoothly and anticipated our needs in a way that we never experienced at another hotel before. He will also adapt recommendations to your own preferences and budget. Housekeeping and breakfast were also managed very smoothly and it was so much fun deciding what breakfast to go for every day, as you can choose between different options. We also had 2 dinners there due to convenience and enjoyed both of those as well and thought the price was reasonable.
