Our host Yorgos, was an absolute star! He was so friendly and accommodating to every need that we had, for example, since our flight came in late due to a delay, he stayed up past the office hours to hand over the keys. The accommodation itself was clean and spacious, and was cleaned every day with fresh towels and trash taken out. It was also in a great location, which meant we were a 5-minute walk from the ocean, and could even see it from the terrace. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Everything. A well-located accommodation close enough to the beach but “far” from the busyness of the main street. Therefore tranquile and scenic with a partial view at the sea and panorama at the rocky mountains surrounding us (Chapel of Panagia Katefiani - btw you can walk up there and the view at the city and the beach is breathtaking). The host, George, is the manifestation of the perfect host: calm and nice, happy to help (but not invasivaley eager - perfect balance): e.g. we arrived at this first destination of our 3-week vacation a bit fatigued and overworked with some troubles along our travel but he resolved it all fast & smooth which immediately put us at ease, allowing us to enjoy the rest of our stay.

We did not plan our journey to spend more time at George’s.

The accomodation was a perfect choice for our holiday trip. It is located near the beach, so it takes only 3-5 minutes walk to get there. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. They take a good care of the rooms by cleaning them everyday. Also there are many restaurants within 5 minutes walk and the bus stop is close to the hotel from where the tourists can get to the other cities on the Island which is full of ancient historical sights that provides a unique experience. Also there is a sight on the mountain next to the hotel that is worth visiting since it is the ruin of an ancient city providing an insight into the ancient greek settlements and society. So we couldn't wish better.

The room was cleaned every day, the owner was very nice, always ready to answer our questions, helped us with the transfer to the airport. The beach was only a 5 minutes walk away, one of the best beaches on the whole island. The villa is very close to the center of town, 5 minutes away from the bus stop.

In the room, just over the top of the door, there was an exit sign. We were both so tired that we didn't notice it much, but it did light up the room a bit.

The location of the apartment is 3 minutes by walk from the famous black sand beach in Perissa and tavernas, bars and restaurants. The rooms are cleaned everyday and towels are changed everyday. We had a wonderfull stay at this accommodation and thank you for your hospitality.

George was an amazing host. Helping us and giving us some very good advices. Always helpful. The room and the terrace are impeccable. The cleaning is always good. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We spent an amazing holiday week in this beautiful island and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The place is quiet, clean, and so warm welcoming! 3 minutes away from Perissa Beach which in our opinion is the best beach on the island. We will certainly return in a future. The host is amazing too! we will never forget our beautiful holidays in Santorini. Thank you :)

Everything was perfect, the room was cleaned everyday and towels were replaced as well (maybe to often). The hosts live there, are very helpful and i felt safe.

Really didn't find

One of the kindest hosts I ever encountered! Very clean Appartement and close to a beautiful Beach. Located really nice, close to very good Restaurants and Bars. The supermarket isn‘t far either.

If I could, I would give 11 points. I highly recommend this place, the beach is near, the restaurants also. There is a mini market nearby and the bus stop is a short walk away. The cleanest place I have ever stayed. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. If I was to go back I diffidently stay here.
