Stayed at Stelios Place for a week in June and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Katerina got in touch after I'd booked to offer the option of an airport transfer - which I accepted - and her incredible hospitality began at check-in where she explained everything, including potential trips I could do, before showing me to my room. The room was modern, spotlessly clean and had a fridge, kettle, complimentary drinks and the best air con of any apartment I've stayed in. Loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool too. The pool area is really nice - always got a sun lounger even though there aren't loads of them - and while I wished there had been a bar on site (Stelios Place doesn't do food or drink) there's a shop about 2 mins away (and a 24 hour bakery not far from that too), so wasn't a problem. The beach and bus stops are also only a few minutes walk and with Stelios Place being on a quiet side street it really is ideally located with views of the mountain too. I quite enjoyed not being tied to breakfast times - twas easy to find different options for brekkie/brunch at the restaurants on Perissa's beach front - and the wifi worked flawlessly too for my entire stay. All in all, Stelios Places is lovely, family-run accommodation in a great location and I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

I was happy with my whole stay

We were instantly greeted by welcoming staff at the beginning of our stay, who helped us with everything we needed to know about the island and how to get around! The place itself is very clean, we would watch the cleaning team every morning and they did such a fantastic job! Our room was modern, cosy, clean and had a balcony so you could sit outside. The hotel itself has a really nice pool area and kitchen downstairs, so if you do want to self cater during your stay you can! We also loved that the hotel offers a place for you to store your bags and have a shower on the day of check in / out if your room is not ready. The location is great, only 1-2 minutes walk to the main beach strip of Perissa and not far from the Main Street behind that has bakeries, supermarkets and scooter/car rental places. We decided to hire a scooter in the end as the buses seemed a bit unorganised! All in all, a wonderful stay with a very welcoming family! Thank you

We spent an unforgettable week at Stelios Place in Santorini, including our wedding night, and we can’t thank the staff enough for their outstanding service and warmth. Stelios Place became a special part of our experience. The entire family made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We are truly grateful for all the thoughtful touches and the exceptional attention to detail. Our room was always immaculate and well-maintained, which made us feel at ease throughout our stay. The kindness and care shown by the staff made our time there even more magical. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Stelios Place for making our stay so wonderful. We will always treasure the memories of our time there and look forward to returning one day!

Very friendly owners, always greeting us with a smile! Fantastic location, very close to the beach but still quiet and peaceful, and close to amazing restaurants - don’t forget to visit Frantzeskos tavern, just a 2 minute walk. The room itself was comfortable, the bathroom was renovated and the space was very clean (and was cleaned daily). We particularly enjoyed the pool and the sitting area around it! When we come back to Santorini we’ll come back for sure!

There was a slight smell from the drains in the bathroom - nothing super annoying but worth mentioning for feedback to the property for future improvement.

Had an amazing 3 night stay here recently. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, everything was cleaned to a high standard and the family who run this place are wonderful, so helpful and warm with regular communication. It was a quiet, comfortable location within minutes walk to everything you could need. As a solo traveller I felt very safe, comfortable and well looked after. Would highly recommend. I had a late flight on the day I checked out but was able to use the facilities (including luggage storage, showers, pool) and they provided me with towels to use, and took care of my airport transfer.

Fantastic place. Katerina and her family were amazing. Great communication before we arrived. Sorted out airport transfers. Really welcoming, including a cold bottle of water. Lots of local knowledge and help with bus times. Lovely room. Great view of pool and church. Cleaned daily. Coffee and tea. Full size fridge in room. Air con. Beach/pool towels provided . Pool was also really clean and welcoming. Location of Stelios place is perfect. Near beach, bakery, restaurants and bars. Good luggage area and showers as we were flying late and taxi ordered back to the airport Perissa is beautiful. Stelios place is A gem of a place with a goodbye gift too. Everything. The pool area was spectacular. The luggage storage, communal kitchen and shower areas all came in very useful. The rooms were superbly clean and exactly as described / photographed. We loved having a proper fridge too. The service was exceptional; they are such a wonderful generous family and excellent hosts. The walkability also deserves a mention (2 minutes from the bus stop, 2 minutes from the beach with all the local restaurants, bars, shops and cafes). It really was spectacular value for money and the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

The only thing that could have been better was the view from our balcony. But I believe we only paid for a basic double room hence the less appealing view.

We arrived quite late as our flight was delayed and they made sure there was someone waiting for us to check in and even recommended a restaurant that would still be open so late. Katerina was very responsive via WhatsApp and kept in contact from booking our stay up until the day we checked out. She booked a fantastic boat trip for us visiting the volcanic islands around Santorini which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were absolutely spotless (as was the entirety of Stelios Place) and well equipped. The towels are changed every day and we were even supplied with beach towels to use for the beach or pool! Both the beach and the bus stop are about a 30 second walk from the hotel yet it still felt much quieter and away from the more touristy areas. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The location, cleanliness, but most of all the hospitality. Katrina and her lovely family are amazing people. My daughter and I stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our time here greatly Katerina is so helpful with everything from port transfers to excursions and recommended places to see. The location is great and easy to access by local bus. Katerina checks to make sure you are enjoying your stay and are happy throughout the entire time. The gift provided at the end of your stay is so thoughtful. I recommend this place 100%. You will not regret it. If you are lucky, little Stelios will gift you a wonderful drawing!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is a walk away from the beach and has a mini market a minute away, great location! We checked in and got our room, the hosts are amazing, the room is big, clean, has a kettle and some coffee and tea, clean bathroom with a comfortable shower, and great air conditioning, outside the room there is a drying rack and in the room there are towels for the beach/pool. There is a clean pool with a lot of setting and lounging chairs around. The host recommended a lovely tour, and you get picked up straight from the place. They also have free storage lockers for guests, and they let us use the towels to go to the beach after check out. We also lounged at the pool after check out and they have showers and bathrooms to use outside of the room next to the pool. They're is a small kitchen for guests. The hosts also arranged a pickup to the airport via private driver for 30 euro. Over all highly recommended.
