Irini is an exceptional host. Always ready and eager to please her guests, to the smallest details. She keeps the hotel in a spotless condition. Santa Barbara is conveniently situated close to the beach, all restaurants, bars and shops. Breakfast is consistent, though a trifle repetitive. The Greek yogurt she serves every morning with some pieces of fruit is delicious.

Be prepared to shower with salty water! You need to buy bottled water to drink and wash your face/brush your teeth. But this is a general problem on Santorini Island, since there is no source of fresh water.

The host is a fantastic person! She is so nice and positive person, she creates an atmosphere that you feel like at home. When we asked if we can eat our breakfast on our terrace, there was no problem, we got breakfast on the terrace every day. Room and bathroom were cleaned every day. Towels were changed every day. Terrace was spacious and we spent there a lot of time.

Bed and mattress could be more comfortable. If there was a coffee machine available then it would be perfect.

Mrs. Eirini is not only the best host we have ever had, but also one of the best human beings I have ever met. She is super kind and friendly. The hotel also exceeded all our expectations; it is very close to the beach (the best part of Perissa Beach). The room was cleaned every day. Last but not least, the breakfast was great and was one of the things we enjoyed every day in Santorini.

Nothing to mention

Located in a quiet area and still close to everything that we needed. When we arrived Eirini made sure to welcome us in a lovely way and helped us with any questions during the whole stay. We were close to a central area with different food spots, bars and shops and the bus station that is going to other cities like Thira.

The host was super welcoming alongside her family members, they really couldn't have been nicer. The hotel itself was perfectly situated for the beach and all the resort amenities whilst still being relatively quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Breakfast was varied and rich every day. You had a choice of savoury or sweet, and you were always served with orange juice and an optional tea/coffee/milk. The accommodation is in a perfect location in Perissa, close to the beach, restaurants, bus stop and there is a small shop 2 houses away. And I would highlight the "boss", Irene. She was extremely kind and helpful with everything. If we were to come to Santorini on holiday again I would definitely stay in Santa Barbara.

The hotel is run by a very nice and welcoming family. The breakfast included everything you need, the facilities and rooms were very clean. I stayed for two weeks (solo female), felt very safe and the location is perfect if you like it more quiet. Nothing to complain about :) Definitely recommend :))

The spirit of Greek hospitality can be absolutely found in this hotel. I had a relaxed stay there where every little detail has been taken care of. Location is extremely convenient. It's in the center of Perissa, very close both to Perissa and Perivolos beach, the bars and taverns at the coast, the buses in order to move around in Santorini, while grocery store, pharmacy and parking are right next to it. Rooms are spacious, equipped with all the amenities (fresh towels daily, hairdryer, shower gel & shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste, slippers, WiFi, switches & sockets close to the beds etc) and have comfortable beds. Thanks to Ms Irene, the owner, it was the best choice for my summer vacation in an island and I enjoyed every moment.

The property is in a good location, really close to the black sand beach of Perissa and a short walk from the bus stop, which was useful when going into other towns such as Thira and Oia. The host was lovely, friendly, and very accommodating, and the breakfast she provided us with was delicious!

We had the most amazing stay in Santa Barbara. The host Irini and her family are wonderful, kind and hospitable. They answered every question we had. The room was amazing- Irini still hasn’t updated the photos of the rooms so the actual rooms are much nicer, modern than those on booking website. The breakfast was big and delicious- Irini made sure there was a variety every day. Beautiful beach of Perissa is just 5 minutes walking. There are lots of restaurants in the area. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful holiday. I can’t recommend this lovely hotel strongly enough.
