Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure to greet us when we arrived later than expected making us feel right at home. Waking up to a delicious breakfast each morning was such a treat. The location is perfect just a short walk to the black sand beach, and absolutely stunning for watching the sunrise!

Although they don’t have the facilities of a large chain hotel, this family run place goes out of its way to make your stay as pleasant as possible perfect for those who value warmth and personal touch over high end amenities.

What a gem of a place 💎 5 mins walk to the beach, a 24hr bakery and mini marts even closer. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, kettle and hairdryer in room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The sheets was soft and clean. A nice view over looking Thera. We didn't book breakfast as we eat later in day so can't comment on that but it did smell delicious. A wonderful family run small hotel who were so helpful and friendly.We will definitely return

Irini is an exceptional host. Always ready and eager to please her guests, to the smallest details. She keeps the hotel in a spotless condition. Santa Barbara is conveniently situated close to the beach, all restaurants, bars and shops. Breakfast is consistent, though a trifle repetitive. The Greek yogurt she serves every morning with some pieces of fruit is delicious.

Be prepared to shower with salty water! You need to buy bottled water to drink and wash your face/brush your teeth. But this is a general problem on Santorini Island, since there is no source of fresh water.

The host is a fantastic person! She is so nice and positive person, she creates an atmosphere that you feel like at home. When we asked if we can eat our breakfast on our terrace, there was no problem, we got breakfast on the terrace every day. Room and bathroom were cleaned every day. Towels were changed every day. Terrace was spacious and we spent there a lot of time.

Bed and mattress could be more comfortable. If there was a coffee machine available then it would be perfect.

Nice clean place to stay, very friendly people. You get a simple clean room and some food for breakfast (no hot food). Breakfast consist of Greek yogurt, a pastry, bread, a boiled egg, a fruit and drinks. Short walk to the beach, but you have to walk through the residential area and on the road, so maybe not suitable with little kids, or people with mobility issues. We only stayed one night.

Mrs. Eirini is not only the best host we have ever had, but also one of the best human beings I have ever met. She is super kind and friendly. The hotel also exceeded all our expectations; it is very close to the beach (the best part of Perissa Beach). The room was cleaned every day. Last but not least, the breakfast was great and was one of the things we enjoyed every day in Santorini.

Nothing to mention

Located in a quiet area and still close to everything that we needed. When we arrived Eirini made sure to welcome us in a lovely way and helped us with any questions during the whole stay. We were close to a central area with different food spots, bars and shops and the bus station that is going to other cities like Thira.

Irini and her family were wonderful hosts, they helped with every request we had. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was really good and diverse each day. Hotel is close to black beach, while small market is just around the corner from the hotel. Highly recommended!

The host was super welcoming alongside her family members, they really couldn't have been nicer. The hotel itself was perfectly situated for the beach and all the resort amenities whilst still being relatively quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

The hostess was very warm and welcoming. Amazing breakfast and the rooms are very clean and neat. The location is positioned at a very calm place very close to the Perissa beach and away from all the hustle and bustle of other key attractions like Oia and Fira. Would definitely recommend this place
