The location was great , even though we did not had beach view from the room but it was really close by and walkable to the beach. The rooms were clean and the best part was they cleaned the rooms everyday and provided clean towels too everyday. We were a family and the stay was very good. The AC remote stopped working at night and i messaged to check around 11PM and the host came to check at that time which was really great gesture from the host.

If you are planning to cook extensively then there were no chimneys for the smoke to go out. That could have been better. But all in all it was a great place to stay with great hosts.

Convenient location, just a 3 minutes walk to the beach, plenty of bakeries , cafes and restaurants around and a big public parking right in front of the apartment. We didn’t use a bus as we rented the car but there is bus stop around the corner. You can also drive to pretty much anywhere on the island within 30 minutes, especially locations like Oia and Fara. Excellent for families! The room is cozy and very clean. The owner cleaned the room everyday! The owner was very helpful as she told us her restaurant recommendations.

Not a major issue, but the apartment didn’t have many kitchen things. However, after asking the owner, she quickly provided them for us. If you need anything, just ask!

It was very clean and comfortable, beautiful location and had really friendly and helpful staff. Ioanna gave us all the information we could need, with advice for places to visit and eat, bus timetables, answering all our questions. Studio Paul’s was the perfect distance to the beach, bus stops, restaurants, and shops. The buses came frequently and were really easy to navigate. It’s the perfect location to stay and enjoy the beach and surroundings in Perissa to be then able to take a day trip to Fira and Oia, instead of staying there.

Very friendly welcome, clean and tidy apartment with the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Anything additional that we requested was attended to quickly and easily via WhatsApp. Thank you, we had a great stay.

Only that we could hear guests in the room above, however this can't be helped.

Very close to the beach and market, situated in a quiet area with an amazing view. We had our coffee on the balcony, absolutely lovely. The host was kind and offered us valuable information about the other attractions. I highly recommend it

Everything was great!

Our room was in the first floor. We had a cute patio and the room size was generous too. Everything clean and confortable. It was close to affordable restaurants and markets. 3 min walk to a beautiful beach. I didn’t stay long enough to explore all the other things around. The neighborhood looked lively with many restaurants opened until late. If I go back to Santorini I would probably stay here again. Price/location was great.

Excellent and warm hospitality from mrs. Maria who is very kind and helpful with tending to needs yet also provides privacy through her approach and set-up of the property. It is also a place conveniently located near the 24 hours bakery (big and highly visited by locals and tourists), beach, bus, supermarket and all the bars, restaurants and creperia on the coastline. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, large studios with all the cooking amenities, fridge, with beautiful balcony to enjoy and relaxing views. Upon arriving there is a public area with the most beautiful abundant bougainvilleas flowering and growing and a very nice covered seating area with pillows to hang out or even work with the laptop. I would recommend the accommodation for anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet holiday or do some uninterrupted work (e.g. writing). This because you can choose when to be in more crowded places (e.g. bars, restaurants on the coastline) or walk around in the village quiet sandy paths and hike near the mountain which has only a few locals. Staying there feels very peaceful, restful with privacy, only the birds are chirping so it is not noisy and I could relax and recharge and to have days as wished, outside of busy Oia en Fyra. Mrs. Maria is there when needed for a friendly word in Greek or English and also leaves guests be when not needed (a good balance).

The location is in the quiet area, close to the beach, close to the bus station. Although I come early at around 1PM (When the room was not ready yet), she still allowed me to left my luggage inside room and gave me the key. Additional info: The near beach was quiet, clear, and not crowded. The seafood of the restaurants next to the beach was fresh with reasonable price. Only around 10-15e/dish

I booked and also sent message that I needed 2 single bed (twin room). When I came to the room (when it was not prepared yet), I mentioned in person again about 2 single beds. But finally they prepared a double bed (combined from 2 single beds). I had to separate it into 2 single beds.
