This property exceeded our expectations as a small family run hotel they have thought of everything with detail . It is a quiet hotel and you are given your space . The family are so lovely and welcome you like you are their own , nothing is too much for them . The hotel is off the beaten track but literally 5 minute walk and you have everything bars ,restaurants , supermarkets, bakeries cafes . If you hire a car you can see the rest of this beautiful island . Manos and Yanis will give you a map and explain everything to you . One of the best holidays ever and we are fussy travelers. I spent four nights at Hotel Anemomilos in Perissa in August 2025 and was absolutely delighted. My Deluxe Double Room was very clean, nicely furnished, and equipped with everything you need — I especially loved the large rain shower. The owners, Yiannis and Manos, are exceptionally warm and helpful. They always asked if I needed anything and often went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable. I was here for a working retreat and was able to work in complete peace all day after a tasty breakfast. I was particularly happy that my dog Milo was so warmly welcomed — a decisive feel-good factor for me. A charming, quiet hotel with a personal touch where you immediately feel at home. I will definitely be back!

The location is perfect 5 min to the beach, 2 min to the Bus station, 3 min to the market the location is perfect, i recommend ! The area is very quiet !

This is a wonderful hotel and very friendly staff. They can help with everything: transfer, excursions, advice. Good tasty breakfast. It was impossible to get the children out of the pool with salt water. Beaches, bus stop and shop within walking distance. The best beach is Perivolos, it takes a little longer to get there, but the entrance to the sea is much nicer. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We had a really great time there.

Manos and the team were excellent in every way from start to finish. Kept the place tidy and assisted with anything you needed ie excursions and tips. Rooms we’re comfy and had all the amenities you needed for a great stay/sleep.

Only a minor note: but there was so many flies on the surface of the pool. I didn’t mind collecting them together (cos I’m an OCD kind of guy) and removing them but maybe periodic swabs of the pool during the day may have helped. But didn’t deter me from diving in non-the less.

We stayed here whilst getting married in Santorini, the location is perfect. 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to shops/ bars/ bus stop to get to other area of the island! The staff are exceptional, so personal, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had anything we could want/ need! Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets - could not have asked for more and will definitely be back!

Villa Anemomilos is a very nice location to stay in Perissa because it is very close to the bus stop and the shops and quite close to the beach. It is also quiet and relaxing (except in the very windy days!), with great care for the details. The hosts are very kind and ready to help the guests improving the experience!

The bathroom in our room could be improved, but anyway it is good and always clean.

Great location and very clean accommodation with super friendly staff. They go an extra mile for their guests and make sure you have a wonderful experience in Santorini.

The location is ideal, very close to restaurants, the beach and local shops. The rooms were clean and well equipped, pool was just amazing and the staff was always happy to assist. 😊 We were helped with any questions we had and even were picked up and dropped off to the airport. The host was happy to give us recommendations and help up with organising car rental and day trips, really felt like they were delighted to help and wanted to make sure we will have an amazing experience. I will definitely recommend to anyone going Santorini!
