Really nice room and bathroom, everyday cleaned by the staff very comfortable bed. Everything well maintained. Swimming pool area was very convinient and clean. The breakfast was sufficient and we could get what we actually wanted, we just had to ask. The staff (especially during breakfast) was really helpful and friendly. Close to the bus stop and shops with large parking area

- It would be nice to know what options for breakfast are possible maybe in a form of menu with some sets to choose from - we could hear the road all the time which might be a problem for some light-sleepers - a shelf in the bathroom would be very useful

I arrived early in the morning and they allowed me to check in immediately and to have breakfast, which I very much appreciated. The room was good size and very clean, with necessary amneties. The accommodation is close to the bus stop to / from Fira, to a supermarket and a bakery. Within walking distance to Perissa beach; you can also walk to Perivolos beach, but it's a bit faraway

I booked deluxe room, described as featuring an infinity pool, but I received a room facing the alley to the kitchen, so no pool or garden view. Indeed, there is a pool at the property but that's all and it's not infinity anyway. The room was not sound proof as discribed - I could hear everything from outside (kitchen area) and inside (hallway and other rooms). A shelf in the bathroom could have been useful.

Nothing bad to say about the service and all! You get what you pay for and I got a nice experience overall! You need a car though to be able to go to Fira or Oia. I recommend the place for a budget holiday. There is a nice and clean swimming pool. On the same road there are lots of restaurants and places where you can rent a car or a scooter.

I Really had a pleasant stay so I cannot find anything excessively dissatisfying.

The location is good,the place is very clean. They are cleaning the room every day, the owners are very nice they give us a mapas with places they we need to visit,and the staff very polite. The only thing for us was the breakfast,not so much to choose from and was monotony. The view from the pool is beautiful. We recommend the place,everything is close you have a carrefour a bakery that is very good, and 10 min from the beach.

Location was very good. Thing that i liked most, was that carrefour market was next to the hotel and a good bakery was right there. Beach was 10 minutes walk from the hotel and the bus stop was 2 minutes walk 👌🏻

Everything was ok. But one thing I didn’t like that The toilet door was not closing. It was always half open in my room, but I was alone, so it was ok for me.

Very nice and cosy place, perfect for our needs. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the bus to Fira. Rooms were clean and nice and the staff was really nice and serviceminded as well :)

Very clean accommodation, comfortable bed and well maintained throughout, with wonderful staff. Theo and Lita were engaging and wonderful hosts. Breakfast was very basic, but did its job of getting the day going.

Proximity to the main road in / out of Perissa. Whilst reasonably close to the beach and a great range of restaurants, it was unfortunate that the short stretch of main road to get to them is largely without pavement; you need to be traffic aware!

i really enjoyed staying at Sagma Central rooms. Its super close to Perissa black beach, bus stop to city centre and local supermarket. The staff was absolutely amazing. I'm on strict vegan diet and the lady was cutting fresh fruit for me every morning. The place was clean and quiet. So i definitely recommend x

I loved our stay at sagma central rooms. The hosts we're so nice and helpfull. The room was beautiful too. We felt very welcome from the moment they picked us up from the airport. The hotel is in Perissa, and i loved it there. It's quiet, and nearby the black sanded beach. The lady ( I called her mama Purple because of her lovely hair) helped us with a rental car, and a boottrip. The breakfast was delicious too. I recommend this hotel a lot!

The only little thing I can advice is to change the matres. for me, somebody with back pains , it was a bit too hard. But furthermore it was such a nice stay.
