The room was clean and bed not rock hard! The room was upstairs, which was difficult ult with luggage, but only did that once. It was quiet, the pool was clean but sooo cold! No breakfast if you were wondering. But the beachfront is 10 min stroll away. The beachfront bars restaurants are not too far. So, it's not a bad location. It's just very quiet where the hotel is if you like that. Never felt like it was dodgy. Just quiet.

Villa Georgia is located in a very quiet spot about 10 mins walk to the beach, shops, restaurants etc The pool is lovely but very small. The staff are friendly but don't speak much English so conversations were short. The rooms and pool area are kept very clean.

The rooms are quite old fashioned. There's a lace curtain over the door and doilies in the kitchen cupboard. The kitchen wear is a real hodge podge - we had one ceramic bowl and a few plastic plates. The shower head didn't work - water sprayed everywhere from the pipes above, so we used the handheld one.

Villa Georgia is a great place to stay while in Santorini if you want to explore the island, rather than just stay in a luxury room in Fira or Oia all day. We stayed for 9 nights and were very happy with our choice. The room was very clean (cleaned daily) and had a nice balcony where we enjoyed some of our meals. There is also a fairly large pool for a dip, if you prefer it over the sea. There are several food stores about 7-12 minutes walk. The nearest bus stop and Perissa beach are about 5-7 minutes by foot as well. If you want a nice and quiet place for a fair price to stay in Santorini, this villa is for you!

The bed was a bit small for us, but we got used to it very quickly.

The villa was absolutely lovely - the size of the room was perfect, including a lovely balcony outside. The pool was definitely a plus and I am not gonna lie it was amazing to have it. We also received such a warm welcome from the staff and they have been so helpful with tips and suggestions of things to do on the Island.

I was just a bit concern about the kitchen - we did booked this apartment to be able to cook and at first the apartment didn't have the stoves. They then brought us those movable electric stoves but they didn't really work. We never managed to cook our pasta as the water never boiled - deposit the fact that we left it on the stove for over 50 mins... so a bit annoying on this side as the planned was to prepare our packed lunches every day. On another note, make sure to rent a car if booking this apartment as it's a bit far from the capital and Oia village and with public transport is a bit of a nightmare! :)

Property was well maintained, very clean and quiet. Owners really couldn’t be more helpful. Very pleasant.

Kitchenette not well equipped would be difficult to make a meal and better crockery etc would be better but having said that we lived on salads and 24 hour bakery about 7 min walk Property a wee bit remote and walking home at night was dark in places.

It's the 3rd time for me to spend my holidays in Santorini,. Villa Georgia was the best place. Everything what we needed is there, comfortable beds, working air condition, clean, quiet, super pool with jacuzzi, beautiful garden, well equipped kitchen. They helped us to rent a car, arranged excursion, etc. We recommend it.

Nice place, cozy and clean. Giorgia and her daughter Anastasia are fantastic people. Anastasia was very helpful: she organized the transfer from the airport to the hotel. From Perissa, with public buses having a bad reputation (infrequent and missed trips) it is difficult to get to other places. The following morning, at our request, Anastasia sent us a rental scooter directly to the structure with which we were able to visit all the most beautiful places on the island in just the three days we had available. Should we return to Santorini this is where we will return to stay. 10 cum laude.

The facility was spotless. The pool and surrounding area was absolutely beautiful. This hotel is very quiet, which is what I was looking for. Our hosts Georgia and her husband Spyros were fabulous. They helped us arrange transportation when needed and answered any questions we had. I would stay there again without any hesitation!

The location was perfect. Close to beach, restaurants, bus stops yet very peaceful location. The owners were very kind, friendly and helpful and the suite was very clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. We were very happy that the air conditioning worked perfectly also. Everyone looks for perfect sunset in Oia but Perissa and our room was perfect for sunrise🙏

Nothing we didn't like

Just relaxing and awesome, the two ladies at the villa outdid thenselves to make sure I felt great. The pool is awesome, has a jacuzzi feature and the rooms are very spacious (mine was a studio) and have everything You need, including a mini kitchen with a fridge..
