Good location, on a quiet road, beach & restaurants 5 min walk & supermarkets and bakery (plus more restaurants & a couple of bars) 5 min walk in other direction. Mama’s food good & good value. Helpful staff, and our room was very clean, a special mention for our cleaner who kept our room spotless, visited daily and was always happy to come back if we weren’t ready for her, thank you!

We stayed in the superior double, it’s a matter of preference but we found the mattress to be on the hard side. A little more hanging space would also have been good.

Villa Markos location was accessible to everywhere. The owner Mr.Markos was real nice and very hospitable. His staff were good as well. Homely Villa where we can cook our own food and eat at the balcony with the nice view. The room is always clean and towels was changed everyday. The swimming pool was beautiful and clean. They have Mama’s food restaurant was one of the best Greek cuisine. Best location near the airport by taxi or bus. Villa Markos is just 5mins walk to Perrisa Beach and restaurants, bus stop, shops, stores, pubs, etc.

Nothing that I don’t like, but only needs upgrading due to wear and tear like the shower, kitchen wares (electric stove, cutleries and cooking wares, kettle) It would be nice if there’s a microwave too.

Marko is a very nice man who runs a lovely guest house with excellent service and good value. He was waiting for my arrival with the key and on checkout he called me a car service to the port and got me a really good deal on a private car on short notice. The location has a stunning view of Ancient Thera with a number of castles and churches in the vicinity. I even climbed the mountain trail, visiting nearby Kamari. A bus station and the beach are only 300m away. The room was simple and well-equipped with all necessities and a spacious balcony, TV, refrigerator etc. the cleaning staff was very kind and did an excellent job. It made my stay in Perissa very memorable.

Everything was excellent. Good clean room with small kitchen and air conditioner. Balcony with swimming pool view. Very good location. 5 minutes walk to the beach with black sand. 5 minutes walk to a supermarket and bus station. There is a restaurant Mama's Food with traditional greek foods, big portions and good prices. We will be back again.

We have no words to explain how good our holiday was. All of the staff of Villa Markos was absolutly great, all of them, so kind and available to give us the informations and the services we needed (for example, we went to Fira with their transfer service and then we went back from Oia to Perissa, or when we needed to leave our bags in a corner of Markos'office during our last day and he allowed us to do this). Furthermore, their swimming pool is fantastic, and we must say the same about the food we ate at Mama's Food, their restaurant (low prices, high quality). The beach is very closed, more or less 5 minutes walking. (And we cant'forget their Greek lessons!). If we could, we would like to give them more than 5/5. We are thinking on coming back here next year.

Great find! Lovely staff and the food at the restaurant was amazing we ate there most days it was better than any other restaurant we went to. The beach was only a few minutes away perfect location.

Only a small comment they could have more drink options in the bar everything else was great

We had a fantastic stay. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room was spotless, everything worked, plenty of sockets and a beautiful balcony. In a quiet road so very peaceful at night. We ate a lot in Mama’s Food and had some delicious meals. Thank you to everyone in Team Markos!

The location is fantastic, being just a 3-minute walk from Black Beach and a 3-minute walk to a supermarket and bars. The staff are amazing and friendly - always welcoming and ready to help! The in house restaurant is a fabulous add on to the property and serves great home style and authentic Greek food.

The host Markos and staff are absolutely amazing and friendly, pool was clean and mama restaurant which served lovely food everyday with an affordable price. Also WIFI was good connection. The property was the perfect location close to everything, black beach, restaurant, market and bus stop. Highly recommend this hotel.

We booked 2 appartments and they were great! Markos was so nice! Easy to check in and check out. The appartments were like in the photos the location was practical not that far from tourist spots. There were also free parkings nearby

The water were a bit salty.
