Everything. Run, don’t walk to this hotel. Superb! Perfect location. Very close proximity to beach, lots of restaurants and bus stops. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff are helpful and lovely. We arrived and got upgraded to a deluxe suite that made the trip much more enjoyable! No complaints, at all!

Personnel, architecture, pools, gym. It was fantastic, thank you. My "What didn't you like" section is not a criticism, but suggestions what could be improved.

The lava sand on the beach is not the best, but there is not much you can do with that. The slippery beach floor in the water is a problem. I recommend waring guests about it and selling or renting footware that prevents slippage. I saw people who went swimming and simply gave up I believe they were from the next door restaurant. But of course that is not good when you travel al the way to Santorini to enjoy the sea. In a better case you slip once and then buy the shoes like I did. And then it´s fine. Of the whole beach strip there is only one restaurant that has decent audio speakers, and they do not provide for dancing. You have a beautiful bar, but music comes out like from a paper box. I think it is an opportunity for your bar to have more attendance.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised. The staff genuinely care about their guests. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and professional. You can truly relax here and feel completely at ease. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and exceeded our expectations. The private sea access and the comfortable sun loungers made our stay even more enjoyable and effortless. Breakfast may not have an extensive selection, but everything is fresh, and there are different traditional specialties to try each day. We would definitely love to come back!

I loved everything! The location was incredible, not only is it right in the middle of Perissa and restaurants and the promenade are great, but the hotel itself is absolutely, and this cannot be understated, by the sea. Like 10 meters away, wow! Our room was incredibly comfortable, we even had an hot tub which I would recommend getting if you can, it opened my mind. Room staff was incredibly kind, too. The Beach was great, not only was service impeccable (it could reach you wherever!) but the sunbeds were so comfortable! The pool is heated and that too was amazing, it felt great to hop from the beach to the pool in the evening. The staff overall made our experience so pleasant, they communicated swiftly and organized everything for us (which was great for a full relax holiday) from transport to the catamaran trip. And I can’t understate the SPA - we had our treatments organized in advance and it was incredible quality, my back works again. I would absolutely recommend Anastasia Princess, both for a relax-stay (I want to go back!) but also for a more adventurous one! (public transport is very close by and the hotel has great options for boating trips and such!) This stay was great and I only have great things to say!

I must say it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond with their sunny, helpful, and genuinely friendly attitude. They truly made us feel welcome and special throughout our stay. The room we stayed in was cozy, authentic, and so charming. To top it off, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade since it was my birthday, and they even helped my husband organize a lovely surprise for my arrival. This thoughtful touch truly set the tone for an unforgettable trip. The staff also offered excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable. Their local knowledge added a lot of value to our stay. Lastly, the hotel's beach was simply fantastic — clean, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing time by the sea.

Accommodation was exceptional, room was immaculately clean, with all the room comforts you would expect - fresh towels, bedding change daily, tea/coffee facilities, etc. Breakfast was uncomplicated and fresh, with several differing Greek specialities throughout the week. Staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much to ask.

If anything, the particular room we had would have benefitted from a larger outside space to have sun loungers as an example, however, this wouldn't stop us from booking again!

We were immediately blown away by the perfect location and beautiful hotel. Welcomed by Emerald, nothing was too much trouble, she is super helpful and very friendly. All of the staff are absolutely lovely. The room was delightful. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

My single criticism is you only get two coffee pods in your room. Once they’re gone they aren’t replenished and you would have to buy more. It wasn’t a massive deal but I did think it was a little unusual.

Hotel was brilliant from start to finish. Room, balcony and plunge pool were all excellent. All staff were totally lovely and helped with everything we wanted to do. They organised sunset boat trips, taxis, hiring buggys, massages and gave great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast buffet was always well stocked and had a great selection of cakes, fresh fruit (incl watermelon!) plus eggs, sausages and bacon options. Felt so lucky to stay here and were really sad to leave.

Everything was superb

This is truly a stunning place! My wife and I have travelled all over the world and this is up there with the best. Two brothers own it and ‘Anastasia ‘ is their mother’s name. It is spotless and I have never before witnessed the sheer delight the boys get from doing absolutely anything for you. Whilst a cliche - nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is amazing with all sorts of homemade delicacies to try. Our suite overlooked the pool and was very spacious and immaculately presented. The location is excellent. We preferred walking left to bars and restaurants as it is slightly prettier and more compact than the other side. Well done guys - we will be back.

Leaving!! The pool was a little cool and just be aware that there isn’t a restaurant for dinner on site. That didn’t affect us as we prefer to eat out anyway.

It was an amazing experience. The owner and the CEO Stavros was so friendly and generous that he took me to clinic few times and waited there when I had a small accident. Emerald helped us at any moment and our wishes were treated like commands. Nothing was delayed or ignored. Christophe made the best cocktails in the world (we are experienced so we know when it is good) and finally Sophie was doing great service at the beach made us feel like VIP all the time. Thank you guys. We had wonderful time.
