The hotel has a nice location next to the Perissa - Perivolos beach street. Just across the street is the beach. There are free sunbeds for hotel clients. It was very easy and nice to order drinks and snacks to a sunbed with your phone. The staff was friendly and nice. Nearest markets with some groceries are few hundreds meters away. There are several restaurants to choose around the area. The beach is quite long mostly with coarse, dark sand. The hotel itself is a typical Greek three star hotel, with a quite nice basic+ breakfast. I'll give one extra point to the very nice staff and cleaners. My room and the hotel area was very tidy. If you want to make a small hike, you can walk over the hill to Kamari via ancient Thira. On the Kamari side of the hill, if you choose the path instead of road, there is a small, quite hidden church with a small cave with a small spring. On the Perissa side there is another church, which is not typically open. The path is rocky, and quite exhausting on a hot day. Few years ago I walked from ancient Thira to a monastry on the hill, too, but the path seemed to be lessen used.

This is the second one night stay that we have had here and the property is well located and very clean

The shower is small so the shower curtain sticks to you whilst showering. The second room we had the double bed was up against the wall on the one side and that’s not what we like out of choice. However, we had a good nights sleep and the bed was comfortable

We had our own balcony, there was always plenty of sun loungers around the pool and beach. The food was nice and the QR code system made relaxing even easier.

Relaxing and just pure bliss. The beach is stunning and the water clean and clear. So beautiful! Staff were faultless. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The location was great for what we wanted. Plenty of lovely restaurants very close by but still felt quiet and very relaxing. If you wanted a bit more 'buzz' was a pleasant walk to Perrissa main town for a multitude of restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.

We loved everything! If we wanted to be very picky the shower in our room was quite dated but very clean and had good water pressure so really it didn't bother us!

The beach was great and sunbeds were comfortable. Great beach service as well.

The bathroom was a bit old and could use a renovation.

So pretty, we loved the location, the look of this hotel, the room was alright. We really liked how cozy it all looked. 🫶🏻Couldn’t pick better place to spend our honeymoon 🌙🧸 Breakfast was good, always the same things, but we didn’t mind it at all. We loved the swimming pool in front of the hotel and that the beach is just across the street. Also you have umbrella and two sunbeds free as a guest, which is great. You can take long walks around hotel, which we appreciated. There are many shops and restaurants around as well. Totally recommend it!🙌🏼

Great location by the beach and Perivolos strip, very nice pool and restaurant with good food and fair prices. Great location for families and couples. Good air conditioning. Large refrigerator. Easy 20-30 min drive to all other attractions on the island. Staff was very helpful providing sightseeing tips.

Room was a little smaller than expected, shower holder was broken, towels old/hard, the annex building is a bit tired looking. Easy fixes could make a big difference. Bathroom in the annex building room was very small and water from shower makes a mess. Doors opening and closing in the annex building are very loud. No coffee maker in room. Overall good stay and we'd stay again.

Overall, excellent facilities and just a stones throw away from the beach. Sun loungers at the beach and by the pool at the property were always available to use with free towels available upon request. Great breakfast each morning with lots of vegetarian options. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times, rooms cleaned each morning. Excellent location - you can easily get a bus into Fira from the Black Sand Beach location.

Shower is dated and needs upgrading. We had the annex room and the stairs are quite narrow.

Location was good in the middle of Perissa and Perivolos so a nice walk to either. Rooms were lovely, bathroom a bit on the small side. Pool bar was good and served very nice food. Breakfast was good albeit same everyday but there was a lot of choice.
