the hotel resort is very prestigious, with beautifully landscaped surroundings. Modern Greek architecture gives the apartment with an outdoor pool a dreamy feeling of Greek warmth and homeliness at a high level. breakfasts are rich and very tasty and aesthetic. the cleanliness of the department is at a high level. the manager of the resort is a very kind and trustworthy Mrs. Sissy. I stayed in this resort for the second time and I will definitely come back many more times. The hotel is definitely the right choice for a dreamy, romantic vacation with a beautiful beach 1 minute away.

We spent eight unforgettable days in a place that, in my view, has been thoughtfully designed in terms of space and aesthetics to ensure a truly exceptional stay. Even when all seven suites are occupied, the sense of privacy remains intact. Some suites come with their own private pools, while an impressive shared pool of generous proportions is also available. The furnishings—whether in the rooms, on the terraces, by the pool, or on the beach—are modern, elegant, and of excellent quality. The service strikes the perfect balance: attentive and caring without ever feeling intrusive. Thank you Cris and Katja. The manager, Sissy, is always on hand to provide valuable recommendations for restaurants and activities, adding a personal touch that enhances the overall experience. Every detail has been carefully considered to create an atmosphere of comfort and exclusivity, making this a destination designed for an unforgettable stay.

We are very experienced travelers, and have traveled extensively through the years, and we have decided that this place exceeds all other places we have EVER been to. Sissy, the director of the Black Rose Suites, is a shining personality who has apparently decided that the comfort and enjoyable stay of her guests is the most important aim in her work, and thus there was not ONE thing that we asked or requested that was not answered and fulfilled. Everything was 10+. The room was very large and comfortable, the bed was terrific, the shower strong as we like it, and the breakfast that was served to our room was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! no less. If you are looking for a very relaxed stay, with a semi Olympic size pool, 100 yards from the Aegean sea with lovely sand, then this is the place. There are only 7 suites, most all of them with a private pool or a rooftop Jacuzzi (very intimate and quiet.) then this is the place. We LOVED our 5 days stay! and we miss Sissy terribly. Regards to Nicolas and to all the wonderful workers.

We enjoyed every moment in the Black Rose Suites. The location is excellent; the atmosphere is relaxing and the breakfast very good. You can alternate jumping into the sea or jumping into the swimming pool since there are both a few metres away. Lots of options for lunch/dinner in local restaurants and bars along the beach. Excellent for using it as a "base" for exploring the island.

The fridge was a bit noisy, especially during the night it can be annoying.

Absolutely amazing stay! Incredible property only steps away from Perissa / Perivolos beach. CC and her team are top notch and cater to your every need - arranging transfers, car / scooter rentals and recommending the best spots to visit and restaurants. The villas are spacious and elegant with large private pools in additional to the huge main pool on the beach. The included breakfasts were some of the best we had in Greece with Manolis serving them with a big smile every morning. Nikos the bartender was lovely - serving up delicious and unique cocktails. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We loved the beautiful grounds and the rooms were well equipped with what we needed. We love the close beach access and the delicious breakfast every morning. Sissy was so friendly and welcoming our entire stay. She gave us wonderful dining recommendations and aided us in transportation as needed. We had a wonderful time in Santorini and made wonderful memories with the staff that we will cherish.

We loved everything about the property.

Love all the staff! They are all so friendly, helpful and still discreet, it feels very exclusive to stay there. Love private pool and private terrace. Love yummy breakfast on private terrace! Private pool is big and depth is perfect, & it also has jacuzzi! Love well kept private sun loungers on the beach, which looks like someone sweep the sand near the sun loungers which shows attention to details. love complementary mini bar and complementary cocktails at the bar, which is for hotel guests only. Love complementary transfer which made our life so much easier! Love powerful air conditioning! Love the garden around the houses, there are many lovely plants even there are olive trees and pomegranate trees! The plants provide lovely backdrop and also block the view from passer-by. Love the bar not open to the public any more, so it’s quiet and exclusive using the pool and terrace. Thank you very much to Sissy, Chris, Martin, Mona, chef and all the staff who made our experience staying at Black Rose super amazing! We’d love to go back next time!

The private area can be more defined and cleverly blocked out from the front without blocking the beach view. Passers by love the look of the place so much, some walked up to our pool and asked how much we paid for it. It might need a gate at the car park and a gate to the rooms to be more private to stop people walking up to the rooms. Area between rooms / terraces can be more defined so we don’t invade each other space.

In such an amazing location, a beautiful property with well kept garden and facilities with dedicated daybeds and umbrellas on the beach only 50 meters away. Our room and private pool were 10 times better then the images shown online, super comfy bed and pillows, great wifi and aircon. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the manager Sissy went above and beyond to assist with anything that was needed. Delicious breakfast and cocktails, a very memorable stay and will be back to stay again for certain. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

We liked all about the property. Great location with the beach right across the street. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. The hotel manager, Sissy, was amazing. So helpful with booking transportation for us, booking a last minute restaurant in Oia and even going to the pharmacy for us one morning. Nicolas, the bartender was also wonderful. They both answered to our needs and offered us their Black Rose wine. Absolutely recommend this place!

It was tough to get good wifi signal in the separate room, but honestly after enjoying the whole day, there’s ni need to even use wifi. :-)
