The whole unit offers excellent accommodation and facilities along with a swimming pool, which I enjoyed very much. One thing I especially liked about the swimming pool is that it isn't too deep, so I could actually touch its deepest point with my toes. The room I had was spotlessly clean and was pretty and cozy, and everything in it was stylish and fully functioning. The location is excellent, as it is only a couple of minutes away from Perissa/Perivolos beach, still really quiet. I do not remember having had any noise issues during my stay. That could be because there isn't anything else nearby, except for another small hotel, which is across the street leading to the beach. The nearest supermarket and bus station are only 7 minutes away on foot (yet getting there might be a bit confusing, at least in the first day). Overall, it was very pleasant, affordable near-luxury accommodation. Eirini, the manager, was very keen to provide many useful tips of information about the island.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. There might be some natural light coming in the room during the sunrise, but for me this wasn't a problem.

Warm, personal welcome, shown to our room by Krissa. Small Ouzo in the room with shot glasses. Family run... and they are so proud of it. Meticulously clean. Fresh towels daily. Cleaned daily. Pool towels provided. Beautiful bathroom. Air-con great. Nothing too much trouble. Sea view. Close to beach, shops, bars, restaurants. No loud bars or karaoke in Perissa/Perivolos.....if you like loud....stay somewhere else like Kamari. We were in number 9 (two bed) so so spacious and lovely high ceilings. Perissa is beautiful and classy. Quiet peaceful pool area. Always a comfy sunbed. They have many regulars that return year on year. We were sad to leave.

Bar served crisps and drinks... but no hot or cold food. Which we hadn't realised, as it said bar snacks on the info. That's the only slight negative though !!

Firstly, Irene and her family were so nice and so, so helpful! The location of the apartments is no more than 3 mins from the best part of Perissa beach, and really nice restaurants and bars were so close. The apartment was so big, the kitchen had everything you need for meals and storage and it was cleaned every day which was such a nice touch. The pool was gorgeous and sunbeds so comfy, and the balcony is so pleasant sitting out having your lunch and a little drink. Had the best time ever😎

Very clean apartments (cleaned daily - maybe they should give a sign to the rooms to indicate if they wanted to be cleaned/towels changed. There was no need to clean every single day in my opinion, but this is not a complain.. :) just an eco-friendly alternative). Very very close to the beach. Pool is amazing. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Our flight was late on the day and it was allowed to enjoy the pool for the day and have a shower on pool area before departure and after checking out. (Could shower, but only appreciation for letting us stay a bit longer)

The drive-way to the studios can be intimidating. vERY narrow. Not sure if bigger cars can drive through there. But seems the car could be left outside..

These apartments were just delightful, we were lucky enough to have on on the ground floor, facing the pool. The pool was simple, but just so pretty, and intimate with a seasonal bar. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was excellent as it was a very short walk to the beach, and the beach facilities, but out enough of the local village to feel open. Good overall location on the island too, close to a couple of the tourist villages. We took buses around. This hotel seemed much more reasonable than many of the other options on the island which looked a bit overheated price wise. The hotel organised for a taxi to take us to the port at the end of our stay too which was helpful and reassuring. A perfect 4 night stay.

Family run.super friendly and helpful. Good location. 10 mins to bus .10mins to Perissa.lovely quiet pool area.we were there 1st week oct.fab weather and pool to ourselves. Tho beach 2 min walk away.. 1st bar on right at beach do cheap hire cars..we had smart car for 3 days. 75 euro..all inc . Great holiday .recommend Arapiou apts..wifi but no uk tv..take your tablet.!! Comfy,clean quiet and everything you need .including little libraries on the landings..!!

Longish walk to the carrefour supermarket..but the store drop you back with your shoppi g so one way walk in heat .!

Wow, what an absolute gem to find. Myself and my partner stayed for 10 nights and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. The location is perfect, 100 metres from Perissa Beach but far away enough from the hustle and bustle. The room was cleaned everyday and had all facilities necessary. The main highlight is the amazing family that run the Apartments, they are so friendly and always have a smile. They were always on hand for any questions and nothing was ever a problem for them. This is truly one of the best Apartments we've stayed in and we'll 100% be back

The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and in a great location, just a short stroll to the beach, bars and restaurants. The pool area was lovely, but the thing that made our holiday so special was the amazing very lovely family ( staff ) that ran the apartments. They honestly could not do enough for us, so friendly and helpful and they even bought us a desert their mother had made them as a little gift. I highly recommend the Arapiou Apartments they are 10 out 10 .

Fantastic self catering apartment a moments walk from the beach. Irene and her family provide a wonderful base to explore the island, with lots of tips for things to see. The apartment was much bigger than expected and well laid out. Cleaning and fresh towels everyday, pool towels provided. Fridge, kettle and hob plus toaster and grill - enough to get by easily. Lovely pool and bar area with drinks and snacks available to buy. Great for families as the pool has a shallow end and a baby pool attached. Quiet at night, many tavernas within walking distance and beach bars for umbrella and sunbed on the beach days.

The entrance driveway is very narrow if you are in a bigger car.

A wonderfully located hotel, practically 70 m from the sea. If you don't feel like swimming in the sea, there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers at your disposal. The beautiful room is cleaned every day and towels are changed every day, the owners attach great importance to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The hotel is run by a super very nice family who helps in every situation. We liked it there very much, maybe we will visit this wonderful place again.
