The location was nice loved the staff very helpful the room was great. I would like to say a special thank you to your manager Biona, my wife slipped just out side the hotel and broke her leg ankle? And the help we got from Biona (I hope I have this right) she call the ambulance she brought our bags to the hospital she stayed with us and helped the langauge barrier she waited for us and took us to the airport she was nothing more than amazing if it was up to me I would give her a massive bonus. From the bottom to the top of my heart thank you Biona you are a star ❤️

The welcoming from the staff the lady at the reception (I’m sorry I forgot your name )but you are really special to our family , the location , the recommendations for the restaurant and the dessert place 😍, the breakfast included with an spectacular view , It was amazing we couldn’t ask for more . I would recommend this place 100% .

The first thing that struck me about SMY Santorini Suites and Villas was the great communication with Bionka, even before arriving at the property. On arrival I was happy to discover that all staff were very friendly. The pool area had a great view and lots of beds, chairs, sofas and tables for everyone. It never felt crowded. There was a great selection of hot and cold items for breakfast to suit all tastes. There was a very relaxed vibe around the pool and Mike, the waiter, would check on you to see if you wanted a drink or something to eat. I ate dinner once at the hotel and really enjoyed the club sandwich and fries. I think the prices were very reasonable. Do yourself a favour and explore Pirgos village, only a 10 minute walk down the road. Eat at RoseMary for amazing food and great view and enjoy a drink at sunset at Franco’s bar. Visit Pirgos restaurant which is literally across the road from SMY and Santo wines, if your budget allows for decent wine with an incredible view.

I don’t have any reason to complain about the property, my only small issue would be ensuring the upstairs bedroom in the villa is cooled at night before going to bed, but you can adjust the AC system so the cool air is directed upwards rather than into the downstairs lounge area.

The hotel is very well located with stunning views. The pool and outside area is very relaxing with plenty of beds and individual seating areas. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice to please everyone. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, a particular mention to Ana on the front desk who was always extremely cheerful and accommodating. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. We had a room with a private pool which was a lovely addition and would certainly recommend it.

We did have a few issues with the room allocated when we first arrived however this was swiftly dealt with and an alternative room offered which we took. The staff handled our concerns swiftly and professionally which is all you can ask for.

We had a private villa and pool offering privacy. The breakfast was great and the staff were amazing, really good at helping sort travel arrangements and restaurants etc

The whole place needs a facelift and deep clean, this is often the case staying at the end of the season! Our bathroom was grubby and the toilet leaked for 3 days. Some rooms are split level and are not ideal for people with mobility issues. It doesn’t mention this when you book.

Everything about this property was amazing. The hotel has a beautiful pool area with fantastic bar staff. The private pool in the room was lovely and had spectacular sunset views. The location of the hotel is great as the bus stop to all areas in Santorini is only a short walk away. The hotel staff are very accommodating, Sergio was is an excellent barman and made me some fantastic drinks. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel was amazing with such good views and facilities. We loved the location and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The AC faulted and they quickly came to sort it and moved our room when they needed to get an engineer to fix it. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone! We stayed in a double room with private pool.

The hotel is located in a good area with everything you need around you. The view is amazing, the pool and the private pool is even better. The staff was great and nice, helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast is rich and fresh.

Ants around the private pool and around the room. The bath has a Jacuzzi option but you can’t block the water so it’s irrelevant.

The private pool was amazing as was the hotel staff (very friendly and helpful). The breakfast was to die for (including the adorable company of local cats).

The bed was creaking terribly. The furnishing was a bit outdated.

Amazing service, pool area and food all great. No shortage of sun beds. Lovely room we were in a terrace suite and loads of space. Pyrgos is lovely. Lots of bars and restaurants and super pretty place.

The bed was a bit too hard for my liking and the shower needed a curtain. Otherwise excellent.
