I had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Santorini. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which really enhanced the experience. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety and high quality. Vivian was always quick to respond to our questions and assisted us with everything we needed. Tony, who helped us to the apartment, was very kind and helpful.I can highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Santorini.

Everything was perfekt!

A classy and nice apartment in Pyrgos is the best option to enjoy a bit of Greek life (which I think is almost impossible on Santorini), but at least you will see Greek people who actually live there—without the crazy crowds in Oia and Fira. I thought the hot tub might be a bummer, but it turned out to be very private, not visible to others, and offered a breathtaking view of the sea and the lighthouse.

The place was absolutely stunning, it was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfy, we literally had everything we needed. A bottle of wine was waiting in the fridge. The hot tub was perfect, given the fact that Pyrgos is rather far from the sea. It's a perfect place to serve as base for exploring Santorini.

The checkin-checkout times are not the best, given the Greek sun. I understand that they need time to clean the rooms, but an 15:00 checkout and an 11:00 checkout is not ideal for Greece (we arrived during a heatwave and had to kill a few hours in the tiny village of Pyrgos, which was not easy). I am not complaining per se, as I know this is common practice nowadays, but flexible hours would have made the place perfect.

we arrived at night, Mr. Kimon was very pleasant and helpful he contact us before our travel and helped us with Airport transportation, he meet us on the flat location help us with luggage carrying as the flat at higher level. the flat was very big and clean with indoor covered jacuzzi which give it privacy. the breakfast restaurant had great view to the see. there is restaurant, shops near the location

Irene is absolutely the best and I have never met a hostess as kind, personable, and efficient as her (and we travel frequently)!!! She made everything happen for us from arranging transfers, restaurant recommendations and reservations, to using public transportation and schedules. We highly recommend Metaxi Mas for dinner. She responded quickly to our messages at all times of the day. She recommended a wonderful photographer for my daughter’s pregnancy shoot on the beach. We had an emergency where my daughter forgot her clothes at the room. She arranged quickly to have the taxi meet my husband at the bottom of the square to grab the clothes and get it to us in the beach quickly. Irene and her bellhop met us at the bottom and the bellhop walked us and the luggage up to Kastro Mansion. There were thick bathrobes and slippers for all of us in our rooms and 1 liter waters for each of us they restocked daily. The room was immaculate and fully stocked. The beds were so comfortable. Our deck view was the most memorable part of our stay. We did not need to leave our deck to watch the most famous sunsets Santorini has to offer. There were also view of blue domes, churches, and bells from our deck. The weather was 70’s with no clouds, light winds, and not very many tourists during the first week of November 2022. It was perfect for our 1st time visiting Santorini. Kastro Mansion was 5 star plus stay for us and I highly recommend Irene and Kastro Mansion.

Very large, comfortable and clean. Great location - not too busy/touristy. Vivian, the hostess, was amazing!

The flat we got (Hermes) does not have a hot tub and is very much under-ground, so no view. Not the end of the world, but something worth noting

The location is perfect, located in one of the less-touristy villages of Santorini. We’ve been to Santorini several times and enjoyed this just as much as staying on the Caldera, feels much more authentic. It’s set up on a hill with a perfect view of several adjacent churches and the surrounding area. There are also good and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. The property itself is impressively renovated and even better than the pictures reveal, a much bigger apartment than we expected. It was a real treat to stay in our 2-bedroom apartment. The best part about Kastro Mansion, however, was the staff. They were attentive from the moment we booked and arranged everything and provided a warm welcome. Additionally, we had a piece of luggage lost by the airline that showed up after we proceeded to another island. Irene made a special trip to the airport to claim our bag and arranged to have it delivered to us - phenomenal attention to detail and genuine care for their patrons by Kastro Mansion!

Beautiful room and very helpful staff.

Property is far from the Main Street, we had to carry our own luggage while checking out, no one came to help while checking out.

Beautiful place with very kind and helpfull people running it. More beautiful than on the photographs. Water is reffiled daily and wine and fruits are for welcome. You can count on Kinon to provide all the info and organization you need.
