The property was amazing and such an exceptional staff which greeted us when we pulled up. Even the 2 ladies in the Soa stayed late to show us around. Loved them both.

Nothing could have been better. First impressions means a lot and they topped it.

Where do we start from The location of the hotel is great, placed in a quiet area where you can get away from the crowd The staff are very friendly and always helpful no matter the timing, special thanks to Tasos who helped us retrieve a ring that we missplaced and took the extra step in helping locate it The breakfast is very fulfilling, you can order a variety of things to make it a complete breakfast, the waiters are always cheerful and welcoming We tried the lunch menu that was delivered to the room and the food was delicious (I would recommend the Tinga Tacos) The dinner was amazing where we had the sushi and it was the best sushi that we had in a long time, keep in mind it a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian food which makes it even more amazing I would really thank the hotel and their staff for the amazing stay (6 nights in total) as well as the free room upgrade since we are spending our honeymoon I would definitely recommend the hotel to whoever visits Santorini (especially couples); however, I would recommend renting a car/ATV to be able to roam around the island and discover it

The bed is comfortable; however, after two nights we started feeling our bodies aching (especially lower back). Hence, I would suggest replacing it with a better bed.

Beautiful hotel, suite was absolutely gorgeous with a private infinity pool. scenery was amazing! large and very comfy bed. Food was excellent and breakfast was very good. the staff are really friendly and go the extra mile to assist with your stay. they can’t help enough…absolutely brilliant!

a few minor things that will make all the difference for the stay… You don’t get free water, tea or coffee in your room. After the first complimentary bottle they charge you for the rest. Whilst the food is a little pricey, it’s on a par with the rest of the island and the quality is very good so keep that in mind. The hotel is in a very quiet area so you will need transport to get out to see the sights. The hotel reception were excellent at helping us sort this all out once we had arrived! The gym isn’t quite finished yet and they are still doing some finishing touches to this and the spa area. Due to bad weather, we didn’t have access to any tv channels in our room for the week. All in all, it’s a lovely hotel and we would highly recommend for anyone considering a stay.

Absolutely everything about this property was absolutely unbelievable and beyond stunning. Never have i experienced a hotel where from the first moment I walked through the door I was breath taken. The second we walked into reception, we were greeted with wonderful and kind service from the receptionist who were super helpful and gave us advice on the area and spent a good amount of time making sure we were happy and knew what we could do around the island. The landscaping of this property is second to none and the design is just beautiful. We were given a tour of the hotel and given free drinks, wine at dinner and even though I said I didn’t drink and expected nothing of it, they brought me out a beautifully made mocktail which was amazing . I could talk about this place and the spa room to the gym to the amazing WhatsApp service which was 24/7 and we had a reply in under a minute every time! Absolutely spectacular place. Will be coming back again for sure.

Everything was amazing; the only thing that maybe could be improved in the future is perhaps the breakfast. It would be nice to get a classical mediterranean style breakfast with the buffet/help yourself, rather than the A-la-carte type menu. For example when we ordered the 'smoked salmon' for breakfast the portion was a bit small and I had to order it more than once. It would have been better if it was available in a buffet-type setting and you take as much as you want... But other than that, everything was amazing.

Everything! I have only good things to say about this place and staff, everything was no less than amazing!! Me and my wife had an amazing time in North Santorini hotel, beautiful place with amazing view, the rooms are very big, Luxury showers & rooms, the food was amazing, breakfast and Restaurant, the hotel pool was very clean, also our private pool was clean and fun! The staff is very kind and nice! from the Reception staff to the waiters and each one of the employees. I'm highly recement on this hotel and I'm sure that we will come back again! Thanks for amazing time !

Gorgeous Villa #2 we stayed in with 3 bedrooms!! The property is breathtaking! The front desk girl was so helpful with WhatsApp texts during our stay, great service! Tostas, restaurant mgr was so great - he treated us to a bottle of wine for my 60th bday with a great sunset view when we arrived! He is a great asset to the hotel. Our massages and the spa girls working there were great. Loved how quiet this property is compared to other areas of the island. Listening to church bells on Easter weekend was a bonus!

The location was perfect for my husband and me. It was quite, with breathtaking views. The hotel is very clean, and the hotel staff were excellent. The staff makes you feel very welcomed from check-in to check-out. We took a fairy from Athens to Santorini. If you take a fairy, I would recommend using/coordinating the hotels transportation. The taxis at the port start at 100 euro and go upto 200 euro and the hotel is only a 12 min drive. Use the hotels transportation. I regret not using it when we got there but we did use it when we were leaving. For the breakfast, the view from the reasturant was my favorite. The food was pretty good. You order from a menu and it is cooked to order. There is a nice variety of food to choose from. I would definitely use this hotel anytime that I come to Santorini. The hotel rooms also have AC that work great for the Greek heat! That was a bonus for me :-)

There isn't anything that I can say negative about this hotel. It was amazing from start to finish.

The staff was amazing! We arrived at the hotel early and when it was time to get our keys, our luggage was already in the room. They showed us the hotel facilities and made sure we felt at home. The hotel decoration is flawless. The room was super spacious and comfortable. Even though we didn't have a sunset view from there, the island's view was just as amazing, both during the day and night. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was great.

Everything was perfect. I look forward to returning one day.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, the team were amazing. The hotel facilities are stunning but the team of staff are first class. From the main reception team, the bar and restaurant staff (food is lovely), to the ladies in the spa, everyone was so professional but also friendly, welcoming, helpful, accommodating and attentive. I loved the idea of chatting to the reception team by WhatsApp - very innovative and so helpful when out on day trips, for example to ask them to arrange a return taxi. All in all, an amazing experience.

Our private pool freezing, so unfortunately we were unable to use it. Shame as this is one of the reasons we chose the room and were really looking forward to it.
