Very steep steps into building Tiny room, a bit dusty and musty Bed not that comfortable (at least to my bad back) Noisy at night Need to hold shower head while showering Far from town, not really accessible by public transportation. All in all, perfect for a budget sleepover near the airport, but wouldn't want to spend more than a night there. I'd give it a 7, but the owner's helpfulness bumps it up.

My flight was cancelled and so I needed a very fast overnight solution. Booking this pace tookm just only minutes. And the digital check-in is super convenient. Although there is no staff present - communication is instantly on messenger and whatsapp. It´s a 10-15 min taxi ride to the airport. The room has everything you need for an overnight stay. The location is like a small village - you get food and stuff within 4 to 5 minutes walking distance. After 9pm it is super quiet as well. Everythign was good, comfortable and value for money. I would definitely return

Ideally located only 15 mins drive from Athens airport and a 5 min walk to cafes (Etheer is very good). Good place to spend a night before a flight or cruise. Rooms and bathrooms are small, standard for Europe I guess, but no problem for a one night stay. Cute little verandahs for smokers, or to sit in the evening. Snacks and bottled water provided, as well as tea and coffee making.

Just two suggestions to improve the rating: 1. Maybe some long life milk or milk powder for the tea and coffee? 2. Our taxi driver from the airport couldn't find the property, so perhaps you could add the nearest cross street to your address online to assist? Could be the driver wasn't familiar with the area or had trouble with the GPS.

Very adequate guest apartment for overnight stays between flights near Athens airport. Super easy check-in and total privacy was appreciated. Very very clean, newly renovated, minimalist suite, in classic Athenian style (marble, terrazzo). Private front balcony + backyard courtyard for safe, quiet sitting outdoors. Area is very quiet & safe (as a solo female guest I felt totally safe). Coffee, restaurants, groceries & pharmacies a few minutes away on foot. Excellent & immediate concierge service from the host company, including late-night taxi booking to airport at best available price (female taxi drivers available!). Reasonable price. If this level of privacy, value & service is maintained, I will return every time I pass through Athens.

Although very clean, the bed was a bit too soft & lumpy, lacking support. The apartment was a bit bare, lacking a few essentials such as tissues, paper towels, and shelf-stable milk/cream for coffee. More soft lighting (corner lamps) and fans (ventilators) would have been appreciated in the rooms.

Very practical place to stay to take early flights, close to the airport, with their 24h transfer service of 18€ in 15min you're there. The apartment itself is quite big and kitchen had all we needed. The communication with the host was very efficient, the problems we had were fixed quickly (the sofa bed was not prepared, and when texted they sent someone that fixed it in less than 30min). Easy and autonomous to check in and out.

Not the apartments fault, but the region of the city ran out of water for a few hours at night and there was nothing to do about it.

I never met any of the staff in person, but they made the whole process quite easy to manage on my own. It was extremelly easy to check in, go in and out of the place. And the staff were always responsive to any question. They were also able to receive me earlier and offered to the check out a bit later, which was trully appreciated. being close to 2 major outlets/shopping mall was also very convenient.

Despite all the other great exprience, the shower being hand-held only was a challenge. It was really difficult to have a decent shower holding the shower hose. This might be a challenge for a lady trying to wash her hair. You could also hear the neighbours quite loudly. However, for the price and other amenities provided by the staff, those things were easily forgetable. Especially for someone on a quich flight layover.

Exceptionally clean property that was modern in style yet had a fell of old due to the beautiful exposed brickwork! All the facilities were great and just what we needed.

Window wouldn’t close properly in bedroom, the shower head needs a wall fixer to make showering easier and the air con unit outside the property puddled water right outside the front door, but these were all minor things that DID NOT negatively impact our stay.

Normally, I don't leave reviews because I believe it's a waste of time, but I had to make an exception for this host. Over the past 10 years, I've traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels and apartments, but I've never experienced service as excellent as this. The host was one of the best I've ever had—extremely friendly and helpful. He was even available at midnight to arrange taxis that picked me up right at the door. The apartment's amenities were also perfect—everything you could possibly need was provided, and it was very clean. I am completely satisfied. One thing is certain: if I ever return to Athens or if any of my friends or acquaintances visit, I will always recommend this apartment. I am very grateful for your exceptional hospitality.

It was a convenient location to the airport, close to what we needed for the night before our departure, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. We were able to park in the street right in front of the building.

We did hear other guests entering the building. This was during awakening hours so it was no trouble. Large suitcases could be difficult to manage into the building as there are a few tall narrow steps.

Apartment was in a great location. Very quiet neighbourhood with easy street parking but a 5 minute walk from shops / restaurants. Very close to Athen airport. Apartment was nicely furnished and self-check in was easy.

Everything worked well but we had to phone the agent to get check-in details on the day of arrival as they didn't arrive via booking.com. We were able to contact them easily and they sent us the necessary details immediately so it was no hassle. Because there's a digital lock rather than a lock box we had someone mistakenly trying their code on our door when they actually were in the apartment next door which was a little unsettling at 9pm in the evening but it was quickly and amicably resolved.
