Room was very clean, just the right size for me and my wife, something that you seldom find in Europe compared to North America as the size of rooms in Europe is smaller than in the U.S. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good, affordable and tasty. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends who would like to visit Athens.

When we requested for something from the cleaning ladies, their response was slow as it seems they had to get clearance from the front desk. Unlike in most hotels that we have been to, the cleaning ladies had almost everything that the guests would normally need, for example, teas, coffees, sugar and cream, if the hotels offers such amenities, here, somebody other than the cleaners had to deliver these things to your room. This was the only thing that we experienced that needs to change in order to facilitate a faster response but otherwise, this hotel is very good, especially the food.

Decent accomodation, which is more a former residential building rather than a typical hotel, but with decent rooms and rather central as well. Breakfast was quite good and the variety of different types of food was impressive. Staff was friendly and ready to help and quick in reacting. Drinks in the fridge were more than needed in that hot weather and there was enough of them.

The elevator is extremely slow and you had to wait for ages to get it to your floor. Safebox in the room did not really function, and while it is not needed, but if it is present it has to work.

Big beautiful room for 2, big bathroom (with small cabin), good view, big parking in hotel for 10 euros per day(but you can also find free parking on the street around the hotel). Location is not bad, 30 minutes walk from center. In front of the hotel there is local bus station. Stuff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Lobby and restaurant very pleasant.

No balcony.

Standard 4* hotel (easy to find) in short distance to visit Acropolis and related museums and other important points. The room is designed for 2 people so if you are 3 with the extra bed then it is not so big and some equpiment is missing (glass). But finally OK. Secure parking is available in hotel's undergraund garage (10 EUR/day), WiFi is sufficient, breakfast is a bit wider which corresponds to the hotel category... public transport stop is in very short distance... and as a small benefit = reception can provide public transport tickets (with a small increase...)

Hotel's staff is a bit disinterested, no cordiality at all... what is probably normal for bigger hotels.

Food, staff, room etc all good

All hotels in Europe should have either charging adaptors that allow a person travelling from any part of the country to charge their mobile, laptops etc. I faced so much difficulty because my chargers are from Asia and it didn't worked at all. At least hotels should have this facility.

The room was enough spacious for 3 persons, air conditioning -very good for the warm days spent here. Great coffee and fruits during breakfast time.

The bathroom glass door had a special closure system , meaning it was not possible to close it totally, all humidity and odours came in the room.

Very clean and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast had a great variety and great availability of time as well.

It was about a 35 min walk to the city center of acropolis and 45 to monastaraki square. Lots of walking and the city has very slick sidewalks and stones so pack shoes accordingly.

Modern and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and smily. Clean and located at 20 min walk from the center but directly on a bus line.

There was nothing to make ourselves instant coffee or tea in the room nor did they give us a bottle of water as a welcome.

Beautiful, modern, well designed , clean and comfortable hotel . Big beautiful room , excellent shower/bathroom, tasty breakfast and helpful staff. Exceeded all expectation ! Will stay again.

A little off the centre maybe , but easily accessible - and we found an amazing local taverna nearby .

The gym needs work. Suggestions: Aircon, sweat towels, paper towel and sanitizer to wipe down equipment, music channel on tv, a mat or two
