Cute hotel, great for one night, easy access to the city of Athens! They also gave us a gorgeous room upgrade which had a view of the Acropolis - incredible. Staff lovely. Breakfast great.

Room and facilities bordered on basic and outdated. Not a problem as it was only for one night, but wouldn't have stayed here if I was looking for something more luxurious. The 'Grand' in the name suggests it would be more than it is. The gym is also not really a gym, more an old room with equipment machines in. Hotel is also sandwiched between two strip clubs, we didn't know Greece so had no idea the area would be somewhat shady.

I booked a junior suite with Acropolis view. This was the third time I stayed at the hotel and was more than pleased with my stay. Everything was perfect, from the supervision and assistance of the staff members, to the room itself and hotel amenities.

Nothing, everything was great. I only wish I could stay for a longer while.

The location was great a 40 min taxi ride. Then very close to attractions. The bus stopped right in front of hotel and took you within walking distance to acropolis, national garden, bazar( great prices ). And an hour ride to Piraeus. No car needed. Would be challenging. The manager Ioanna, was exceptional on helping us navigate the bus to the locations and suggestions were also very helpful Emilio’s and Chris greeted us with orange juice upon arrival. It was very much needed after a long 12 hour journey. Claudia was our waitress at night and was exceptional and made sure I had my gluten free menu was adhered to. The breakfast buffet was out of this would !!!! Thank you all for a great visit to Athens.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful with info, getting taxies, etc. Great breakfast. Nice view of Parthenon!!

Location was awful. Hotel is on a very busy main road. Not on a quiet street or village neighborhood. Walking to the subway and restaurants although a 10 min walk and just down the street, required you to cross exit ramps entering the road with cars driving fast and poor visibility as they came speeding around the corner. Also, there were adult clubs on both sides of the hotel. Not what I expected from a neighborhood with the Athens Intercontinental and the Grand Hyatt. Location did not give you a proper experience of what Athens has to offer. Really a shame as the hotel was wonderful.

The staff was super attentive, I barely even opened the elevator doors myself 😁 I arrived super early due to my flight time and they were about to accommodate me by storing my luggage and cleaning my room early. The room was big, comfy, clean and with a very nice view that I didn't expect. The breakfast was pretty much the same every day but it was all tasty and many options. I easily walked to the city center in 20 minutes and there's easy connection to public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was all good just the mattress was softer than I would like but it was still comfortable

We absolutely loved our stay here. The price was definitely worth it. The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The workers were very sincere and helpful. Had the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The room had an extremely comfortable bed and the bathroom was good size with an awesome shower.

It was maybe a little out of the way from the main attractions, so you’d have to Uber taxi, bus, or metro to get there which is honestly not bad at all. And the two buildings on the left and right were adult clubs which can deter people or families but really didn’t seem to be intruding or affecting our stay thankfully.

Great staff, very helpful, flexible, kind. Gluten free bread was available at breakfast at request, which was a big plus as this is unfortunately still rare in many hotels in many countries. A big, quiet room, good value for money. Good location, easy to get around and within walking distance from Koukaki and Plaka with many restaurants.

I was locked out of my room even though I had paid extra for a late check-out, the digital lock was malfunctioning and needed to be fixed by maintenance before I could get in. There was no cold water coming from the tap, only lukewarm/hot.

Comfortable and convenient Although the hotel is a bit away from the city center and major sights, it didn’t affect our overall experience at all. The comfort and breakfast were excellent. One tip for travelers without a car: it’s best to buy public transport tickets in advance and go for the 24-hour pass — it’s more convenient and saves money. Bus stop (A2, 040, 550, B2) to and from the city is right across the street. Definitely recommend!

Very comfortable and good sized rooms. Very friendly staff at the breakfast times and also from the front desk. A colleague Christos in fact was kind enough to get our luggage into the taxi. The colleagues at the breakfast were kind enough to fill water bottle when we requested for the day trips and also give during breakfast Greek coffee from the bar. We also loved the area around the lobby and the breakfast area which was so luxurious and nice and well furnished .

The size of lift. The breakfast was fabulous but the variety was the same everyday.

Our family Rooms were interconnected via a self-contained lounge space which could be closed off. This allowed both room doors to be kept open when occupied. Rooms were really spacious & had all the facilities you would expect (kettle, fridge). Decor is modern & Beds were really comfortable. Slept really well. Bathroom/wet room was beautiful. The Shower enclosure was big enough to fit several persons, with excellent water pressure. Amazing! Can’t fault the cleanliness of our rooms or the hotel in general. Towels were changed every day & room tidied. Staff are lovely & attentive. Breakfast choices is varied & plentiful.
