This apartment is amazing for families, we had a wonderful experience staying here. It is in best condition, and in best location. There is metro in 10 minute walk and it is also really close to centre by feet. There is convenience store next to the apartment by 5 minute walk. What makes it even better is that it is in really safe neighborhood and you can walk at night freely without feeling unsafe. Not to mention there is rooftop where you can relax as well. Everything was comfortable.

Unfortunately there is lack of plates, and you need to wait few minutes before shower gets hot or else it would get cold.

This place is amazing. Located in the Koukaki neighborhood it has two big rooms with comfortable beds, a comfortable couch in the living room and a small patio. The apartment we stayed in also had its own street level entrance. It has everything you need to spend a few days walking around Athens and having everything closeby. We had an issue with the shower drain on day one and communication with management was quick and efficient, they came the same day and fixed it up. I will most certainly be staying with them again when I go to Athens.

Only two suggestions we could make is to add some tea towels to the kitchen supplies. We had one (which was okay) but it would be helpful to have a backup. And to fix the ironing board we only used it once so it was not an issue that caused us concern.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great – just a short walk to the Acropolis and in a safe neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with two bathrooms, which was very convenient for our group. The air conditioning worked well, which was especially important during the hot days. Marina was very kind and the check-in instructions were clear and helpful. We were a group of friends on a bachelorette trip, and the apartment was a perfect base for exploring Athens.

One downside was that the bed on the sofa was very uncomfortable – we could feel every spring. We ended up placing the mattress on the floor, which was much better, but it really shouldn’t have to be that way. For longer stays, it would also be helpful to have extra trash bags available. There was a coffee machine, which we appreciated, but there were no coffee capsules provided – it’s not a must, but it would have been a nice touch.

Excellent communication before, during and after our visit. The apartment was modern, bright, spotlessly clean. The two shower rooms had fabulous showers, hot, good water pressure. Plenty of large white towels provided. Hairdryer and straighteners available, as well as an iron and ironing boards. The beds were very comfortable with good quality sheets and duvets. The kitchen had every product you could ever want, nice welcome bottle of water, tea and coffee. The location, just a 10 minute walk to the metro, or 20 minutes to the Acropolis Museum. Plenty of bars and restaurants locally. Safe neighbourhood, 2 ladies travelling together felt happy to be walking around at night.

nothing, all was perfect

Our contact was Marina who was WONDERFUL. She arranged all our cab transfers and was friendly and efficient in answering any questions we had. The apartment was a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom (Polyhymnia) and was spotlessly clean and quiet. There were enough cleaning and bathroom supplies provided as well as bed linen and towels. We had everything we needed for our stay. I especially loved the beautiful old creaky wooden floors! The location was fab for us. Koukaki neighbourhood is about 20/25 mins walk from the Acropolis museum and the two main streets to get there (Veikou and Dimitrakopoulou) are lined with artisan shops, boutiques, bars, cafes and delis where you can pick up some wonderful unique gifts and grab good food from Thai to tacos. There was a mini market 5 minutes walk away and restaurants 7-10 minutes walk. We were struck by the friendliness of the Athenians and how clean everywhere is. We visited in the last week of October and every day was a sunny 20 degrees. We had a blast, and Muses Residence really helped to make our stay enjoyable.

WiFi in the apartment ran a little slow at times, but this was honestly only ever the SLIGHTEST of annoyances if we were trying to stream programmes through our phones to the TV. First world problems! If you are travelling with someone with a food allergy (our daughter is Coealiac) you'll struggle to find food in the mini markets. Try the delis or organic food places in the area instead. We couldn't make head nor tail of the public transport but to be fair we didn't try too hard...we were happy to stroll about everywhere as Athens is so interesting. We walked over 60 miles in the week!

The location of the property is excellent. It is a safe and quite neighborhood. There are lots of nice cafes and good restaurants nearby. Supermarket is just 2 mins walk away from the building. It is so nice to walk around the neighborhood both in the day and night. We stayed on the second floor. The front balcony has a nice view of the street and buildings nearby. The back balcony view was not that much pleasant since it looks at the buildings which are very close to the apartment and one of them is abandoned. But we don’t mind it anyways. They provided paper towels, two mini bottles of olive oils, couple of teas, sugar, salt and black pepper in small disposable bags (for one use) in addition to the kitchenware. Beds were comfortable. Sheets and beds were clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Marina, the host of the residence, was nice and helpful. She turned back all of my messages promptly.

Everything was nice but: If you have heavy and big luggage it is difficult to move them up since there is no elevator and staircase are spiral. It would be nice to have more than 2 cooking pots. Maybe a small sauce pan would be a nice addition. The terrace has a nice view but the furniture needs a little bit of maintenance. A sun shield would be nice since it is impossible to stay under the sun in hot days.

The property is super nice. We had the 2 beds apartment: plenty of space, fully equipped ( also smart TV); nice kitchen, nice big balcony and a communal terrace where you can have a bbq. The area is about 20 minutes walk from the Acropolis museum and entrance ( and Plaka): it seams long but the streets you walk through are full of restaurants and shops, yet mostly locals (so cheap and super nice food, no tourist scam). There are grocery shops and cafes just down the street. Koukaki is such a vibrant area.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. The decor and design was gorgeous and having two toilets was super useful for 4 people sharing the apartment. The terrace at the back of the apartment was a lovely addition and the access to the roof terrace on the building next door which i used to do yoga in the mornings at sunrise (I've attached some pictures). The location is excellent, about 20 min walk to the acropolis and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Because its not right in the very center its less tourist-y and the cafes and restaurants nearby are very wholesome and authentic Greek - not mass tourist attractions. The AC is really good and in all rooms of the house which was super helpful during August when it was hot. With a supermarket 1 minute down the road, along with bakeries, pharmacy, it has everything you need. I would absolutely love to stay again. The host was also super responsive and helpful whenever needed throughout the stay. Thank you!

This is a residence in the downtown, everything is nearby: public transport, store. The hotel was attentive, the apartment was cooled when we arrived. Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Syntagma and restaurants are also available on foot. We could ask the hotel at any time, she always answered quickly.

We know that it is not advisable to drink tap water in Athens. It was written on the dishwasher that it was drinkable, but it would be useful to prepare some bottles of water in the fridge.

OMG..A++++ EXCELLENT apartment, SUPER CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL Apartment, ok plenty of closet space,a safe for your personal items, beautiful kitchen, super clean with a beautiful panoramic window to enjoy the view! Great balconies to sit outside and enjoy the view and the sun! A dryer rack for your clothes, a washing machine and dryer up on the rooftop for your clothes(no charge,and soap to use). While washing your clothes you can sit on the roof top on the nice chairs and take in the sun or bring your coffee upstairs and relax while the wash on.The rooms we're so nice and the beds were super comfy, great quality mattresses.I absolutely love The decorating, simple and classy.The location is great, lots of bars,cafes and eateries within 2-7minutes of walking distance.The staff was fantastic! Any questions I had, their response was courteous and immediate! Big supermarket was 2 blocks away, great prices! Transportation was very close... really, I can't say enough about this place! AMAZING!

Nothing at all, everything was amazing. I've stayed at many Airbnb's while traveling, this one honestly is the BEST.
