Breakfast was really good and always fresh. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, room was clean and spacious enough for two persons. We had a balcony of some sort, enclosed in walls but it had a window with a look towards the acropolis. As we did not expect this, it was a pleasant surprise. A main bus line is right outside, which is great for travelling towards the city.

Even though the room was quiet, we did hear bass from the neighbouring club the first night. This did not reocurr the following nights. It is also expected that some noise will be present if it's a city spot, it wasn't a bad experience, just worth mentioning.

The room and its amenities were good. The breakfast on the roof was wonderful (I believe it's accessible only by climbing stairs, in case it's a concern for you). I probably had the worst room (first floor, facing a highway), but the sound insolation worked very well. Definitely worth the price.

Things were really good, but two tiny things could have made the experience perfect: 1) if the windows were clean from the outside. 2) if the AC already worked when I entered the room (I mean... Greece during summer...). I should also point out that I saw a couple of adult establishments near the hotel. Personally, it didn't bother me at all.

The place was very clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. The sound insulation is great, so you cannot hear the traffic at all. The room is compact, but you have everything you might need. The breakfast roof is open, very stylish and has a great view of the Acropolis.

It would have been great to have a bigger variety for breakfast. It might have been us not reading enough about the place before booking, but room service was not available either. Also the storage for the clothes is rather small, 5 hangers, no shelves... but we managed. Nothing really negative that would be a deal breaker for next time.

- Nice view of the city and Acropolis from the hallway and the breakfast area - The room came with a smart TV and I logged into my Netflix account (don't forget to log out when you leave) - There was a second small room, separated by glass doors, which looked like it had been a balcony before which had a small table and chairs and a relatively small window; - Bus station right in front of the hotel and tram/subway in walking distance - Mini-market down the road

- breakfast was very basic and repetitive and they only had filter coffee included; you had to pay extra if you wanted a decent cup of coffee - the only view from the room was the wall of the next building and there was very little natural light - the minibar was noisy and had the light on all the time - no proper storage area except a few hangers on a beam - only one very tired and small elevator; - you have to climb one flight of stairs to reach the breakfast area on the last floor (might be a problem for older people) - too pricey for what it offers

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Athens and had an exceptional experience. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed despite that it was small. The room service was incredibly kind and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed promptly and with a smile. The hotel's location is good . It is not far away from the main sites and attractions of Athens, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it is well-connected with public transportation, making our travel around the city effortless.

One area that could use improvement is the breakfast. While the quality was good, there was a lack of variety.

Breafast was on the rooftop and there was a very large assortment of items to choose from - something for all tastes from cereals and pastries to eggs and sausage. And of course the view - you had a clear view of the Acropolis from a distant. A camera with a zoom lens would get you a closer look!

A mirror on the outside of the bathroom would have been useful, as well as a handle in the shower as the floors are made of marble. Oh, a waring of the step down when coming out of the bathroom.

Views of Athens, especially Parthenon and Philopappos hills; beautiful rooftop cafe and gardens; great proper breakfast with various options; friendly and helpful staff, ready to go extra mile to make a customer happy! Corner room on 4th floor has amazing views! Taxi to the closest beach was very cheap; Acropolis is 20 min walk away, and so is another hill, with beautiful views of sunset in Athens.

The hotel is on a busy road, so light sleepers might need earplugs at nights

I loved my stay here! The view of the Acropolis from my room was lovely, but I really enjoyed starting each day in the breakfast room with the view from there. It was a beautiful and relaxing environment to start the day from! The cooks were also incredibly lovely and kind. I cannot eat gluten or dairy, and they were so accommodating and helpful. Sweet Sophie even made me a special omelette with no milk :) Really recommend the hotel if you are visiting on your own, for work, or with another friend!

The room just needed a little updating in terms of a few fixtures that looked a bit old or needed fixing. For example, the black paper lining that covered the glass walls for the bathroom is starting to peel in some spots. The room could also use a nice piece of art above the bed to brighten it up!

Impeccably clean, all required facilities in room, great continental breakfast provided in a stunning location (full view of the acropolis). Staff were always nice and a person is 24/7 at the reception.

Almost not a thing. I was there in summer, and in the hallways / elevator you could really feel the lack of AC. Of course, the room and dining area, reception etc. were perfectly air-conditioned, so this small point is truly superficial.

Everything was great, amazing view from the rooftop breakfast restaurant, the food was amazing, the hotel staff was great, there was a free parking space for us upfront which was amazing, we felt safe and it was a 5 minute taxi ride to the city center, the boulevard in front of the hotel offers bus stops for public transport, as well as pick up points for the hop on hop off routes. The hotel was extremely helpful when we forgot all of our documents and money in the hotel room's safe. We were catching the last ferry for the day to zakynthos (300km away) and they did everything in order to help us send our stuff via courier so that we don't have to go back or spend the rest of our vacation without money and with stress. Big thank you! We will definitely come back again!

The proximity to the university creates a situation where (once or twice per year) students organize parties outside and sleeping becomes almost impossible until the early hours of the night. HOWEVER, the hotel staff called the police and tried everything in order to keep their guests happy - these issues happen everywhere, but usually nobody cares, so I think in this case the hotel handled the whole situation very very well!
