The infinity pool in the photos is accurate and as described. Beautiful spot to look out over Athens and the Acropolis.

It was a little overpriced considering it's not in a prime location for sightseeing. Had to catch taxis everywhere. Also was pretty annoying to have paid €600 a night for a family suite to arrive at the hotel late (0100) only to find the kids bed not made up. Also. If you're travelling as a family with equivalent luggage, source a private transfer with a minivan. Taxis in Athens are not equipped for more than two passengers and luggage.

The facilities included were excellent and well maintained. We enjoyed the the roof top swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna. Staff are courteous. The roof top dining had a good acropolis view and the food is delicious. I could see all other guests happily enjoying the hotel too. We had a good stay.

We were supposed to get a room with acropolis view as per the booking, however we were allocated to room 245 with no acropolis view.

Staff friendly and helpful. Good sized , clean rooms.

Bad location. Its allright for a one night stay. but not suitable for a city trip to athens.

swimming pools are super nice and cozy. Very enjoyable when I stayed there. Bed in room is very good. Breakfast is good. 9/F restaurant is comfortable.

Room is old, toilet is too small and with bad smell from the toilet bowl. Plunge pool pressure is too weak and water is not hot enough. Security guard and bell boys are not professional as other Grand Hyatt in other countries, especially in Asia. Corridor is too narrow. Tidy Carts parked outside the room and our luggage is not easy to cross. Lift is crazily out of control. Obviously the system is not updated, I once waited for 10 mins from 5/F to go up to the 8/F for the breakfast.

Price of breakfast (€29pp) as a vegan, I found this very expensive for my personal choice. Distance to nearest metro station (15-20 walk)

Staff extremely friendly, someone greets you if not several people coming in and leaving. They get taxi, take luggage to your room, and tell taxi where you are going. Staff are personable from greeting you to dining areas. The breakfast is the most elaborate we have ever seen a must if you stay here !!!! We travel a lot and this was the best we have ever seen. Nice seating area , downstairs bar with huge area to sit relax sofas dining area. Pool area with two pools infinity pool and the BEDT view of Acropolis. You seriously can’t get a better hotel!!

Beware taxis will try to rip you off ask the hotel staff to confirm your location and price and make sure taxi has meter no “set price” that’s a rip off. The hotel staff said they are working on.

Fabulous breakfast, stunning rooftop pool with view of the acropolis. Room was modern. Obliging and very friendly staff. Nice fitness room, free weights up to 14kg and small selection of machines.

Shower design could be better- impossible to not get the bathroom completely wet when taking a shower. Elevators get busy and crowded during peak times- the system doesn’t work very well at capacity- we ended up using the elevators at the rear of the building to avoid the wait.

Absolutely 💯 beautiful and 5 star!!! The staff at reception especially Silvie was an absolute star!! Went above and beyond to make out stay wonderful! The indoor pool allows for families to swim from 5pm till 8pm which is fantastic! Free shuttle bus into town and back every hour.. red tour bus stops outside the hotel. Perfect location.

Bar staff on 9th floor too slow and double standards! We wish outdoor pools were heated!

The rooftop is excellently designed. There are 2 infinity pools with numerous lounges and water beds for lying down. The free spa includes a jacuzzi and a huge swimming pool - both heated, both of them were amazing. All facilities are well maintained. Bonus, if you opt for the breakfast spread, its good too.

Maybe the food items in breakfast spread could be changed daily, with repeat every week. Instead they were the same items every day.
